Cookies were good, but the customer service was terrible. The cashier was nice, but asked for a tip directly after paying. That was odd, but we paid a tip anyways. The real problem was that the entire visit/experience was ruined by the girl preparing our box. My wife & I were the only customers in the store and we waited patiently just talking to each other quietly. Our box finishes getting packed and the girl walks to the counter and says my name rudely and then tosses the box down on the counter then immediately turned and walked away. I couldn't of even said thank you if I wanted to because of how abruptly she threw the box and turned around. This is after the cashier asked us for a tip and we gave it! We won't be coming back, regardless of how much we liked the cookies. Don't hire kids if they're going to bring a bad attitude to work, it could cost you customers! read more

The Cookies were quite good. Pecan Pie, Potato Chip and Snickerdoodle were all enjoyed by our group. The ice cream was good but not spectacular, but it's nice they offer it for people that think ice cream first for dessert. Before we even took the first bites, I was left with an unpleasant feeling at the point of sale. The counter person asked the following question as she read the total: "Would you like to leave a 15 or 20 percent gratuity for our bakers?" I asked if those were the only choices. She replied that I could leave a custom tip. I told her that we had just finished a 1 hour dinner where our server was attentive, brought us drinks, appetizers and main courses over the course of our stay and catered to our every request in a friendly and helpful fashion. I mentioned that I tipped that person over 20 percent. I still would have left a couple of bucks for the service, but to train employees to request such a specifically high gratuity for a straight retail transaction is predatory and unkind. My husband and I came here on the grand opening day around 9pm and were surprised how long the line still was. We were in no rush and happy to wait. We had never tried Crumbl before but wanted to see what all the hype was about. The person greeting everyone was incredibly friendly and when we went inside we used the kiosk which was super simple and our cookies were ready a few minutes later. We tried almost every flavor offered and they were all great! They are a little pricey $18 for 6 cookies but when I felt how heavy they were and realized they were about the size of my palm I didn't feel so bad paying the price. They are also so rich, I could barely eat half a cookie at once which is great because then you can savor them over a few days. The triple chocolate chip was my personal favorite, but I love that the menu changes every week. Looking forward to trying other flavors. read more

I'll start by saying I've been to 6 Crumbl locations, spanning three states. I've eaten more milk chocolate Crumbl cookies than I want to admit. The one thing you can count on is consistency across the locations in terms of the cookies. There is something wrong with the cookies here. They have a different appearance, different texture and different flavor than the Crumbl cookies I'd had from the other locations. If you want to verify what I'm saying, pick one up from the location in Georgetown and then grab one from the Cedar Park location. The flavor in these is flat. They taste different than all the other locations I've been to. The chocolate, which is Guittard in other locations, doesn't have the creamy texture that Guittard chocolate has. I've used Guittard milk chocolate chips in my own cookies for about 15 years. The chips here taste different. The cookie part is flavorless/bland, seems almost like it was made without salt. In every location except Cedar Park, the Crumbl milk chocolate chip cookie is thicker, about 3 1/2 - 4 inches in diameter. These are flat and wide, about 5 1/2 inches (see photo). Where 4 cookies fit in the 4-pack box in other locations, the 4th overlapped the 3rd by about 1/2 inch on three different occasions here. On one occasion the cookies looked similar to other locations. There is no consistency here. You never know what you're going to get. Lastly, the store seems understaffed. Where other locations have at least 5-6 people working (baking, mixing, filling orders, etc), this one has 2-3 max. The wait is much longer compared to other stores. During busy times, the wait is too long (I've waited over 15 minutes twice). You're kind of stuck since you pay first. Speaking of waiting, the store is way smaller than every location I've been to. This is a problem when there are 4-5 people waiting. During the summer, this may be bearable as people may wait outside. When it is colder out, people will cram into the store, and those trying to order won't be able to get to the two terminals to order, let alone to the counter to order. And ordering at the counter doesn't work as it pulls one of the two or three people working from filling orders or making cookies. Three times I've been here only one of the two ordering terminals was working. The last two visits I've been forced to order at the counter and wasn't able to enter my phone number, so I lost out on my "loyalty" credits. There should be a printed receipt so you can enter it after the fact, rather than losing out on the points earned. Consistency is the hallmark of a franchise. When it comes to cookies, I've been to over 25 different Mrs. Fields locations across the country. Every time the cookie is the same. Their special sugar makes for a gritty texture. The chocolate is always the same. The flavor is consistent. This Crumbl isn't making the cookies consistently. The dough isn't being mixed correctly, leading to wide flat cookies (too much butter?), the flavor is bland (maybe not enough salt) and the chocolate isn't right (no guess on this one). I know this store is new but there are many issues that need to be addressed. As a cookie junkie, I won't be going back until at least the cookie is fixed. These are too expensive to get a bland cookie that isn't up to par with other Crumbl locations. There is no corporate contact info anywhere that I can find so I ended up here. read more

The customer service always sucks at this location. Half the staff are friendly and I've had issues just about every time with them false advertising stuff. There have been many times where I have gone here early, shortly after the store opens, to be told they don't have the ingredients to make the cookies. This is usually after I had already preordered my cookies via the mobile app and I'm just picking them up at the store. Most times I am given a free coupon to get a free cookie for the inconvenience. I have never experienced this issue at the Georgetown location. Go to the Georgetown location! I more than likely will stop going to the cedar park location and just stick to Georgetown where I'm valued as a customer and where they actually have their stuff together. read more
