I have a love/ hate for this this location. It is closest to me and the staff have been nice. I've done the online ordering and purchased a few boxes as gifts here. Ordering online is a nice feature and you don't have to interact or go inside. They promptly have brought my orders out to the car. Negatives: when I've ordered a gift and spent the extra $1 for the gift box sticker (rip off hahah)... the boxes have come out all nasty with frosting fingers and all over the pink box. I've had to clean all the outside of all my boxes I've gotten. (This seemed to be only this location). Also... the rectangular box is annoying... I get that it has a certain look, but it's clunky and not as easy to handle as a square box. Overall, I think these are easy to order and give to boost someone's day. I tend to get the weekly cookies vs the chocolate chip, because I like variety. The cookies are evil! Ants got into the box of cookies before my friend noticed the boxes. I contacted the store and they said I would have to contact Door Dash if I wanted a refund. There's a reason Crumbl are so sought after-these cookies are amazing. I went during "fair week" with a bunch of fair themed flavors. I went at about 2pm on a Thursday and it was super open and not busy. The only thing I didn't like about this location is that it's quite hard to get to but there's a ton of free parking which is nice. As for the cookies, the milk chocolate chip are probably my FAVORITE flavor-warm, gooey, and so so good. The cinnamon fry cookie was okay, the cinnamon sugar butter on top melted on my way home so I was a little sad about that, and the Caramel Apple cookie tasted a little too artificial for me. I usually opt for whatever's new (4 weekly rotating flavors) and will at some point order their chocolate chip or sugar cookie as I've heard really good things about them. I understood the name Crumbl Cookies after being left with "Crumbls" before I could even take a picture. Obviously I had to go back four more times to rectify that situation. They have five flavors that change weekly and a chocolate chip cookie that has been on the menu every week. I have tried several flavors at this point and they've all been amazing. However, I prefer the cookies that are served warm and I swear I died after tasting the snickerdoodle cookie. Seriously. Crumbl provides tablets on the wall that allow you to order on your own. I always order via tablet or mobile app because the employees are busy making fresh cookies and I prefer those methods anyways. Some people have mentioned issues with service but Crumbl Cookies has always knocked it out of the park from what I have seen and experienced! I'm the designated Crumbl Cookie errand person at work after getting my co-workers hooked. They recommend the red velvet. I recommend installing the app so you can browse the menu and treat yourself each week. To each their own. It's amazing that they open during COVID. I wasn't able to make it to their grand opening so while making the trip to see a friend in Maple Grove, I had to stop by to give it a try. I had the cookies and cream milkshake cookie and my friend had the chocolate brownie. Safe said hers was rich. Mine was very too sweet so I could have a small piece and that was enough. The cookie was very crumbly and it felt like I was eating cookie dough with an oreo cream frosting. I brought home what I had left for my daughters and they both like it. What can I say about a place that makes delicious new cookies every week? Thus place is AMAZING!! I am a huge cookie person and finding a place that does new flavors every week is such a dangerous thing to me. Store: The store is right near Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove in a little strip mall area. It is easy to get to and usually has plenty of parking. It is a very small store and only allows a certain number of people in at a time. That is a good thing because there is almost always a line! We have been in that line for over half an hour before. Once inside you are usually greeted by a staff member telling hello which is nice and then you get to put your order in on a tablet. The system is slick and your food comes quick. We have never had a problem with ordering or receiving our cookies before. Food: This place is down right amazing. If you love sweets, love dessert, love cookies, wanna have a cheat day, this is your place. Every cookie we have tried we have liked. Some more than others and some WAY more than others. It's hard to really write a review about the cookies because there is a different set of flavors every week. It's nice cause you can get one of the flavors, all the flavors, or skip a week if non interest you. This is definitely something you should check out though. Overall: If you love cookies or want to try a fun dessert place you need to go here. It is reasonably priced and very good quality. Everyone loves a good cookie! This is actually one of my favorite nationwide cookie shops to visit. The flavors change every week but don't forget they're closed on Sundays. Our family is a frequent visitor of this location, I have to say it's not the best one I've ever been to. I don't feel like they are consistent with their cookie decoration. Which is a little upsetting because they honestly only have four different cookies every week and it doesn't appear that hard to make sure that they all look the same. My mother and I and my sister will each order a box and none of our cookies will have the same toppings. They're either forgetting the drizzle on top or the crumble and it's a little frustrating. They are very strict about the small party limits, I believe only three parties are allowed in the restaurant at a time. However; this doesn't make a lot of sense considering they don't The party size. If a party of One comes out a party of four can go in... I suggest I look closer into the number of people allowed in the store versus the number of parties. Overall the cookies are great, they change from week to week so make sure you check the menu before heading in. The store often does run out of items every time I am there. The next day, I tried the Twix cookie and I can only imagine what that one is like warm. I'm sure the caramel is just oozing from it but I ate it at room temperature and it still was divine. That is my favorite cookie so far. The next day I ate the sugar cookie. I love sugar cookies and this one did not disappoint! There was a hint of almond flavoring In the frosting and cookie. If you like big soft sugar cookies, try this one... They have curbside and the workers were just busy as can be bringing out the pink boxes. Unfortunately I now check the menu everyday... i'm hoping the novelty will wear off at some point but for now I am looking for the banana cookie which I hear is amazing. The location is easy to find, has to length of parking, and the store is clean and brightly lit. Staff is helpful and friendly. We ordered a 4 pack of cookies which came in a lovely pink box. The cookies are quite large and are roughly 750 calories and 50g of sugar based on a quick Dr Google search. The chocolate chip cookies were served warm, the hot chocolate and biscoff style were room temperature. The chunks of chocolate were a nice surprise. Be ready at this shop, Crumbl offers a big, big, BIG cookie, irregularly shaped with lots of craggy spots and small cracks. The chocolate chip cookies are served very slightly warm. The inside of the Crumbl cookie was gooey and chewy with a good flavor. These cookies are served a touch underbaked. If you like an underbaked cookie, this is the cookie for you. Definitely eat it warm though because after it cools off it's not worth the calories. read more
