Best tasting cookies. They were so good. They were soft and moist and not dried out. I will definitely be returning soon.

I've actually never physically been here, but I did have a phase where I would get cookies delivered weekly. I've stopped the weekly part, but will have occasional cravings. The cookies can be hit or miss, but that's not really the fault of this location since the flavors are designated on a national level. For example, I'm not a fan of the pink sugar one (never really like almond flavor) but it seems to be a hit with most. However, i have had some that I really enjoyed and I love how the flavors switch up each week, letting you try different things. Overall, solid! read more

I had heard that Crumbl was liked and stores were being added around the area. Thought these cookies may be a nice gift for neighbors who help us. I stopped in for the first time. The place was very sterile. No one said hello or asked to help. I saw the self order screens. Not ever seeing the cookies I looked at the pictures and the prices. Wow. Expensive. I had no idea what to order. As I turned to leave I saw a sample plate of the cookies. They were large and thick with lots of nice toppings. I immediately thought that my neighbors were worth these. So I ordered four for them on the screen, adding a nice note. After standing and waiting for a few minutes an employee handed me my pink box with the four cookies and the note that I had added on a sticker. There was no thank you or a smile. My neighbors loved them, but I probably won't be back to this location. read more

Run to this new location! First time trying Crumbl and it will not be the last. The space is simply perfect. Received service with a smile. I opted for a 6 pack to please the whole house. The menu rotates weekly and updates every Sunday. We got the Cookie Butter Ice Cream (yes it is a cookie), Rocky Road, Milk Chocolate Chip, and Honey Bun. They also have ice cream. A gem! read more

Definitely worth a short trip to satisfy your sweet tooth. Both self order station or choose to step up and order. Good selection of cookies. The oatmeal chocolate chip was spectacular. Traditional chocolate chip was very good. The Oreo cookie was cool to try, so rich. We also enjoyed the double chocolate. If you are not aware, these are on the expensive side but the cookies are big and shareable. I recommend trying it. read more

I had two different experiences here, and the novelty of spending almost $5 for 1 cookie has already worn off. (But they won't even TELL you the price on their site--you must DOWNLOAD AN APP to view it. You can't make this stuff up!) You order by touchscreen or app, but there's also a human counter marked Order Here, where samples of the cookies are on display. First visit when smoothly--I ordered by touchscreen, and the only human service required was being handed my cookie. I have only one basis for judging that service: did they hurl my cookie into my face like a pie, or did they not? They did not. No complaints. Plus, cookies are always a good thing. Unless they're bad. Which they weren't. Second visit, I had questions--something touchscreens are unprepared to address. (Two sizes of cookies were on display, but the screen only listed the one I didn't want.) So I stood at the Order Here counter and waited patiently to ask a human. Three staff, all leisurely milling around as they made cookies. Or at least two of them were making cookies. One seemed to be focused on the milling around alone. Multiple times they looked at me, then pointedly turned away without so much as a nod. I know what you're thinking: had all three of them had painful divorces after catching their spouse cheating with me? But no--that is indeed what their attitude was like, but I don't live my life that way. Nobody ever came to the Order Here counter. Eventually, I just left. What do they care? The staff get paid either way. I had dessert elsewhere instead, with no regrets. Plus, this is a poor destination for mixed groups of people: over 200 recipes, and only one of them plant-based: the cardboard boxes. read more

I like crumbl and always excited to see the new weeks flavors but there has been more than one occasion where I have gone in and ordered and then they tell me they are sold out of a particular flavor after Ive already paid. I wish there was some seating inside so I could eat there. read more

This was my first time ever visiting a Crumbl store; the store was clean and, in terms of placing orders, everything was self-serve via one of the kiosks. I ordered a 4-pack consisting of milk chocolate chip, apple crumb cake, salted caramel cheesecake, and French toast, and all 4 cookies were fresh and delicious in their own ways. That being said, the service here was underwhelming. Maybe it's because all orders can be taken via the kiosks or the mobile app, the employees just acted like a group of NPCs chatting amongst themselves and never bothered greeting any of the customers other than handing out the orders. I understand that it takes time for cookies to bake and cool and stuff, but if 5 people were all waiting on the same batch of cookies that still needed another 20 minutes to be ready, at least communicate that with us instead of pretending like we're not standing right in front of you. read more

Never disappointed in their cookies, you just can't go wrong! The Mayfield location is the only one I've been to in Cleveland and it's always been a good experience. My daughter loves going bc you can watch them assemble cookies through the glass partitions. read more

Please know that when you order on line, you pick a time. They also include a minimum tip of 15%. It is possible to change but not easy. Then you get there and they start gathering your order and yup we r short one type. Just seems to be pretty painful for a not inexpensive treat. Why am I tipping you? I got the chocolate-chip cookie the first week they opened. It wasn't baked thoroughly enough for me; the middle was totally raw and I'm not a fan of cookie dough. I bought the chocolate-chip cookie again yesterday and the middle wasn't raw, but for my taste and texture preferences, it was still underbaked. That said, the cookie was warm and delicious. Next time I'll try the oatmeal chocolate-chip cookie, a flavor that was recommended by a different reviewer. One of my friends thinks the banana cookie is excellent. I'm giving 4 stars because I prefer cookies baked more thoroughly with a bit of crispness, but still soft. Many of you might rate the chocolate-chip cookie flavor with 5 stars. I'll find the flavor that I like. The upfront personnel are friendly and they seem happy to work there. The service is quick. read more
