While in the area, we saw this location of Crumbl cookies. I have heard of them before but never tried it before. The place was a little small and didn't seem that clean in the lobby. They had someone you could check out with or two kiosks. They have six flavors each week that vary in flavor. I ordered the churro and my husband ordered the chocolate chip. It was a little pricey for two cookies at $4 each. It is a large cookie that you could split though. The cookies were good but not the best I've ever had. I think the appeal of varying flavors will attract many people and the fact that they deliver or you can order ahead. read more

The staff at this location are always nice and always helpful. It's just a hit or miss with the cookies because sometimes they'll have all of the cookies available or all of the desserts available and then sometimes they will have part of the cookie available case in point. The strawberry shortcake they didn't have strawberries so I was a little disappointed, but it's always clean. Staff is always nice and friendly. Dirtiest Crumbl I've ever stepped foot in. No greeting when I walked in, the two workers looked at me and yet I still waited in an empty store for one to finally come over. The kitchen looked like pure chaos. Dirty bowls, flour everywhere, not a clean counter in there. It was my birthday and because he couldn't find how to scan my coupon he said I couldn't use it. They had a promotion that if you download their app you could get a free milk chocolate cookie and I say I like "FREE" but we did order a 4-pack of cookies and man were they BIG!! My first taste was so mouthwatering the cookie is really soft on the inside and has a slight crunch on the outside. The chocolate isn't overwhelming and it was a great choice. It's also great that each week they have different flavors/styles to choose from which from a marketing standpoint is great because you'll want to keep trying them each week.
