The cookies taste good. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is the way how they prepare them. My son is allergic to walnuts and I specifically ordered cookies without walnuts, for some reason one of the cookies has a piece of walnut. Second, the smores cookie has a strand of hair. If you live in cypress and you have not been here... go now. The cookies are giant, buttery, goodness. They have only a few flavors at a time but do not let the lack of selection scare you. I'm a fan! I personally prefer thicker type cookies with softer insides, and as I mentioned in other posts I'm partial toward the more famous NYC cookie shops (Chip, Levain). The cookies at Crumble resemble that type of cookie. Got a box of 4 on Christmas Eve. Tried their Christmas Cake, Oreo Peppermint, Reeses, and Gingersnap. All were very good, but I enjoyed the Christmas (normally Birthday Cake) the most. I would eat them throughout the week, and they still taste good on the 2nd/3rd/4th days. $11 for a box of 4 thick cookies is a pretty good deal in my eyes. I like how they don't fully make it until you order it (they'll put on the frosting and other finishing touches on the spot) which I think preserves their freshness a bit. It's nice they have different flavors every week, but just means we can't try a particular cookie that looks appealing if we go on the wrong day (wanted to try their lemon, raspberry, and red velvet flavors). I didn't get their chocolate chip, which I'm okay with since several other reviews of it indicated they liked their other flavors more. I'll be back to try their other flavors. It is my first time trying Crumbl Cookies. I did curbside which was nice and convenient. I ordered the 12 pack cookies. The packaging was adorable and the cookies were big and beautiful. I ordered the raspberry lemonade cookies, hazelnut churro, caramel popcorn, chocolate chip and chilled sugar. The raspberry lemonade was not what I expected, it was just very very sweet and hardly had a "lemony" flavor. It was also doughy in the middle. the hazelnut churro, the flavor was good but it was just to darn doughy in the middle. Caramel popcorn i was sooo excited to try, I cut the cookie in half and it looked straight up raw, it was very off putting. it's such a pretty cookie but it was also way to sweet. Chilled sugar was just really sweet. So far the problems were that the cookies were wayyy to sweet and not baked through all the way. I couldn't even finish a quarter of it because of that and I have a major sweet tooth. My 5 year old who has an epic sweet tooth couldn't finish it either cause it was too sweet. read more

So happy Crumbl came to Cypress! We came by on a Saturday evening and to my surprise there was a line about six deep! They were sold out of one flavor, but that's ok because I got a box of all the ones I wanted. Oreo, chocolate chip, churro, and my favorite coconut cream! So warm, thick and delish! Gosh I believe with all my human understanding and logic that describing an establishment that charges so much for cooked dough is trying to replicate "Starbucks" business movement. If great American cookie hasn't done this , what made someone think that this franchise was going to have success in this. I have had these twice and they do not seem fresh or warm, they are overpowering with sweetness and they don't stay fresh they harden fast. If I wanted to deliver or give some sweet baked goods I would do "nothing bundt cake" or "tiffs treats" they aren't cheap but for the quality they are worth more of the spend. I recently put in a big cookie order of 100 cookies for a 10am pick up and showed up at 9:30 to pick them up and they said they had to box them up so I went next door to the smoothie place and got breakfast with my son and came back a few minutes before 10. The variety is fun for all ages and all are soft and perfectly cooked. They change the flavors every week but there are a few classics you can always count on to be there every week. This is the second location I've been to and I'm never disappointed! I love how they always have different flavors of the week for their cookies, I actually think they change their ice cream flavors weekly as well, and they're always unique flavors, there hasn't been a bad one that I've tried! They also make their own ice cream, I've only had their Churro flavored one but I can't wait to try the other ones. They offer milk and water to quench thirsts or if you just need to enjoy some with your fantastic desserts. They're very clean and COVID conscious, this location actually has a screen with an opening where you can insert your card yourself in the card reader, their employees are also wearing masks and limit the number of people who come in.
