A lot of people say that it's like a bit uncooked but I think that they are referring to it the mushy part inside. But that's what makes it soft. Y'all people like hard cookies? Nahhh. Crumbl cookies are so soft it melts in my mouth. Anything with the peanut tastes so good to me. The cookies are expensive but they are huge! You can easily split these into fourths. We stopped in and ordered 1 cookie per couple (there were 4 of us) then a half dozen, one of each type for a gathering later. I know why the call the place Crumbl because you will create crumbs for sure. I tried parts of the oreo, peanut butter, sugar, and chocolate chip. The oreo was probably my favorite though all were delicious. I think these would make great gifts or treats for a party. I will definitely return. We ordered through the kiosk and watched the ladies making cookies while we waited for our order. It was a nice set-up. read more

The sugar cookie was ok. Icing is thick and super sweet. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty bland and really doughy and thee chocolate chunks tasted odd. Also, the company advertises using the "best ingredients" except there was a huge tub of hill country fare peanut butter on the prep counter. The cookies were warm but once they had been out for more than a few minutes they ended up being rock hard (the chocolate chip). They do have good customer service though. read more

Definitely not Tiffs Treats, but since Tiffs isn't in the area this may be the next best thing. However, I do like the butter flavor of the sugar cookie, even though the icing was too sweet. The boxing/packaging is aesthetically pleasing, and the service was good. I was hoping for a table to sit at, so we wouldn't have to eat our cookie in the car... there was plenty of room for seating. Had a friend give us a box of cookies from here. We have been mainly tiff treats fans, but this was a different concept. Not bad! Crumbl is closer to us and for the price you get a large cookie and its pretty creative and good. The thing lasts 2 days at least when splitting it up. Pretty tasty and good. Will be hitting up this store for cookies to introduce new folks and try it out. We enjoy the weekly rotations of cookies to keep it different with some of the regular. Must try it out but be aware of the pricing prior etc. Better deal when buying more cookies instead of one. American cookie company, tiff treats and crumbl are the 3 cookie places we have tried. Finally checked them out...and won't be back, we ordered a variety of cookies to try and they were all terrible. No one in my family liked them. They all seemed under baked and the flavors all tasted "off" even the chocolate chip was terrible and that's really difficult to mess up. Do yourself a favor...gets tiffs treats or even great American cookie co. Chick fil a and mccalisters cookies are 1000x better than crumble. There's 9 employees working now and it isn't as busy as it has been. (Since opening day there's been a line out the door) I had one person before and after me to order just now so I don't understand why someone couldn't simply answer the phone. My grandmother passed away last night and I wanted to bring my family cookies tonight and I look like a hot mess from crying all day. I was hoping someone could help me order since it's my first time coming in. Customer service is not there, no one took the time to look up to greet anyone while I was there and the only person I made contact with was the the girl at the cashier which obviously didn't notice me crying my eyes out. The cookies are always great!!! We tried the ice cream on Friday only to find that the ice cream was so hard the plastic spoon that was given to us by the store bent in half. This made it VERY challenging to eat the ice cream. I suggest that you spend a few pennies more to get plastic spoons that can actually act as spoons and not bend or break when spooning out and eating the ice cream. My experience started off great with the girl at the front counter that was taking care of the orders but the lady that actually brought me my cookies was so rude.
