I walked into this location and the level of unprofessionalism from one of the employees was honestly shocking. A girl working behind the counter did not greet a single customer who walked in. Multiple people were standing inside the store looking confused about whether anyone was even going to acknowledge us. Instead of doing her job, she was on the phone with her friend having a loud personal conversation about her ex-boyfriend and using very inappropriate language. This was happening openly in the store while customers -- including children -- were present. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Basic customer service starts with greeting people and creating a welcoming environment. Ignoring customers while having a personal phone conversation in front of everyone is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this because it reflects very poorly on the store. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I will also be putting this story on Tik Tok. read more

Crumbl Cookies is located right off Stirling and 95 in the Mcdonalds/Taco Bell plaza. There is plenty of parking in the plaza with a ton of different places in the shopping center. When we arrived we were greeted by all of the staff inside. They had a nice big lit up menu that had their cookies listed as well as an actual display of what each cookie looked like right next to the register. Their menu changes weekly which is nice to try different flavors. I've always been a huge fan of the Crumbl in Miami and so glad that they have one near me. We opted for the French Toast and Fruity pebbles cookies. The fruity pebbles one was great, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside with all the fruity flavor you get in the cereal. Wasn't a big fan of the French Toast cookie as it tasted more like a pastry than a cookie. Overall had a great experience at Crumbl and will definitely be our dessert stable to try all the cookie creations that they come up with! read more

I was excited to learn there was a Crumbl location closer than where I normally go. The location was very clean. I was greeted as I walked in the door. There is a kiosk that you can place your order. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake which was chilled and so delicious. I thought it was a cookie but it was a moist cheesecake with graham crust. The raspberry on top was tart and cut the sweetness. The cream cheese cheesecake was everything. My husband had mom's recipe which he enjoyed. It was decadent and filled with chocolate chips, peanut butter and sea salt. This was for my husband as he was craving something sweet and decided to give a variety. Chocolate chip Chocolate chip peanut butter Confetti New York Cheesecake Cinnamon Toast Crunch M & M Birthday cake The chocolate chip is the best hands down. Now the New York Cheesecake gives you all the taste of a cheesecake when still tasting like a cookie. Which blew my mind away. Confetti is okay not the best but I love sugar cookie vibe. My daughter did not care. Cinnamon Toast Crunch gives cereal vibes and not overbearing sweetness. Birthday cake is great Chocolate chip peanut butter is tooooo much. Newly open in the Oakwood Plaza, Crumbl Cookies is a small business that offers a variety of soft baked cookies and ice cream. I was informed by one of the employees that the flavors of the cookies changes every week, so if you follow them on Instagram, you will know what the flavors of the week are. Though people were steadily coming in, they were being taken care of in a timely manner. Customer service was warm and satisfactory. I don't eat too much cookies, so I just ordered a pumpkin chocolate chip, which was given to me pretty quickly. We went for the grand opening and I was so excited, and ultimately super satisfied. Crumbl has a couple other locations nearby, so I have ordered before but I haven't been to one of their locations. The concept is super simple and clean. You enter into their lobby where you can find ipads to place your order. If you'd prefer you can step up to their main counter, where they have their current flavors on display, and order from the cashier. Now, their flavors. They have alternating flavors that they switch out on a weekly basis. I follow them on Instagram and let me tell you, each week they have me drooling. With options like churro and cookie butter who wouldn't be tempted on a weekly basis? So back to the grand opening. They had a ballon arch out front and A TON of staff. Things were quick and everyone was friendly. I'm gonna be honest, having a Crumbl so close to home is gonna be DANGEROUS. Haha I'll be back, for sure. read more

I've been seeing this place all over social media and I can't believe that I waited this long to give them a try. They have multiple locations throughout South FL making it easy to stop by. Walking in, I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. Every week they have new flavors which is really cool (they tend to have the chocolate chip and the pink sugar cookie weekly since those are a fan fave). It was nice seeing them hard at work making and icing the cookies right in front of you. I ordered a pink sugar cookie and a banana bread cookie. Those two stood out the most to me while ordering. I couldn't wait to get home and try them. The pink sugar cookie was good and I love the almond flavor, it pairs so well with the pink icing. The banana bread cookie omg that was my fave, it taste just like banana bread and the cream cheese icing was soo soo good. I'm glad I finally decided to give them a try. This Crumbl location is super clean , staff is nice and the cookies are always to die for. I was never a huge fan of them but I am now and this is my fav location to come to. This last visit we had fried ice cream, red velvet, waffle with maple syrup, and chocolate chip. But it was supposed to be chocolate cookies and cream. I guess they ran out maybe lol Anywho ! Wow! This was my first experience inside a crumbl cookie. I've been brought cookies multiple times but never made it in store yet. Let me start by saying wow! This place was so cool! You can see everything being made right from the counter. The kitchen goes far back and you can tell they specialize in cookies. The huge mixers are putting in work and the employees are back there baking and decorating. The cookies are fresh and there was a constant flow of customers. My cookies were warm and fresh. The peanut butter Oreo one was amazing! My kids loved the classic chocolate chip cookie. They even had an M&M one. Will definitely be back for more. Recommend 10/10! read more

Place was super clean and bright and all the staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door! We went with the milk glaze fruity pebbles cookie and the French toast cookie. The fruity pebble tasted like a regular sugar cookie but it was fun to bite into the fruity pebble pieces. It kind of "pops" as you crunch down. The French toast was super sweet and amazing! Loved the cream cheese type frosting they add on top. This one was more like a bar, not really a cookie. But still good! I honestly think these are the best cookies I've ever tried. Would 100% recommend the milk chocolate chip as well as the white frosting and chocolate (not sure what the name is) but it kind of resembles a ho-ho. I love crumble always go to this location. Usually have great cookies but this time I went while it wasn't busy with no costumers in the store and I received my cookies. They didn't open the box to show it to me before I grabbed. Otherwise I would've said something then and there. I got the banana split cookie which was my new favorite and there was barely any frosting. It was mostly just cookie and didn't not look how it was advertised.
