I love crumbl cookie! Every week is a new flavor of fun and it makes it fun to try all of them. They are pricey ranging around $5 per cookie but they are big portions big enough to share if you need to, I personally can eat it by myself hehe. When you walk in, they have 6 different cookies to choose from on the menu to the right and screens to order just below it. I ordered a box of four because at $4.60 for one and $14.95 for four, it's basically buy 3 get 1 free! And I'm all about a good deal. The cookies are big and are packaged nicely, I was a little surprised at the size of the box. The employee even showed me the cookies and waited for my approval before closing the box up and taking my payment, a nice touch. When I took them home, I cut each up into four pieces and sampled each. They were all so soft and delicious, my favorite being the strawberry shortcake, I hope they make a reappearance. The cookies taste great though was slightly underwhelmed by the service. The order I received had frosting smeared on the outside of the box and a cookie cut by the lid coming down on top of it. When I first walked in I just stopped at the door because I wasn't sure what to do because I've never been there before so I was honest with the employees who were extremely helpful. They stopped what they were doing to explain the whole process, the cookie options, and the quantity options. The inside is very white and clean. There's not a big waiting area but my wait was maybe 30seconds. No seating. They were so polite, helpful, and wonderful I tipped them to let them know their service is great and appreciated. The store was not busy when I arrived so I was in and out without a delay. The staff was friendly and all of the cookies looked amazing. I loved the cinnamon bun cookie. It comes in at 520 calories and tastes like a cinnamon cookie that has a honey butter glaze. I also tried the Chocolate Crumb Oreo Cookie. It is a 720 calorie cookie that has a rich chocolate taste with a cream cheese frosting. I really liked the chocolate cookie but didn't particularly care for it being topped with cream cheese frosting. I would have preferred buttercream. read more

We were excited to try Crumbl, after reading good things online. We arrived, they have the sample cookies out for you to see then there are a few tablets to order from. After placing our order, a large guy in the back confused our order with another and asked five times what we had ordered. Why bother to order on the touch screen? Maybe just have customers order face to face, and get the cookies as they are ordered? Genius I know, but bakeries have been doing this for years. The cookies are way too sweet, actually sickening sweet. They look nice, but we threw out 4 or our 6 just because nothing should have that much sugar in it. Crumbl cookie is a place you go for the hype that hit drums up on social. I admit I was caught in this hype and when an opportunity came to try them, I took advantage of it. As noted by an earlier review, you order everything on an iPad which in this day is understandable however, it lacks personality and hospitality which is important in food service even if it's fast food. We ordered a few of every cookie except for one as it was out of stock but somehow came back in stock after we received our order. I was a little sticker shocked when I saw the cost of the cookies but thought the taste and size must justify the cost. Our cookies came out as advertised and ordered however the box was super flimsy. Crumbl needs to consider a sturdier box and tape when handling these orders. I could of easily dropped all my cookies on the ground. Now to the taste of the cookies which are average at best. The bake on the cookies are crispy outside with a really soft almost too soft center. We had the chocolate brownie, sugar cookie, peanut and a vanilla cookie. Taste was ok but definitely not worth the price. So the TLDR here is expensive mediocre cookies, "kiosk" only ordering leaves a bland taste figuratively and literally in your mouth. Also I'm not sure I'm a fan of weekly rotating flavors without the option to order ones you do like. read more

Terrible experience! I was sold greasy, undercooked cookies. I called the store and asked about what they could do and they told me l had to show them the cookies, and if they deemed them not up to par they would give me replacements. Frankly, I wasn't interested in more cookies because the first batch was horrible. When I went in l was treated extremely rudely by a worker named Zarelis. Zarelis tried to tell me they weren't raw by showing me the edge of the cookie, and then tossing them back into the box. She took them back because after arguing the quality of the cookie with me, there was no denying they weren't up to standard. She proceeded to try and give me back the cookies that she stuck her fingers in to check if they were cooked. They gave me a new 6 pack of cookies to replace the old ones, but there was the same issue. The cookies were still greasy and undercooked. I emailed corporate and was told I need to email the store directly. I have emailed the store twice and have gotten no response. Do not waste your money here. Was so excited to see a location opening in Davenport after being to several other great Crumbl stores. Sadly, this location does not deliver. It was, by far, the worst overpriced cookie I ever had! The chocolate chips were old, the dough had hints of peanut butter, and the tasteless cookie was undercooked. Not sure if they are using cheap ingredients or they got the recipe wrong. It was also strange that there was no delicious cookie aroma when we entered the store, just lots of dirty pans stacked high, a crowded dirty entry area, and a man aggressively yelling names for a line of Door Dash deliveries. Save yourself some money and go to the Publix bakery. This location is a huge disappointment! read more
