First time visiting spoon and sprinkles located in Davenport. Grab and Acai and pitaya bowl and they were delicious you can add as many toppings as you want. They have a great variety of fruits and boba. I love their decorations and colors. Great customer service and friendly staff. They have a great selection of sweets. They have frozen Yogurt which is .65 cents per OZ. And you can self serve and they have a great variety of flavors. For boba teas, smoothies and milk shakes you can choose your own size, toppings and milk of choice which they have non lactose options. They also have bubble waffles, french macarrons and ice creams. I have been coming here for years but unfortunately the quality of the boba drinks have depleted . Went in for a vanilla chai and Coffee boba . 2 large drinks . After I waited I was given two small drinks I brought this to the employees attention and all she did was put a lot of ice and MILOS Sweet tea mixed into both the drinks to make up for that . Not only did it take the flavor away but it was watered down . What a waste of $20 and 30 minutes of my day . read more

Such a cute little place with lots of seating! Service was quick and the girl behind the counter was very sweet. The bubble waffle was amazing and ice cream was delicious. I walked in and the lady asked me "can I help you find what you're looking for?" It's a froyo place so I was confused and just asked if they had froyo. Then she said cheesecake was the only flavor that was out. That left vanilla and strawberry. I get some vanilla and then go to get peanuts and she sticks her finger on it! Awkwardly I say oh uhm that's ok. Bc what?! Weird. Then I finish, go to pay & they don't take $100's. Which I get...but nowhere is it posted that says that. The inside was cute but honestly walking in the vibes were off. Neither employee greeted us or said anything to us while checking out besides the price. To me even worse was the fact that they had 2 Frozen Yogurt options. It looked like they had quite a few machines but they were all turned around so the only choices were chocolate and strawberry. One great thing about places like this is the options of which there were few. The topping bar was equally as confusing as everything had lids on them with spoons facing away from the customer which made it feel like we were supposed to ask someone to help us. Overall just an awkward and disappointing experience. After we got our food and paid we couldn't get out of there any faster. read more

Cute and clean place. Lots of parking as it's located in a shopping center. When I went there were 8 different kinds of frozen yogurts, lots of toppings and sauces. They also offer different choices like smoothie , Açaí bowls ,macarons, and ice cream Staff for helpful and kind. Lots of seating and bathroom available as well. Would rate a zero for service only. Had our ice cream in hand and in line to check out. A 12 pack of customers walked right up to the cashier and stepped in front of us. We proceeded to wait quietly for 15 minutes while our ice cream melted. Then the cashier didn't acknowledge that it was our turn to pay. Waited for us to put our cups on the scale with no direction (not a word to us). Our final cost showed up on the register, and then they walked away from us. We could have just bounced, but I put my card in and paid. We left the place to no words exchanged during the whole visit. Absolutely despicable!! While I appreciate this place for its friendly environment and a variety of sweets such as Fro-yo ice cream, macarons and more. Unfortunately, their boba is not what I expected from the vast variety and quality flavor you may experience at boba shops in Orlando. Recently moving back to Davenport meant I lost having so many boba options near to my home so when I saw they were offering boba here naturally I was excited but prepared to keep an open mind since this is not a boba shop.. we ordered the traditional milk tea and the lavender I can tell you right away their products are without a doubt powdered and not natural tea (I've been to many boba spots and can easily tell the difference) I saw the young girl in the back make everything in smoothie blender.. I appreciate that there was milk alternatives but the flavor and lavender flavor alone was just straight up syrup. Not a good balance of flavor and the boba was subpar.. not the chewy consistency I usually enjoy. The drink made me feel sick to my stomach bc it was SO sweet. I understand a business trying to maximize their profits and suit cravings for all... but perhaps they should should leave this to those who actually understand the craft of boba tea and leave it to those who know how to properly make a drink. So a warning to local boba lovers like myself it's far better to make the 30-45 min drive to Orlando if you want GOOD boba milk tea. read more
