Crumbl is always worth a stop if you're craving a cookie! The sweet baked sugar will most likely lure you in. This place is clean, cute, and pink. Each cookie is social media ready with how pretty they are. I love that an assortment of new flavors are introduced each week. I would recommend their cookie flavors over their classics (milk chocolate chip and classic pink sugar). My favorite has to be the white chocolate coconut cookie. Be warned that these cookies are SWEET. I normally only eat a 1/4 at a time but they are big enough to be shared. Check the menu before you go! Why sometimes i don't like people My wife mentioned a new cookie place that I had not heard about. I don't venture that far West often but after checking out the Crumbl website a few times, I knew that I needed to carve some extra time to get there. Staff outside was super friendly and limiting the number into the store. Waiting inside, you can see them baking - it looks like a well oiled machine. The ordering process was simple, and the cookies looked fantastic. We didn't eat them warm, but the fam had no complaints and it was definitely worth going out of the way. Now - before I ventured I had checked out reviews by other Yelpers. I could not believe that someone complained that the cookies were Crumbl(y) and just too big to eat. First, I am not sure why you would give an establishment a 1 star rating on their first day they are opened (prior review posted for Crumbl). No matter if they are a chain or not they all will have some things that need to be worked out. I usually like to wait to try a new place, but was craving cookies last night. With that said, we went later in the day and while it was busy they were efficient and we got our cookies pretty quick. We entered and saw there were about 7 people in line and then saw some kiosks. These kiosks let you place your order there (you can also order online) and then after we placed our order, we waited outside. Our cookies came outside a couple of minutes later and we were on our way. We got a four pack and I think with tax it was like $11.50. While some may think that is pricey for cookies, you have to realize each cookie is really large and can be shared amongst 2-3 people. We tried the Cosmic Brownie, Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate chip and the Muddy Buddy. Our favorites were the Cosmic Brownie, which is served warm and Oatmeal Raisin; though I have to say they were all pretty good. They rotate their cookies each week and tend to be open later in case you get a sweet craving later in the night (weekday til 10p and weekend til 12a). They also deliver as well! read more

Ton of hype surrounding surrounding this place and it took me a while to get there, but I finally made it. Reader's Digest version....very expensive so-so cookies. When you walk in, the place looks really nice. Its clean and bright and the employees are friendly. Also, there are alot of employees for a cookie-only store. We elected to use the tablet on the wall to order our cookies. Much to our surprise, our order was ready immediately after we completed it. Here's where it goes bad; we ordered a 4 milk chocolate chip, 1 sugar shark, and 1 pineapple whip. 6 cookies = $18. For $3 a cookie, I'm thinking these have got to be great cookies, right? The pineapple whip cookie was first. The frosting was amazing, but the cookie itself was blah. For a sugar cookie it felt undercooked and mushy. Next, the milk chocolate chip. Let me first say these are decent sized cookies. Much like the sugar cookie, these felt extremely undercooked and mushy. I didn't even eat the whole cookie and was done with it. Last, the sugar shark. Same as the pineapple whip, great frosting / blah cookie. I guess at $3/cookie, my expectations are high. These were average, at best, cookies! High points of this place are cleanliness and friendly employees, unfortunately the product they offer dosent match the service. read more

I love frosted cookies so I was sure this would be my place! The rush must be over since there was no line or waiting. These are some expensive cookies but I'm fine with that, if they are that good. I bought chocolate chip and chilled sugar. I have to say I was I was a bit disappointed. Besides being crumbly and almost sandy in texture on the outside, they were literally raw and under baked on the inside. And quite heavy. I was unpleasantly full after eating about a quarter of each cookie. Just not my thing but I can see why some may like this type of cookie. Whoever is in charge at Crumbl cookie corporate is an absolute idiot. The fact that you can't customize a cookie is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever put this moron in charge should be fired. You can go to pretty much any restaurant on the planet and customize your order within reason. I can tell the bakers at Metro Market to add more frosting to the vanilla long John. If they're making them currently they will gladly do it. So today's flavors in Delafield, WI are Milk chocolate chip, turtle, birthday cake, cinnamon roll, gingersnap, & peppermint ice cream. I was going to order a 12 pack. I asked to add frosting to the gingersnap cookie because without it the cookie f*cking sucks. Said "I will pay extra." The girl behind the counter politely, said "corporate policy. we can't add or subtract stuff from cookies." Now mind you they already have to put frosting on the birthday cake and a cinnamon roll cookies right in front of you. It's not like you have to whip up frosting. It's already made and is ready to be squeezed out of the piping bag. Like it takes two seconds to put a swirl of frosting on a gingersnap cookie. Completely within reason. So I went from ordering a 12 pack to not ordering anything. If I was a franchisee owner. You can bet your a$$ I would be f*cking pissed at corporate. At the fact that I couldn't customize a cookie at my franchise, so I lost out on a 12 cookie sale. I personally would instruct my employees to say fuck what corporate says and we WILL customize any cookie (within reason) to make the customer happy. Even make more money for an up charge on frosting. So that I would get a 12 pack cookie sale instead of big fat zero sale. I used this same location for delivery at Christmas and also experienced delivery issues. The driver did not follow the directions since delivered to Apt. This was a trend that I needed to jump on, and I'm happy I did. I taste tested waffle with syrup, animal cookie, and blueberry. I was very disappointed to see that the chocolate chip was sold out when I went there. I do understand that these things happen, especially later in the day when I got there. The associates were friendly but the process was very confusing. There were kiosks where you could order the cookies and also a check out line. I used the kiosk but wasn't sure then if I needed to wait in the line, or off to the side to get my cookies. There should be better instructions for the ordering process. The cookies - as promised on the signs - were warm and very gooey. Dare I say * almost * raw. They were delicious and satisfied by craving. The cookies are okay but it's the customer service that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It is always chaos at this location. I was trying to order a couple dozen cookies on line but it only offered six cookies to choose from and not the cookies of the week, which is what I wanted to purchase. I drove to this location to talk to staff. One server had no clue what I was asking. The manager then stepped in and said I needed to try ordering again because they have computer glitches all the time. A good manager would have taken my order, but instead I got a lame answer. Bought several 3 packs of cookies for the family. They were happy and everyone enjoyed. For the price, I wouldn't buy often. But it was good as a treat. I had wanted the six pack but I guess they no longer have the boxes. Staff was friendly. It was definitely a factory frenzy atmosphere.
