Had a bit of a sweet tooth craving so I dropped by. The shop is very small and clean. Service was good. She took my order and also reminded me of the free dirty soda if you have an app. So I got a plain chocolate chip cookie and the strawberry mango dirty soda. Sorry I ate my cookie then remembered I didn't take a pic of it LOL .. the dirty soda was good. Had a strong coconut soda taste to it though. Go get your free dirty soda if you have their app before it ends! Ends 8/8/2026 I wanted to try their thin cookies but they didn't have any today. This week was cookie thins. All of the varieties were thin cookies. I really like their cookie thin cookies better than their regular cookies. They got a crisp, soft, and chewy texture to them. I placed my order through the app, which was pretty easy to navigate. I opted to pick up the order instead of curbside. Once I was near the store I just click on "I'm here". They were getting my order ready as I walked in, I didn't wait long. It was pretty simple. I recommend getting the Crumble app on your phone. You can use the app to place orders ahead of time. It's pretty easy to use and you accumulate points for free cookies. They also give you a free cookie on your birthday month. read more

Had a chance to try out their s'mores thin cookie and I was pleasantly surprised. It was free cookie day so the line was long and the wait was a bit of time but can be expected when freebies are handed out. Usual order would be two thin cookies for each order. The cookie was pretty tasty. Fell apart sorta easily but just meant it was soft to me. The marshmallow center was really good, slightly chewy and changed up the texture a bit. I'd come back for this one. The staff was friendly as they can be with a line out the door. Pleasant and worked as fast as they could to get everyone their cookies so kudos for that. After the Dubai brownie I tasted on Monday I decided to get another if possible and order one for my uncle's partner. I ordered on the app and the only location close to me that hadn't sold out of the viral brownie was at Elk Grove. The app ordering was seamless and service when I checked in and arrived was very efficient and quick despite the large crowd. I loved the layout and cleanliness of the store and the staff were very friendly. I like this location, the first time I've tried it. As others say, the parking can be a bit tight but spots seem to open up fairly quickly in the larger lot. I ended up ordering a four pack of full sized desserts for my relative including the Dubai brownie for a birthday gift which I dropped off that night. He was so excited to try the selection and texted me later that his first pick, the Dubai brownie was "so, so good." I'll share my brownie though, as my sister tried to get one in Concord, twenty minutes away from alameda with no success. Totally sold out in the Bay. I love cookies and I was in the area so I needed to get some! When you walk in they have giant light up menus above the have tablets that order at. They also have cookies of the week on displayed on in front. They change out the flavors every week. The place is a little small and no seating so you definitely just grab and go. I ordered the mini 3 pack cookie with strawberry Dubai chocolate brownie and two of the Valentine's Day theme cookies. The cookies came out so fast. I didn't even have to wait. They were so delicious and the mini cookies were so tiny! They are perfect for people who just want a small treat. Cute pink packaging box it comes with. I would say the only down side is I feel like the cookies are kinda pricey. The mini pack was $12 for 3 and the 4 regular pack is $18. One employee wiped the table down for the whole time and again not a word to me but was asking his coworker (#4) in the way back how to say certain words in Spanish. When I finally had enough I told the girl are you ever gonna acknowledge me?? She said oh sorry and proceeded to hand me a cookie that was not mine.???? I said no matter how busy you are you can say HI and say I will be right with you. But again there were no more customers but me in the store. This Crumbl location is a joke. Customer service is non existent, particularly from their owner Nate. I went in to purchase cookies for my daughters and to speak to them about booking a fundraiser since the Delta Shores location has bombarded us with fundraiser emails. I was directed to send an email to the owner whose email address is on their front window. I did so and he completely ghosted me. I understand and respect we're all busy and it's a tough time to run a business, but a little common courtesy goes a long ways. A simple we're not interested or aren't hosting fundraising events at this time reply would've been much more professional and salvaged their reputation. I'll go out of my way to the other location at Delta Shores since they have better customer service and are engaged in the community rather than greed. Hopefully this serves as a gentle reminder that a missed opportunity with your future generation of customers can make or break a business. read more

I placed a curbside order for a birthday and included a special note ("Happy Birthday Riza"), expecting it to be added to the box. Unfortunately, when I received the order, there was no note, the box wasn't sealed, and the presentation felt incomplete -- especially for something meant as a gift. I called the store but didn't receive helpful customer service . I was told that because it was a curbside pickup, I couldn't receive the note or other standard packaging features. Compelled to write my first Yelp review. This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I was the only person in the store and wanted to buy a gift card. One worker was on the phone handling a complaint and another worker putting cookies on the rack. I thought the worker on the phone might help me once he hung up, but he walked right by me. I've gone to this location a few times and haven't had issues so far compared to other locations I've gone to. Orders have been correct, no long wait time, no customer service issues. I normally order on the app through my phone and go into the store and pick up. As with all crumbl locations, it's a small interior with no seating. More of a grab and go place. I've enjoyed more of their cake and pie creations they make. They do charge more for the cakes. I like that their app allows you to mark which cookie/pie/cake you want notifications for when the cookie is in the weekly line up again. There are parking spaces but this is a busy plaza since there's Costco and Starbucks. They close at 10pm, so going later in the evening will help in terms of parking lot traffic. read more

The problem isn't the cookies, it's the customer service. We are regulars who stop in about once a week now. We stepped it up because we love their cookies including the Banana Split! Yum. However, every time we ask for a plastic spoon. Or fork for their cake and pie -like cookies, they never have any for us. This is annoying. The touch screen where you order is actually dirty first thing in the morning and needs to be wiped down. The young lady working there is consistently unfriendly and ignores questions when asked. I have never been to a storefront before so the decor inside was very clean and minimal, with color scheme of black, white, and pink. The service was very quick and easy. There was a cashier but they also had an iPad to order. Our cashier was very nice and we receive our order very quick.
