Entering a Crumbl Cookie store is akin to entering a very busy bakery. When I entered, I was not greeted as the employees were busy fulfilling orders. Not seeing a register, I surveyed the shop and noticed the ordering kiosks on the far wall. On the counter were two sizes of cookies, but I could only order the larger size. I later discovered the smaller size is for catering orders. I ordered two each of the Milk Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Cupcake, and Monster m&m's. Since I had yet no interaction with an employee, I was surprised to be requested a tip. If the franchise wants to pay their employees more, just raise the prices. Of the three varieties ordered, the Chocolate Cupcake was the only one not already prepared. The frosting and sprinkles was applied after the cookies were placed in the box. After a short time, my order was ready for me. Being raised on chocolate chip cookies, I tried the Milk Chocolate Chip first. Unfortunately, I had a difficult time tasting the chocolate in the chocolate chips. When I did taste the chocolate, it had a diluted taste. The Milk Chocolate Chip is great for folks who want to eat a chocolate chip cookie which is not too chocolatey. Also, the cookie was falling apart as soon as I took the first bite. May be that is to be expected as crumble is in the company name. This location must have been running out of m&m's. In addition to colored pieces, I also spotted chocolate chips. I took a closer look to verify they were not the brown-colored shells. The chocolate looked too similar to the ones in the Milk Chocolate Chip cookie. The m&m cookies which I purchased in the past had been full of various colors. When I bit into a section which definitely had a m&m, I did taste the candy. Finally, I tried the Chocolate Cupcake. Similar to its namesake, chocolate frosting and sprinkles is applied on top of the cookie. Not surprisingly, I enjoyed the chocolate frosting. When the cookie crumbled and separated from the frosting, because this was the only one of the three without anything inside it, I had a chance to taste the actual cookie. It had a slight aftertaste which I did not enjoy. This flavor is primarily for those who prefer cookie cakes and not regular cakes on their birthdays. read more

If you like soft, almost cake-like cookies, Crumbl should hit the spot for you. They are large enough to share but tasty enough to not want to. Can't decide? Buy a 4-pack and get a perfectly-sized box to carry them out in. You may have to wait a few minutes to get your order, but they're worth it! Was the only customer in the store and no one of the staff looked up or said hello. I entered my order on the screen, paid there with a credit card and was prompted to add a tip for zero customer service. Called my name when the order was ready ( still the only customer in the store) and left the box on the counter. Not even a thank you. Bought the cookies as a gift and I could see there was an elastic bow for the box but would have had to flag someone down. Won't be back. read more

I am updating my review, as I have come to realize that the issues I have had in the past have been related to 3rd party delivery drivers. Crumbl Cookie offers a rotating weekly menu of unique and delicious flavors. The store is always clean, and the employees are very efficient and friendly. Crumbl cookies are huge and shareable (if you choose). I just highly recommend picking up your Crumbls due to delivery issues that I have had in the past. read more

Fresh cookies... how could this not be a 5-star review? Yes, they are pricey, at ~$18 for 6 large cookies! (~$12 for 4 and $4 for 1) But these are meant for an occasion or the occasional treat. And... you get what you pay for. The cookies are large so you will find yourself cutting them in half or in quarters. And you won't care about the price after tasting them! They have some standards which are always on the menu, like chocolate chip and sugar cookie, while the other flavors are rotated to keep you interested and give you an excuse to go back to try a flavor you haven't tried and get you favorite again. Some of their cookies tend to be on the "cakey" side but are delicious nonetheless. So, if you're a traditionalist, order accordingly. Ordering is a breeze even if the lines are long. Use their app or one of the 2 kiosks on the wall to order rather than waiting to get to the front of the line. Service is fast and friendly. read more

The service was prompt and good (very odd tho, since you order off of a tablet on the wall, and the only interaction you have are when they bring you your box), and the place itself looked very clean. I'm a pretty frequent customer at this location. It's a fun surprise for my kids on special days, etc. For the most part, the cookies are usually as advertised and they taste good. HOWEVER, today I was welcomed into the store by a young man, but I could barely hear him over the music. It was quite loud and full of the f-word and other words you don't expect to hear at a business frequented by families. It's not a great feeling to walk into a business and one of the first things you hear is "f-in' b . . . ." coming through the speakers. I had also ordered online so that I could pick up the cookies and go. (It was a large order) The website said that they would be ready in 15-20 min, but when I got there about 35 minutes after ordering, none of the boxes were ready. There were no other customers in the store and I saw no other boxes waiting to be picked up on the counter. The prep counter was dirty and it looked like the icing had been sitting out for quite some time. The young man helping me was kind and did manage to put the order together pretty quickly. Overall, I was happy with the product, but I am giving them a 3 star review so hopefully the owner/manager sees this.
