If I could give this store a negative rating I would. The cookies are fine. However, the staff is so nasty and rude I will drive to another town to get crumbl cookies. I have never been treated so poorly and felt like I was interrupting their day. It didn't just happen once, it's every time I've been to the store. Came in the other day just for one chocolate chip cookie. The cookie itself was delicious as usual! The store was clean and not busy at all. While I enjoy the self-ordering kiosks on the wall, I think they are really only great for when they are busy. When there is only a handful of people inside, I would think the employees would want to have that person to person interaction - you know, customer service. But, no. I wasn't welcomed or even acknowledged when I walked in. The young girl who gave me my order was pleasant and seemed to care about the customers, which was nice. The first time I tried Crumbl Cookies was in Utah when I was visiting my sister. She told me that she visits them at least once a week if not for the cookies, for the ice cream. I've never actually been in a Crumbl Cookie until now. It's very bright with lots of glossy whites and black accents on the walls. The ordering system was weird with no human interaction. My sister and I were actually confused on what to do as no employee spoke to us about ordering. We figured it out by watching the people in front of us. Basically, you order on a tablet, which I thought was simple and easy to use. People who aren't as tech savvy might need some help though. The only interaction we got was when they called our name when the order was ready and they said to have a nice day. Weird, but the system seems to work. Every cookie option for that week was pink except for the classic chocolate chip because October is breast cancer awareness month. I thought that was a nice touch. You can't go wrong with any of the cookies, but you can find yourself loving some more than others. They aren't too sugary, but I still can't finish the whole cookie in one go. I ordered one of each that was offered, which were six different cookies. For a six pack it's just under $20 before tax. Not outrageous, but not cheap either. Aside from the obvious, that Crumbl sells delicious cookies, there are so many things that this location does exceptionally well. I had been wanting to try this place out for a while before I finally did it (nothing they could've done differently , I am just slow to act). When I first walked in I was hit with a wave of delicious cookie smell! Seriously, what could be better? The entire staff greeted me with a smile and a welcome in! There were a few people in the waiting area but no line to order and it was extremely fast and easy! I think my total time spent in the store was 5 minutes or less. Also! This location is very well kept and clean. The staff was extremely busy but were incredibly helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things. I ordered the cake batter (it was a little sweet for me but my boyfriend loved it), buckeye brownie (delicious but very rich), NEW vanilla sugar (it was good but I prefer the pink almond sugar, personal preference but I love almond flavor), and s'mores (an unexpected favorite!!) Within minutes, our order was ready and perfectly packaged in the cutest pink box. What makes Crumbl stand out is there giant cookies and rotating menu. Each week, Crumbl debuts four new flavors and two standard flavor (sugar and chocolate chip) cookies. The best way to order is to buy a box of their flavors of the week. The cookies are giant so we usually cut the cookies in quarters so everyone in our family can try a few different kinds. Each flavor is unique and rich so we can't eat more than two quarters at a time. All of the cookies have been delicious, but my favorites are the Pumpkin Pie, Nutella and Peanut Butter and Jelly. Good cookies but not worth the price you are going to pay. It is about $5 for one cookie that is maybe lukewarm but almost never hot and fresh like they claim. They have over 100 cookie flavors but they never carry more than 6 at a time which means you could get stuck with one you really don't enjoy. When I started going here it was a fun, welcoming experience but that has slowly changed to the point now where there is no human interaction. You place your order on tablets that are not easy to use and if you try to ask questions the workers are too busy and far away to be able to communicate with. Even the employees do not like this system and openly complained about it. This is a very sad step to take in the middle of a pandemic when people can use the extra human interaction. I don't get this place. First time visiting- Go in for a "cookie" - the options on the screen where you place your order didn't really look like typical cookies. Didn't want chocolate so went for cinnamon square- paid $4.99 and then the computer I ordered from asked me for a tip! I broke down and tipped since there were young kids working there and I've got one myself. Got the "cookie" which looked more like a king size Easy Bake oven cake. It was warm and so I looked for a fork and was told by the kid I just tipped for handing me a box- "we don't have forks"... why do they give this to me warm then? Word to the wise- bring your own fork! Cookie tasted fine, but it was not a cookie, it was a cake. And the lighting - they definitely don't want anyone hanging around inside for any more time than necessary- pretty jarring. Overall, just a really weird experience. read more

This place is quite the modern cookie shop. Its very professionally done. The cookies are the perfect mix of crisp and gooey. The flavors are amazing. I personally like all the ones with Chocolate on them. Try the Nutella one, the Oreo one and the Double Chocolate one. They're brilliant.
