Sat review I wasn't planning on doing this so I didn't take a great photo. You need to GET there Key lime pie, I get one in very pie place I can while traveling across the US. This one is in my top 5. The lime flavor is well balanced with that fresh citrus taste. The body of the pie is firm while not being too dense. The crumble crust pairs perfectly with everything. Me Oh My has a great location, and the food is good. However, they have the slowest service and longest wait times in town. Today my two friends and I waited for almost an hour for a to-go order of a sandwich, an iced coffee, and a galette. After 40 minutes, my friend was called up and staff told her they were out of galettes, said they couldn't refund her, and asked what else she wanted. She opted for two slices of pie that came out right away. It was another 10 minutes after that she finally got her iced coffee. A long line of people waited at an un-manned cash register for an unreasonable amount of time, and at least 5 people walked out before ordering. I wish I could say this was an uncommon occurrence or an off day, but this is my experience every time I visit. I really want them to succeed and think they are a great asset to the community, but some serious restructuring might be necessary. read more

Let me start by saying my wife and I have eaten at both locations probably 25x's total. The food (Bakery) is generally always good. Pies are amazing. I am writing this to bring focus onto the staff at the Laporte location. Rude. Always. I had to order 3x's to get one meal last winter and the food was bad. We have had 3-4 negative interactions at that location. MoMP -Start hiring courteous and professional staff! I think our days of eating there are done and we are sad for that, but we can't support a business that thinks hiring people to treat customers like an inconvenience merits ZERO follow on business. read more

My husband and I had lunch here last week and the food ranged from just okay to inedible. Also, even though it wasn't busy, our very simple sandwiches took a full twenty minutes to come out. My croissant sandwich was mediocre (turkey was weird and the bottom was super soggy) and my husband's focaccia sandwich was inedible. He said the bread tasted like a stale crouton. The salad on my husband's plate was just old and gross. He also got a chocolate chip cookie that tasted like freezer. read more

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I came for the first time the other day and got the build your own veggie sandwich and the sweet potato hash. And let me just say we were veryyyy satisfied ;) The staff are all very nice, easy going, and genuine. The restaurant itself is very family friendly, comfortable, and calming. Their chicken pot pies must be a hit. I've been here 3 times and they sold out...one day I'll get there on time.

This place is pretty inconsistent on whether you will get good drinks, food, and service or not. I've had drinks that were so bad I had to take them back, and I've had drinks that were fine. Most of their baked goods are either too dry or hard, or soggy/soft. I am gluten free, and the way they offer GF bread for their sandwiches is a joke...the bread can't hold together. It has been served to me broken apart on the plate, and the fact they were serve that is embarrassing to them. They also have a bee hive on their deck, I think underneath, and they have swarmed and sent my two boys and I running inside. When I told them about the hive they seemed completely unbothered. The only pro, and reason I have been here multiple times, is that they have a few kids toys. All in all, I would skip this place and go to Little Bird or Explorado Market. read more

The girl who rang up the register also had to get the pies the customers, slowing down everything down. Me Oh My is best enjoyed if you're looking for coffee, pie, and ambiance. I did come here for the first time to also try out their breakfast menu. They are far more a cafe and bakery than a sit-down breakfast restaurant so their egg sandwiches, burritos, etc. are sufficient enough if you understand that experience and that perhaps acclaimed Chef Michael Rowave may be involved. So, I definitely would return but simply for a slice of pie and coffee and perhaps to read or for a good conversation when in the area and in the mood. read more

I like to say nice things when I review a restaurant, this time breakfast didn't go so well. A business associate of mine and I dropped by Wednesday July 12, 2023 for breakfast. I ordered a smothered burrito, my associate ordered two eggs sunny-side up. We were told nope! You can't order fried eggs! But, but Miss, we see the eggs on your counter, we see the frying pan! Why can't you put the eggs in the pan? Nope! No Fried Eggs! My associate had coffee while I ate an average burrito on their nice deck. Would we go back? Nope! Now this place was far, far from busy, there was one diner in the dining room, and now you know why. Like I said, I like to say nice things about restaurants, I know it's a tough people oriented business. This restaurant looked great! Had the food been as great I'd be bringing more people in. Unfortunately it's tough to have breakfast without 2 eggs up! I need to add this, when business people recommend something, we are judged by our choices, I had Egg on my face over this choice! This place is so cute! The food is decent. But the lines always take almost 30 minutes and the food another 30 minutes. I don't know if they are understaffed or what the deal is but the three times we have been there. It has been an hour to get food. I personally think this is too long as it's usually before or after the hike. I don't know that will be returning because of this issue. I was really disappointed by this place. Service is great, the interior is cozy and adorable, coffee is good...but the food is so meh. This place used to be raved about. For a place named after pies, they really aren't good at making them. The crust managed to be both crumbly and soggy, and the filling tasted like it came from a can. I've never had fresh pie that had the congealed texture you'd find in a little Debbie hand pie. The friend I went with was shocked; he said the quality used to be much better, and thought the last time he went there and had subpar food, it'd been a fluke. We have come to be huge fans of this Laporte gem! Great casual vibe with such yummy pies--- you must try the peach pie during palisades peach season. Oh my! Sooo good. . I have also had the hash, the breakfast Sammie, the smothered breakfast burrito and the pecan sticky bun with the cream cheese frosting. All are fantastic. The chuggachino and matcha latte are excellent. Service is great whether you dine in or order your food to go. They also sell adorable greeting cards and fun stickers as well as hats and t- shirts. Don't miss this. A shirt drive from foco or an easy place to stop on the way home from nearby hiking spots. The place also attracts a fair number of cyclists. Avoid using their online or mobile ordering at all costs. It will not save you time and will only make your mornings more frustrating. This is the second time in two weeks that I have used their online ordering service and this will be my last. Both times I have been told my food won't be ready for another 20-30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.
