I was so glad to see one finally here in fort smith. Some of the cookies are good and some are dry. A lot of people don't know but you are not supposed to eat the entire cookie as it is like 2k-3k calories in one cookie. You're supposed to eat a quarter of it, that's why they have cookie cutters. It's a nice treat for sure and a good size to share. Place is very clean! The staff is pretty nice and the service is fast! read more

When the staff laughs and says whoever got the pink velvet, it's too hot the icing's sliding off, they mean it. Funny? Sloppy. These cookies are stupid expensive as it is. You don't care abt your product, you don't care abt your customer. I wanted my icing on the cookie itself, not the box. Skipping that chain hype from now on. read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The owner was very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with him and getting to know him and a customer that we met at the store.
