There is definitely not a lot of parking, but there is also a drive-thru, so that's always an option. The employees are very personable and nice; they are knowledgeable of their menu and helpful with suggestions. My brothers and I went there twice, once as a walk-up and once as a drive-thru. For the walk-up, my brother and I got the Boot Daddy and the Strawberry shortcake. The Boot Daddy was FIRE. I highly suggest trying it if you prefer a chocolaty flavor with well-balanced sweetness. The Strawberry Shortcake is kinda mid to almost trash lol. The custard and strawberries are really, really good, but the cake is terrible. So, to me, don't even get it lol. Granted, we got there late so it could be better earlier in the day, but that was my experience. When we went to the drive-thru, I got a Strawberry Oreo shake. My brothers got a triple chocolate something and just a regular concrete with strawberries. The regular concrete was good, but the triple chocolate was lacking. It's almost...too chocolaty? It was really sweet and my brother didn't finish it, and no one else wanted it either lol. So, overall, I think the quality of the custard itself is perfect.
