Another customer witnessed the whole thing and was also appalled at they way they handled that. She said next time, come in first. I can assure you, there will be no next time. I placed my order and she happily had it delivered to my niece and her family in Guelph and they were delighted. Yesterday was my brother's birthday and as he lives alone, I again called Csilla and asked if they could deliver a cake to Kitchener. Csilla asked exactly where he lived and answered; no problem. He was not only surprised, but he said the cake was absolutely delicious and it made his day. No fun having a birthday in isolation. I can't tell you how much this means to me.
