I went to Crumbl on a Saturday after a long week of wanting to go. I decided to do a pickup order using the Crumbl app, which is very convenient since you can order ahead of time and check in after you arrive. I was coming from my mom's house which was only a five minute drive, so it allowed me to get my order in and not wait too long. The place looked very clean and the staff was very focused. There was quite a long line when i got there, and it didn't seem like it was moving at first, but eventually one employee came to the front with several boxes and started knocking out orders one by one. I only had to wait 5 minutes. I ordered four (normal-sized) cookies: the Cookies & Cream Krispy Bar, the Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cookie, the Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie, and the Biscoff Cheesecake. The Strawberry Cheesecake cookie was quite good, and the frosting and strawberry jam really captured the flavour of a strawberry cheesecake. I'm not usually a rice krispies person but I decided to order the Krispy bar because I was curious. The cookie and cream flavour wasn't too strong, which I liked. I recommend microwaving it, as it enhances the marshmallow texture and makes the bar softer and chewier. The next day, I tried the other two flavours. The Biscoff cheesecake was my favourite. I wasn't expecting the cinnamon but it worked really well. The Peanut Butter Cup Brownie cookie was pretty good, although as someone who eats these cookies by the quarter, I would've liked to have the peanut butter parts more evenly spread throughout the cookie. Overall, it was stellar. I always love the cookies at Crumbl. They can be a tad sweet depending on the flavour, so my advice is to pace yourself. If I want to just try a flavour, I get the small ones. This is really my first time getting a box of the large desserts by myself, and I'll absolutely be doing it again. read more

A classic. Personally, I find them a bit too sweet if you have more than one, but those first few bites are so good. Definitely recommend if you've got a sweet tooth. I love that they drop new flavours every week, it's fun and gives you something to look forward to. I'm especially excited for all the holiday flavours they're about to roll out. Honestly, they're super hyped (maybe even a little overhyped), but they really do know how to make a good cookie. It does get super busy, but the service is still good because they have so many people working in the back. It's actually really fun to go in and see everyone baking, it's pretty cool to watch. I passed by the store on a weekend afternoon and saw it had a long line-up, and I like cookies, so I gured I'd try it out. Although the line was long, I didn't wait long as they were constantly baking batches of cookies. We got a half-dozen of the large cookies. In hindsight we should have went with the smaller size as we didn't realize how large they were. In terms of the taste, they had a very doughy, raw texture. It wasn't like a melting softness, it was definitely a texture I was not used to. As for the flavours themselves, the roughness sort of overpowered the rest of the cookie. The cream was a lot, but the chocolate parts didn't quite stand out. I'm glad the three of us visited during the soft opening yesterday to avoid the long lineup that I saw this morning! As we entered, we were greeted by the friendly staff members. There was no lineup so I was able to place our order immediately. I bought the four pack of cookies - 2 chocolate chips, 1 sugar shark, and 1 chocolate cake. While we briefly waited for our order, we saw all the hard working staff in the back making cookies. There were at least 15 people working in the back! When we got our order, the staff member suggested we take a boomerang while she opened the box for us. The cookies are delicious! They are very soft, moist, and pretty big. I had heard of this place as it is an American company, and very popular. Therefore, since we were in the area, we decided to stop-in and get some cookies for my children. When we had first walked-in, there were two individuals ordering from the self-checkout screens therefore, we had to wait a few minutes to place our order. We had settled on six small cookies, for $19.99 (which I found to be a bit high just for cookies). After we had placed our order, we then moved to the left-hand side of the restaurant, and waited for our order to be prepared. Within a few minutes, we had seen my name on the screen under 'orders being prepared'; we then received our order a few minutes afterwards. The cookies are definitely big, fresh, and super soft, and I like how they rotate flavors every week--it makes it fun to try new ones. The presentation is also really nice. That said, some of the cookies were way too sweet, like almost overwhelming after a few bites. It's more of a "share with friends" kind of dessert than something you'd want all to yourself. Also, they can be a bit pricey for what you get. The isn't much ambiance to the place as it's a take out location there isn't room to sit down and eat but there is music and it's a nice space. Crumbl cookie in Canada. Really underwhelming to say the least. Coming from Scarborough and travelling to Mississauga to try it is not worth it. Tip: order ahead and skip out on the line that is somehow always there. It is pretty hectic and unorganized trying to get it but I luckily didn't wait more than 5 minutes after my pick up time. I liked that they offered the mini versions of their rotating weekly flavours. However, for every mini coming up to $3.8.... I think I would have been fine not getting them. Certain flavours are definitely more worth it at that price than others. It seemed like they have to produce a lot in a day and it shows in their quality. I get that their appeal is that it's really doughy and soft which people like, but for some flavours it just feels like it wasn't even baked, broke apart too quickly, and some of the cream cheese frosting was melting off ruining other cookies in the box only a minute after receiving it, I'd like to think I have a big sweet tooth but man, are these cookies TOO sweet. Maybe this weeks flavours were only so so and I caught them at a bad time, but I can't imagine going out my way to try these again. read more

The cookie flavours rotate weekly and I wish that I had been there for Monday minis as you can only get full sized cookies on other days. The cookies are thick, underbaked yet crispy. Some are served warm, others served chilled. I picked up: milk chocolate chip, brookie, chocolate milkshake and cinnamon roll. The price per cookie is steep. Crumbl's cookies were yummy. At a lower price point and also delicious, this Cookie Monster will probably keep Craig's as her favourite cookies in Toronto. read more

All they sell are cookies and the lineup changes weekly. I didn't even see drinks. This is takeout only. There is no place to sit. When you walk in, just to the right of the entrance you can order online if you want to skip the line at the cash. From what I could see there was ONE cash with a person to take your order. Next to the cash is a display of the cookies they have that week. The cookies are on the bigger side but they also have smaller ones that are only available for catered orders (at least this is what I was told). Once you order you then wait for your order to be 'prepared'. They have this display that lists the names waiting for orders (like McDonalds but with your name). I was waiting and all of a sudden my name disappeared. I mention this to the person at the counter and she says they are preparing my order, meanwhile the boxes she just picked up were my order. She said she was given a different name when she was handed the boxes. She was almost questioning me and about to give my order to the guy who stepped up to claim the order until he realized it wasn't his order. No apology, nothing. Each cookie is boxed separately unless you get more than 6. The box is opened in front of you and you are told what each cookie is (just in case you forget what you ordered) If you order a dozen they will go through and name each cookie individually. Not exactly the most efficient customer service. Texture of cookies is almost cake-like, hence the name of some of the cookies. 2 cookies came to just over $13.00. Was it worth it? I would say no. Dude this sucked no offense but they had a bunch of indian immigrants that didn't know a penny about baking, some of the cookie were hard with hard icing and some of the cookies were way too soft and the taste was just mid tier mediocre for all of them, not horrible but again they're kind of just excessively sweet cookies, the taste is not that great (i'm also 17 and have a big sweet tooth) needless to say i won't be trying crumbl cookies ever again waste of 30$, this isn't even trying to come off as rude either which is wild AF, also was waiting 30 mins for some low mid cookies read more

I've had them multiple times now and never have they been this bad. Maybe the worker over cooked the batch or just sat out all morning, got there at around 2pm on a Monday so would think they would be fresh. i had a horrible experience. i came very far (from caledon - 30 minute drive) on New years eve, in hopes to have some cookies for my family. my postpartum aunt had specifically requested the french toast cookies. i had arrived there and placed my order. soon after a worker had come up to me to let me know that it would be a 5-10 minute wait for the french toast cookie, but the rest of my cookies were packed and ready to go. i waited the 5-10 minutes. after 15 minutes, i asked her again, how long until the cookie was done.. she told me another 5-10 minutes. i had eventually waited an HOUR for the cookies. another lady beside me had been waiting for 3 HOURS for the exact same thing. horrible service and just overall unpleasant experience. when i received the cookies, they were hard and dry. i called the following days to complain as i was just so upset, the manager hung up in my face. i am just so disappointed and infuriated with this treatment. i will not be returning back to crumbl. read more
