We stopped in for my mom's birthday freebie and I end up leaving with a 3pack: snickerdoodle skillet cookie, chocolate strawberry cheesecake and peanut butter crisp cookie with butter finger atop! Why did I think I was not going to buy something. It's laughable. Every one of those fresh cookies has been devoured this weekend! So chewy, flavor spot on, simply delicious! I really loved the snickerdoodle cinnamon mousse on top.. creamy and delicious! I'm not a fan of cookies in cream crust for the cheesecake but the ganache and cheesecake were way more prominent so I still like it. The workers were very rude there were 3 girls working the closing shift on 6/22/26. They tried to give me a Dubai cup worth $12 and it was basically empty and when I asked for a little more chocolate she said no and rolled her eyes. We also heard them talking about as we walked out. read more

I was surprised to see that the rating on this particular restaurant is as low as it is. I personally have never had a bad experience here and never had a super long wait time. This is a tremor, tiny space and with one of the ordering stations down it was near impossible for someone to get by us waiting to order (with only one group in front of us) to the door after getting their order. Store was a bit messy as well and they were out of the mainstay chocolate chip at 5pm on a Friday. Lastly, while not their fault as it's a corporate decision, it was pretty crappy to be told they changed their birthday cookie to the silver status without letting longtime customers know. I order through their app, because it takes me a while to decide which package and kind of mixture of cookies to order. There is no seating, it is a pick up to go or order for delivery place. I immediately called my bank, and they confirmed that my transaction had processed four times, resulting in a $500 charge for the cookies. The employee informed me that nothing had gone through in their system and didn't apologize; she merely said the transactions were pending and to wait 24 hours to see if they would drop off. When I asked if she would be upset if someone took $500 from her without receiving anything, she responded she would just be frustrated, mentioning a similar experience at Costco. I wanted to address the individual that said she only had 1 chip in her chocolate chip cookie. I buy these all of the time, never have had only one chip in the entire cookie! Not sure what happened, but the chips are whole, yet when you bite into them, the chocolate melts in your mouth. I hope you try them again! The individual that indicated she doesn't believe their cookies are baked there, just go inside & watch! You see employees mixing cookie dough with a large mixer as you walk in, you see employees weighing out the dough placing on baking sheets, you see employees taking them out of the ovens AND you see employees placing them in a glass holding unit! Each time I've ordered, my cookies are ALWAYS HOT, so not sure why it is believed they are not baked in-house. I hope you try them again! read more

I ordered cookies on line at 5 pm. I picked them up at 6:45 pm. However, when I picked them up they did not have the cookies I ordered. Instead of notifying me when I ordered or filling the order when I ordered they just threw some cookies in a box and said here you go. when I said something the response was, "Well we're out of the ones you ordered." I am in shock at the service. They were out of the cookies that I ordered because the ones they gave me are disgusting that is why they were leftover and somehow it was okay that they just threw them in a box. Terrible place. By the way, if you tip it goes to the company and not the employee. Today was my first experience with Crumbl Cookies. I was surprised on two levels: 1) There were zero baking smells inside the store. I'm wondering if these cookies are delivered to the store from somewhere else and they just ice them there or if they're only baked super early in the morning. 2) I chose a sugar cookie and I received a cookie that was refrigerated and ice cold. That's not what I expect from a fresh cookie. I have no idea why they'd need to refrigerate a fresh cookie and I'm disappointed.
