Yum. Yum. Yum. I am so excited to have a location in Gladstone! I ordered a 4 pack today ($15 on DoorDash). 2 milk chocolate chip cookies and 2 lemonade cookies. The lemonade cookie is such a refreshing treat on a hot summer day. I highly recommend. The thing I love about these cookies are the size. They are truly worth the $.

Definitely got my sweet tooth fixing so I'll be back. I love the texture and consistency of this cookie. Never a dry one for sure. The quality that goes into each cookie is amazing. And I love how the staff brings the cookie for you to inspect before you walk away. The Gladstone location is close by and on my way home!!! Perfect area because Walmart is right there. Great team and staff. I'm looking forward to trying the new flavors every week.

What a terrible experience. Spent $50 on a Crumbl delivery order for the driver to never even knock or ring the door bell & leave the cookies outside to melt. Crumbl asked if I would like to add a note and instead of getting a nicely typed note like normal, they sent a chicken scratched sticky note. So much for telling an employee of mine Happy Workiversary. Then when you call the store, no one answers. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

The custom box for a birthday gift was really cute! The staff is friendly and welcomes you with a smile and hello!

I visited the Gladstone location on a tuesday afternoon. Despite the fact that it seemed a little busy, ordering and delivery was fast. When you walk in, you order on the tablet, and each week there are new flavors of cookies. Cookies are $4 each, but theyre fairly large and rich in flavor. Since they each come in a box, i usually eat half, and save the rest for later. There is no seating available in the store. Compared with other cookie shops in the metro, Crumbl will serve you a great cookie--and fast!--but the cost will add up quickly.

I stopped by on their Grand Opening morning and surprisingly I was the only person there at 11am. I figured there might be a line with all the hype they are receiving. As I walked in the door, I was gang assaulted with a loud and hearty "Welcome to Crumbl" or something similar. It was a pleasant but startling way to enter a business with 10+ people yelling at you - it works for Gates BBQ, so why not. I ordered from a kiosk and waited less than 2 minutes for my 6 pack to be brought forward and presented for inspection before they closed the lid and sent me on my way. I ordered one of each of their current 6 options and have sampled a quarter slice of 4 of them thus far today and am impressed with the size and quality. The standouts for me are the pecan pie and potato chip chocolate chip. The price reflects the size and quality of the cookies with a $4 price ($20 - 6 pack) fortunately this is probably a good thing since it will keep me from coming around too often. Friendly staff, well oiled and streamlined ordering process, and unique quality products. I wish they had seating and espresso drink options, but that wouldn't equate with the fast paced in and out concept this national chain has mastered with 450 locations and spreading rapidly.

Crumbl just opened this location so I knew they would be busy. The wait time was not long to place my order and within 10 minutes I had my cookies and I was out the door. There were approximately 11 people working behind the counter so they were prepared for the heavy traffic. When you walk in, to the right there are two self serve order and pay areas or you can walk straightahead and a live person will help you with your order. Cookies are freshly made continuously through the day and they are very large and hearty. This will be my first Crumbl experience. I'm looking forward to tasting the product.

Came here yesterday around 7/8pm and ordered a four pack of this weeks flavors besides the chocolate chip and the oreo marshmallow, i ate 1/4 of each cookie and went to bed. I woke up at 3am and threw up everything in my system. I went back to bed and got up around 9am and have had diarrhea ever since and so has my husband. Personally i don't know if it was the staff mishandling the product or just the ingredients of the cookies but i'd skip coming here till they get new flavors... or just skip coming here... close to $30 for 4 cookies that make you feel like dogshit for the rest of your night and next day is not worth it trust me

the cookies were fine. the sad part was there was a live cricket just in the middle of the establishment..

Just don't do delivery... it's best to pick it up. The delivery person may be too tempted to take them home.

Betty Rae's has long been a local favorite for handcrafted, small-batch ice cream, with plenty of…read morenational recognition along the way. So I'm surprised it took me this long to write a review. We stopped by the River Market location last night, and one of the quickest ways to judge a place is simply to look around. There was a line of people waiting to get in and others lingering outside, happily working their way through whatever they had just ordered. That's usually a pretty good sign. A few years ago, Betty Rae's closed its shops, and there was real concern that the brand might disappear for good. Then Matt Shatto of Shatto Milk Company rode in on the proverbial white horse, revived the brand and began expanding it again. I clearly need a few more visits to work my way through the flavor options. When you first walk in, you'll see wooden blocks displaying flavors. Those are just some of the classics that are always available. The big menu behind the freezer cases is where the real decision-making begins. And if you can't decide, the staff is more than happy to let you sample your way through the case. As someone who considers chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough their own food groups, I went with the Cookie Dough. What stood out most was the texture. It was incredibly rich, dense and creamy, almost closer to frozen custard than traditional ice cream. My niece, who is a far more experienced Betty Rae's customer, swears by the Lavender and Caramel combination. I'm not sure I would have ever put those two together, which is probably another reason I need to go back. And Betty Rae's is about more than what's in the cup. The River Market shop has a comfortable, funky personality that fits the neighborhood perfectly. The servers were exceptionally friendly, and even the music is part of the experience. You can find their playlist on Spotify. Great ice cream. Fun place. Terrific people. And apparently, I have a lot more flavors to try.

Prices were pretty solid too; it was around $7 for two very large scoops/flavors. (You also get to try the flavors) Overall a great ice cream spot to drop in after a meal or to cool off. One note: the photobooth in the back is advertised as B&W but it's actually color lol

This spot has a cult following and I'm embarrassed to say how long it took me to get over here to pick up a cone and see what it's all about. I am glad though, that I made the trek and I'm happy to say I've been back a few times since! First thing you'll notice about this spot is that it's a walk up counter, and there is something charming about that. There are a few tables outside on the sidewalk if you want to stay and enjoy your ice cream on the spot. The next thing you'll notice are all of the interesting flavors, my favorite so far has been the banana haze, but I have a feeling they all are good. On hot summer nights there will be a line here, but it's worth the wait and honestly what ice cream spot doesn't have a line in the summer? The folks working are always super nice and willing to answer any questions you have. You'll walk away with a really great sized scoop for the price and one of the best ice creams in KC.

I had high hopes for High Hopes, but I felt kind of disappointed after I went. There was a long…read moreline, and parking was limited to street parking. I ordered the Campfire S'mores ice cream, and although it was rich and creamy, I didn't really get the nostalgic hit of graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow. I felt like I was eating a glorified vanilla. For the price and hype, I was expecting more. Would I go back? Maybe if friends wanted to go and try it. Edit: The owner of High Hopes wrote a response including the statement, "Yelp glorifies amateur critics, giving them a platform for disproportionate, often weaponized power to individual opinions over professional expertise." It sounds disrespectful toward Yelpers, as if the typical person or customer isn't allowed to say whether they like or dislike something. That is the entire point of this platform, and arguably, any customer review. The response from Jamie invalidates the individual's experience and alienates the customer. If this is the culture behind High Hopes, it does not feel inclusive to all. Therefore, I will not be going back. I will keep the review at 3 stars because I stand by my original review.

I went for the pistachio honey latte (I'm a sucker for pistachio!) and snagged the last veggie quiche of the morning around 11am. Both were absolutely delicious and perfect for breakfast.
