Tried and was recommended by friends to come try for birthday: Food: 1/5 Was unable to try due to unwelcoming behavior of workers. I however have tried their cookies from a party of a friend. Atmosphere: 1/5 Free parking. I went after my Pilates at Pilates of KC at 8am on a Friday. I think I waited to make sure they are open. I had asked about the birthday cookie/reward, which was not even explained to me. I kind of regretted that I even walked in because I didn't feel welcome at all. Service: 1/5 Only heard a "well, happy birthday" and it sounded like a sarcastic comment with an interpretation of "you thought you'd get one cookie, well not here." I was displeased because I always like supporting and if I was not getting a free for my birthday, she could have still offered me something else so I can start a set of order of perhaps a dozen or half of cookies. I wonder if they have a biased against those people who only come for birthday rewards. If they didn't like that, they should surely not advertise it everywhere as if they are easy to get. We were next door when we came out it was pouring so we killed some time and ordered dessert. The hardest part was trying to figure out what to get everything looked really good. Staff was helpful in walking you though ordering and quick to fill those orders. I ended up not eating my cookies till the next day and they were so soft and just melt in your mouth. This CRUMBL COOKIE LOCATION DESERVES A MILLION STARS. Of course the delicious cookies were mouthwatering and were aesthetically pleasing. This is always the case! In addition to this-the staff knocked it out of the park. I had placed a large order and wanted it ready later in the day. My needs changed so I called to see if we could pick them up right away. The amazing cookies were ready when I walked in 10 minutes later. They were very busy with other customers and managed to greet me and give me my order. Irene was so kind and helpful. Irene showed me the order and bagged the boxes according to kind. She had extraordinary customer service skills with a delightful personality! I did not order in advance and at 10 pm there was a line, I would say it took 5-10 min to get in the store (social distancing) I ordered a dozen to have variety. I have only tasted the chocolate chip cookie thus far but it is soft, large, and tasty. If you have not tried them you should, it is hard to get a fresh-baked quality cookie. read more

Stumbled upon this place this morning, and I was not the only one. There was a steady stream of people coming in and going out for the few minutes while I was there. They had six flavors of cookies available today, I ended up getting a big box of 12, sampling five of them. My box of 12 was $28, which I did not think was a bad price for the size of the cookies. First of all, the frosted sugar cookie was easily my favorite. If there is a perfect cookie on earth, this is it. Little bit soft, a little bit crispy, and a lot of delicious frosting. It has almond extract in it, so it gives it that wedding cake type flavor. So good! Second favorite was probably the cinnamon churro... The texture was spot on, again a little bit crispy like a churro, a little bit soft like a cookie. And again with lots of frosting. The animal cracker cookie looks the most festive and it's pretty fun! It was really tasty, nothing to be disappointed about. Then we had the chocolate strawberry cheesecake... Different in texture and flavor. I liked it, but not a cookie that I would get a whole box of. One is good for sharing. The last one we got was a chocolate chip and it was probably the least favorite of all. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing special. This place also offers cups of ice cream with cookies in it... Different suggestions on the menu to try. Ordering was pretty easy, there are iPads all over the place where you choose what you want and pay right there. I have been to this location twice now, the first time I went here I was just a walk-in and waited around an hour for 4 cookies, which I felt was pretty long considering it was a weekday and before rush hour time off, although they are very delicious, personally I would not wait that long for them again. The second time I went ahead and ordered through their app which was much more convenient because by the time I had arrived to pick them up they were warm and ready in the box, and were brought right out to my car! First time here at Crumbl Cookie. There was such a long waiting line that I just had to give this place a try. All the hype waiting and it was a little disappointing to me. The chocolate chip cookie was probably the best tasting cookie. I also had the sugar cookie, dirt, red velvet and banana pudding and they were all average cookies but nothing special. The cookie itself was sweet but all of the fancy toppings it was over the top sweet. They do have a cool concept of featuring new cookies each week. This place is not a bad place to try if you are just wanting something sweet. If there is a long line, it's not worth waiting in my opinion. I go back and forth between 3-4 stars purely based on the taste of the cookies. Not this store in general but the franchise. I will say that this location is very busy but efficient. They have the cookies ready quickly but you don't get quite the friendly service as you may wish due to the demand of orders. It can be intimidating on a busy day but if you go on slower ones, it helps to look at options in the front or the kiosk option. I have tried several of their cookies over the year and some are not my cup of tea and just taste like playdough. Just has a doughy heavy coating that taste artificial. Other cookies taste a little more natural or have toppings that coat that presence. I also will go during times where they come out with new cookie flavors that sound appealing and they usually are quite good. Overall, if you havent tried it, it's worth going to once but it is pricey so be aware of that as well. read more

My sister in Phoenix raves about Crumbl all of the time and is always sending me pictures of their cookies so when I heard that they were opening in OP I had to go and needless to say they didn't disappoint. The cookies were not heavy but had distinct flavor and they in my opinion weren't overly sweet. I've heard so many rave reviews about Crumbl Cookies but boy I had no idea what I was missing! I visited Kansas City last week and after lunch my sister and I stopped in for some dessert to take home. Walking into the store, everything was clean and I liked the pink around the store. I loved the concept of having ordering kiosk stations once you walk in to use. Ordering was user friendly and I liked how they had pictures of the cookies they had that day. There was a variety of six different cookies to choose from plus they have a display of the actual cookies on the front counter. We ordered 4 cookies, milk chocolate chip, reese's, sugar featuring twix, and peach sugar. We also paid at the kiosk. We didn't wait too long and our server had our cute pink box and showed us our cookies before closing it. These cookies were big chunky soft cookies and every single one was amazing!. We both liked the peach sugar one the most. I am so excited that a Crumbl Cookies will be coming to Avon, IN soon and I'm sure I'll make regular stops! read more
