Well some people love crumbl cookies and I always sit on the fence with it! But we decided to do it since we want a desert! So many choices but went with sugar cookies and benson Boone special lol just because. These were pretty good! This is a spacious location and pretty clean, nothing extra just a place to order cookies and go!

Just besides the taste of enough butter to clog your arteries. The sugar one was very soft but super sweet. I thought it almost tasted like lemonade and not sure I like that flavor in a cookie.

First time at this Crumbl location on Washington St., La Quinta. As soon as we came in the store, the sweet smell of cookies greeted us. Jasmine the young lady at the counter and another lady were baking cookies. We were watching them meticulously use the spatula to scrape out the margarines and place them into the huge mixers. It was so nicr to witness them baking the cookies. You can tell they are all baked fresh with such care and consideration. Jasmine helped us with our purchase as we had questions regarding food allergies and cross contamination. Jasmine was great in explaining everything and the flavors they have as well as the ingredient on each flavored cookies. Thank you Jasmine. Excellent customer service along with delicious Crumbl cookies. We purchased the 4 pack. 2 Oreo Mallos and 2 of their classic Chocolate Chip Cookies. It was so good. It wasn't too sweet. read more

Nice and cool escape away from the heat. The employees were very welcoming. Crumbl has open prep areas so we saw them making the cookies. There are self serve Kiosks but you can also order from staff at the register. Good for us because we like the personal service and we have food allergies to ask about. We ordered oreo mallows and chocolate chip. Jasmine happily assisted us with our allergen questions and was very helpful. She even gave us some stickers. Thank you! Very kind and helpful. I went in to get my birthday cookie. I got the Dubai brownie which was excellent! The girl brought me my order and I asked her for a fork and a bag. She looked so annoyed, lol. She gave me the fork and then placed the bag on the counter and told me to have a nice day! She couldn't even be bothered to put my cookies in a bag! Cookies were great, customer service not so much. Maybe it's not a big deal to some but if I ask for a bag I'm assuming the clerk behind the counter is going to bag my order. read more

First let me say, they have some great cookies, the people who work there are always nice, and the store is always clean. But, what I'm not happy about is their special cookie, or whatever they call them. The problem I have is that they only have them in the large size and they charge more for them, so if you want a 6 pack you're forced to buy the large size. Now this week they have 2 special cookies, leaving me with only 3 cookie choices if you don't count the chocolate chip ones they do weekly. Also, I'm signed up for my birthday with them and I never got a notice about a free cookie. Maybe I'm wrong, but don't you get a free cookie for your birthday? read more

I was picking up an order for Uber and when I got to the counter after waiting patiently in line I was ignored multiple times by staff after making eye contact. I could even see them talking amongst each other as I was waiting laughing. It took more than 30 minutes and they barely started working on it when I gave them the name. I got the chocolate chip mini it was hard . I don't know what all the hype is about only went to this place because my favorite place closed down . Very disappointed the hard cookie didn't even taste good :( also the music is so loud I couldn't hear the girl she had to yell so I can hear her . Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

I skipped the syrup because honestly, they didn't need it. Anything extra would've taken away from how good they already were. And the bacon? Crispy to perfection. With tip, it came out to $38.02. I can't speak to the full menu since I only tried the beignets and bacon, but based on that alone, I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even the patrons were lovely...smiling and wishing me a good morning as they passed my table. It's quiet on Sunday mornings, which makes it perfect if you're dining alone with a good book. Then turned back around to what he was doing. What? GO? I don't know what his intent was because I'm not a mind reader, but it felt rude and dismissive. His facial expression was as though he was busy and or annoyed. I was so surprised at his response in such an otherwise pleasant environment. I'm pretty tolerant of grumpy people (you know, sometimes there's a reason) but this just felt really icky -it was our intended destination after a hot drive from Phoenix and it did not sit well with us. It was my family's first time at Crumbl Cookies. The staff members were very nice and explained how each weeks menu changes. Nice concept. The owners are extremely nice people. Absolutely loved this Crumbl, been here a few times and every time I go the service is amazing ! I believe her name was Kate, every time I see her working we chat and she just has the best customer service, smile, and always ask me how I am, definitely will go back to see her & the crew, she's basically my friend bc I'm like a regular there haha and we have the same name, so ironic!
