It was my daughter's first time trying this place out. She loves sweets! Very simple to place an order at a screen. Pick out what you want pay for it and boom your order is ready within minutes. Service was ok. You can order on the tablet but almost $9 for three small cookies is expensive. Not to sound cheap but these aren't gourmet. They were kind of hard on the edges and lacked flavor. I went in to get my birthday cookie. I got the Dubai brownie which was excellent! The girl brought me my order and I asked her for a fork and a bag. She looked so annoyed, lol. She gave me the fork and then placed the bag on the counter and told me to have a nice day! She couldn't even be bothered to put my cookies in a bag! Cookies were great, customer service not so much. First let me say, they have some great cookies, the people who work there are always nice, and the store is always clean. But, what I'm not happy about is their special cookie, or whatever they call them. The problem I have is that they only have them in the large size and they charge more for them, so if you want a 6 pack you're forced to buy the large size. Now this week they have 2 special cookies, leaving me with only 3 cookie choices if you don't count the chocolate chip ones they do weekly. Also, I'm signed up for my birthday with them and I never got a notice about a free cookie. Maybe I'm wrong, but don't you get a free cookie for your birthday? read more

Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery.
