They present your order to you before packing them up to go. The shop has rotating flavors that switch up from week to week. Crumbl has some flavors that are cookies and others that resemble other desserts. Some of the few I like are the semi sweet chocolate chip and the tres leches. When Crumbl had the Martha Stewart collab a while back I enjoyed the coconut cake dessert. The facility is clean and plenty of parking. read more

I walked into Crumbl today at around 4:25 PM with one of my staff members, and honestly the customer service was extremely disappointing. I came in to drop off a flyer for an event I'm hosting at my ice cream shop, and I also planned on buying cookies for my staff while I was there. This is something I do often. The girl working looked at us, seemed to have an AirPod in, and then just continued doing what she was doing without greeting us, asking if we needed help, or acknowledging us at all. My staff member wanted to ask about their Dubai cheese cake cookie, we couldn't even get her attention. We stood there for a few minutes waiting, and then a FedEx delivery came in, which she focused on instead while we were still being ignored. At that point, we just walked out and I didn't end up buying anything. I completely understand people get busy, and deliveries happen, but there is no reason customers should walk in and feel invisible. A simple "Hi, I'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference. Really poor customer service and honestly a very disappointing experience. read more

Another awful experience at a Long Island Crumbl. Place an order at 8pm for four cookies. Told to pick up at 8:40pm. Got here and cookies aren't ready. No big deal, wait until 9:30pm after my order was "archived" according to the young employee that was tasked by the manager to stand barring the door from the angry group of people that have been waiting for two plus hours for their cookies. Manager was asked to give refunds for orders and he turns to say (as he's pointing at boxes when they don't even have cookies to fill the order) that you can call tomorrow to get a refund. No; that's not how this works. If you can't provide the product at the time YOU told me to be here then I'm not calling the next day for a refund. I feel bad for the kid that was stuck standing outside getting paid minimum wage having to deal with all the angry and annoyed people outside while the manager hid in his iPad. read more

Pleasantly surprise! It was good would recommend giving this place a try especially if you love cookies. It was simple to order and the whole place was clean. You can order at the kiosk or order with the cashier. I would like to mention that I actually don't like cookies but a friend recommended this place and I am glad they did. The size of one cookie is pretty large (about the size of a hand I would say) so don't be fooled thinking they are small. Pricing wise yes it was pretty pricey but for the size I understood why. The chocolate chip was perfect not too gooey but still soft and firm on the outside. Perfect with some milk on the side. Had some mixed feelings on some of the other flavor style cookies. Some were too sweet for my liking while the ones I thought I wouldn't like ended up being the ones I liked the most lol. The oatmeal with marshmallows (I don't even like marshmallows) and the chocolate chip are some of my favorites now because they were not overly sweet. Overall, great spot to check out! read more

I ordered through Uber Eats, which I heard reviewers recommending due to long lines. I'm not sure if it was the store or my Uber driver, but one of my cookies came broken. I had to fix it up a bit to make it look cute for my photos. So that was a bummer. But overall, the cookies are OKAY! It's definitely hyped up. They are super sweet, so be aware of that and have a drink ready. I can't say I won't ever go back because the different cookies every week are definitely intriguing. read more

The problem with kiosk & app ordering is that there is NO counter person. You can see everyone working at making orders & bringing them out but then they disappear again. In the app, my order was ready but when I head in, I'm not on the wait list & no one is calling my name. I did ask the person about my order but she was like you need to wait & walked off. When my order was finally ready they told me to be careful because 2 of them just came out of the oven. So why not tell me that sooner? A simple sign or announcement that there is a delay because cookies are still being baked would have been nice. Why would the app tell me it was ready when obviously it wasn't. Not worth the 40 minute drive to Massapequa however. They described the cookies as overly sugar pancakes with overly sugary topping. This place is ridiculous. I ordered in the app and drove 30 minutes this past Saturday. When we arrived we were told we needed to wait on an extremely long line before I can even give my name for the order. No way I was waiting. A person at the store took a picture of my information and said that I would get a refund. A few of us that wanted a refund were told to put our information in the notes section of our iPhones, our names, phone number, last four digits of our credit card and he would take a pic. I have yet to receive this refund and when I call the store, an automated msg said nobody is available to take the call. While I totally understand the popularity of these cookies I had wish when I ordered on the app there was some sort of notification regarding delays, wait time or maybe stop taking orders on the app knowing that people would have to wait in a line outside the store for God knows how long. A friend of mine told me that she went on Saturday as well and her husband waited outside for two hours! That's insane. And If ppl would like to do that, that's great, but I wasn't willing to do that and wanted a refund. Since Saturday I've also heard stories where people are yet to receive their refund when this happened to them weeks ago. On the way home my daughters and I found Chip City, which was 10 min from our home (east Northport and they have more locations on LI) and they were amazing! The 4 pack i got, included maple glaze, 2x snickerdoodle, and chocolate cupcake... Ater trying these cookies my overall rating for the cookies would be a 6.5/10. The most appalling experience I have ever had was at the Crumbl Cookies. It was so bad that I swore I would never even eat crumbl cookies again. The "store manager" allowed us to get refunds after telling us to write down all of our personal information so he can take a picture of it on his PERSONAL cell phone and he would process them later. He then told me specifically I refuse to process your refund after I said I am not comfortable with you having my personal information on your personal phone. Beware of this location! I ordered online this morning and went into the store to pick up my order. The guy from the store told me I had to go outside and wait on line so I said ok. I had a question for him..I mentioned that when I ordered online the Oreo cookies were sold out so I wanted to confirm. He said that the funfetti cakes were sold out. I said how can that be that is what I ordered. He said even though I ordered online it may not be available when I pick up. That doesn't make any sense so I asked for a refund. He said the only way to get a refund was to email the store. As I was getting ready to leave, the girl called my name that my order was ready. I told the guy they called my name and if my cookies are ready, I'll just take them. He told me I can't have my cookies. I said that's not fair. They're ready and I paid for them. He asked me to leave the store. I asked him what his name was so I can write corporate. He refused to give me his name and the other workers in the store wouldn't give his name either. He told me I wouldn't get my refund and if I didn't leave he would call the cops on me. Another gentleman walked out from the back and asked what was going on and he told me this guy's name was Jake. Crumbl cookies in general are typically quite good, however this location tends to always overcook the cookies no matter which ones I order. Three times I have been here and 3x they have been overcooked. The Levittown location's cookies are not nearly as dry as these; someone needs to check on the oven temperature or cook for less time. read more

This was the absolute worst experience ever. After placing a mobile order to be picked up at 8:20 pm, We were told on the app that we were #44 in line. An hour later once we were the 1st in line we approached the door and were refused entry into the store. The employee at the door was only letting people in the store from the line who didn't mobile order and wanted to go in to order cookies. He kept telling us "just wait because your cookies aren't even close to being ready yet" when the app said my order was ready a long time ago. A crowd began to accumulate and there were at least 30 other people outside who had been waiting for over 2 hours to pick up their cookies which they had already paid for, on top of the line of people who had been waiting to order; There was absolutely no organization whatsoever and it was very apparent that the manager had no idea how to operate this business smoothly. After almost two hours of waiting we just wanted to go home without even getting our cookies and come back for a refund tomorrow, but we were told if we tried to come back tomorrow for a refund we might not be able to get one and were forced to wait there. All of the employees there were trying their best with the given circumstances, but their management needs to do a lot better to avoid these types of situations.
