Went to Crumbl excited for this week's lineup and was highly disappointed with the quality of the cookies. I am a regular at Crumbl cookie at this location and the cookies never have this consistency and they tasted way too much like flour. Really disappointed. Crumbl Cookies is super a popular cookie chain adding a couple of new locations in my neck of the woods. This one is closer to me than Methuen. It's a small store located in a shopping plaza with tons of parking spaces. The only thing is, expect a line! So far it's been super busy every time I swing by. The line moves relatively slow too. I would advise ordering curbside pickup through their app. They rotate at least four cookies weekly with innovative flavors. The new lineup starts every Sunday. Hazelnut Mudslide- Milk chocolate cookie, filled with nutella, melted chocolate, chopped hazelnut. Soft, sticky goodness! Cornbread- Cornbread covered in warm honey butter glazed with a dollop of honey buttercream frosting. Sweet and buttery! My favorite and I went back here to order a couple more! Coconut Lime- Served chilled, coconut lime sugar cookie, lime frosting, lime wedge. Great summertime cookie, mildly tart and balanced with sweetness. Mallow Sandwich- Whipped marshmallow fluff mixed with oreos, sandwiched between two chocolate cookies. Gooey! Overall Service: They had someone at the door to assist with the line control. It was great, and as the line proceeded to move, you also see the staff working hard to bring out the curbside orders or handing off the drivers for delivery. Pretty organized operation! read more

Warning, I'm a bit of a foodie so this may seem overly critical but it's just the facts folks. Buckle up! We drove from Manchester, NH to get Crumbl, first timers! I was very excited at first and that only blossomed as I walked through the door and took in the amazing scent of fresh browned butter and sugar. Mmm. We got a banana creme, Oreo, chocolate chip, chocolate cake cookie, and sugar cookie. All 5 had the same texture and consistency, dry and crumbly (fitting...). I'm not a baker but some ingredient is off here, maybe too much baking powder or something, not enough butter? I don't know. I'm sure someone out there will agree with this and know what I'm describing. Anyways I'll continue. The chocolate chip cookie was dry, and crumbly, not sweet at all. No buttery richness! My biggest fear! It was very disappointing. Worth mentioning the chocolate itself was EXCELLENT. 2/5 The banana creme had fresh, raw bananas in it which I rather enjoyed to break up the otherwise dry, bland cookie. The creme was good too. 2/5 The chocolate frosted chocolate was my second favorite. The frosting was a very rich, darker chocolate, the cookie itself was, as expected at this point, unexceptional. 3/5 Saving the best for last: the Oreo cookie was delicious. We had it last and at this point expected a dry cookie that fell apart. Not true! It had a nice soft yet diverse texture, it was engagingly salty, and tasted VERY similar to Oreos. Actually it was spot on! 4/5 My son got a sugar cookie, I didn't even want a bite nor did I even finish my half of all the cookies, a SHOCKER. I can only imagine it was...you guessed it...dry, and bland, not sweet, and lacking something. Also I think it had almond extract or amaretto or something going on in there. Nice concept, but meh. Maybe if there is a baker out there reading this who agrees they can share what the common missing link was?) If I went back I would get nothing but Oreo cookies, but sadly I won't be back. $22 for 6 cookies is expected for top notch, small bakery cookies, but I wouldn't spend another dollar here. Crumbl is now open in South Nashua, next to Five Guys on DW Hwy. I stopped in on Grand Opening Day and I was happily greeted by staff upon entering. Crumbl offers a rotating selection from their 120 specialty cookie varieties, offering only 6 kinds of cookies on a weekly basis. During my visit, the 6 cookies offered included Waffle, Chocolate Oreo, Blueberry Crumb Cake, Sugar featuring Circus Animal, Milk Chocolate Chip, Chilled Sugar. Each cookie individually is $3.48 plus tax, 3 cookies $10.98 plus tax, 6 cookies $15.78 plus tax and the Party Box (12 cookies) $27.58 plus tax. I went with the Party Box and I was also offered add ons such as bottled milk or water, but I was all set. The cookies are boxed to order from the fresh cookie racks. I was on my way in 5 minutes after ordering and paying. They also offer online ordering for curbside pickup and DoorDash delivery. I immediately enjoyed some cookies in my car. The big thick cookies (except Chilled Sugar, served cold) were warm, very soft, sweet and had a dry crumbly texture easily crumbling if you know what I mean, lol. The cookies go very well with coffee, tea, and of course chilled milk too. They also have a loyalty program too, spend $100, get $10 back. Moms recipe was just okay. I think I would've liked more of a peanut butter or butterscotch taste with the oatmeal instead Lemon glaze was just alright too. I liked that it was more of a sugar cookie base with the glaze on top so it wasn't too tarte but I think if someone would looking for more of a tarte lemon bar type flavor this would fall short. The glaze on top was really good though The Oreo one is the best when you need a chocolate fix. Tastes like you're eating an actual giant Oreo. The frosting is so good and you don't get that grainy sugary taste Pink velvet is one of my favorites too. I love a basic sugar cookie base but their cream cheese frosting is amazing. We started out really liking the cookies at this location. We went for about four months and got some pretty high quality cookies. The last several weeks have been a disappointment. The warm cookies are barely warm - the apple pie cookie was barely edible. We just tried the Woburn location for Thanksgiving week and it was amazing - hot, fresh, and delicious. Decided to give Nashua another shot this week and they were barely lukewarm again. The maple pancake was cracking down the middle of the icing, and the hot chocolate definitely wasn't. What could have been amazing cookies were just so-so. The extra cost may be worth it at another location, so we'll be sticking with Woburn for now. Edited to add that the marshmallows on the hot chocolate cookie were the hard ones that come in the hot chocolate packet - at first I just accepted it, but other pics show they should have been fresh? My family and I love this place. I went from a faithful weekly customer, to going once in a Blue Moon. With only being open a few months, they already upped their prices. 4.18$ for 1 cookie compared to 3.$$, box of 4 use to be 10.$$ and is now 14.48. They don't offer boxes of 6 anymore. Then the tip.. Which I know is optional but get 4 cookies plan on spending 20$. It's really disappointing because we looked forward to going and trying new flavors every week. I love crumble, the cookies are amazing and tasty. The only issue I had was this one worker was making cookies with gloves on and then took a box of cookies outside for curb side pick with same gloves on and then came back in side and went right back to making cookies without changing his gloves (yes he open the door with those gloves) and last he pulled something off his shoe or messed with his shoe while standing at cookie making table and once he was done with his shoe he continued to make cookies.... Never once did he change his gloves... that so gross... definitely need to train him better prior to working with food. But 10/10 Recomened these cookies. read more

I got delivery. Cookies are huge; too huge for my tastes. I ordered a dozen and should have honestly gotten 4. However, still enjoyed eating one and will probably re-bake the others for a firmer texture. Unfortunately, my fruit pizza was underbaked and a soggy/doughy mess.
