Nice store I think the display cookies look crusty when coming in on a Saturday but I know they sit out all week

The cookies had a poor presentation. I also ordered curbside and sat there for over 10 minutes while 3 employees just stared out the window. I even selected "Im here" on the app. They can clearly see someone in the curbside parking spot, yet not one person stopped to help with my order. I had to go inside and they acted surprised that it was my order. Clearly ready. And Alex the AI bot, don't respond with asking me to contact you all to better help. You clearly don't respond to issued you have received via reviews or people wouldn't continue to have horrible customer service at this location. Until these business hold employees accountable to rude and lazy employment, it will never change. read more

I was a little nervous to try a new location as the ones I go to now are amazing but I shouldn't have worried because every time I go to a new one of these franchises I'm always pleased! I drove over 30 minutes each way to get the mystery cookie and it was so worth it. All the cookies actually looked perfect and I was happy it was worth the trip. Service was sweet and polite as usual as well as efficient! Glad to have another one of these locations in my radius, especially during mystery weeks! read more

I ordered 12 cookies at 12:30 with a pickup time at 1. I arrived at 1:15 and walked in and LITERALLY waited 8 minutes for anyone to stop working. There were FOUR people visible but I guess I was just invisible because no one said a word. Finally when I asked if my order was ready someone came over. This lady was surly and rude, and proceeded to throw the cookies in the box. Like, she really wanted me to know how much I was inconveniencing her. Also the cookies look like they were frosted by an incompetent drunk. I am incredibly frustrated because these were for a birthday and I don't even want to have them redo them because God only knows what these pleasant people would do. Also: when I got home I realized the sugar cookie is missing sprinkles& the peach dosn't have the toppings. read more

This place is ran by incompetent Lazy ignorant individuals. Every time I come I have a problem, It takes an absurd amount of time for your curbside order to be delivered, they take it off the screen to take it off the counter, so it looks like they're fast, but they're really not. Then after you waited all this time the orders wrong. So, even though you have a curbside order, you have to get out of your car to go physically talk to them and they look at you like a deer looking in the middle of headlights. Don't come to this location over priced for the trouble just to get a damn cookie read more

Filthy store and horrible rude disrespectful employee. Alexia was who was rude and refused to make cookies for me, and disrespected me. I spend hundreds at Crumbl weekly for work and hate to stop coming due to one bad apple that is at this store! The store was so dirty and I placed order for 3:00 picked and at 3:40 I finally had to talk to Alyssa that worked there and get her to make my cookies because Alexia refused to make my cookies and only served Hispanics and young boys! This location definitely dosen't keep enough in stock and only offers substituted options after you've placed and paid for your order. If you can get what you paid for its great but definitely disappointing when you order way ahead of closeing and don't get what you ordered. read more

The service was absolutely horrible. We waited inside for 20 minutes and three workers just stood there and never helped. They were basically out of every cookie for the week. There were 7 other people in the door and they never spoke to one of them. read more

They seem to not rotate the flavors very well, there are a lot of repeats. We have frequently, (though I'll say it's been better the past few weeks) had issues with not having stock of certain cookies on the menu. love that this location is here. wish they would do better with their notes. last two times I put a note on my online order the first time the printing was messed up, on todays order the note was left off...both orders were for birthdays for teachers in the district and was just disheartening that their notes were either messed up or like todays not even on the box. read more

I submitted an online order on 2/13 for a pick up at 1530 on 2/14. I suspected the store would be crowed with last minute shoppers, so I choose to wait to arrive until 4:15 only to find several other customers waiting in a some what line had also put in online orders and were also waiting. We were told to check in online and wait for your name to appear on the board above the counter before making your way to the front of the counter. My name never appeared so after 30 min. and watching others with the same issue, I made my way to the counter and asked only to be told they were still working on the order. after another 30 min. they called my name and told me 3 of the 4 cookies I ordered were sold out and if I wanted to wait another 20 - 40 min. for a new batch of cookie to be made. or do I want replacements. Needless to say I got only 2 different types of cookies. This was the worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. The 2 lava cookies were nice and warm. but the other 2 were not good and tasted if they were stale. This was not what I wanted to present to my family but after spending 1and half I was not waiting in line for another sweet treat for them. You are better off going to Kroger's deli and getting their cookies for alot less money. I know this may of been the first time for the workers and can't blame them I blame the manager who was in the back but she too was very unsure of her self and not vocal or understood how to run a team. read more
