Honestly Crumbl is overhyped, too sweet... minis are a good option to try variety. Nice that the flavors change here and there. If you want to try a specific flavor I would go...otherwise skip, unless you're ultimately super craving an overly sweet BIG BIG cookie. Semi Sweet chocolate chip is a good go to! read more

I did a mobile order. It was my first time ever trying Crumbl. The people were friendly, and the cookies were beautiful.

This bakery has been here almost two years and we finally came in to try their cookies. We ordered PB&J cookie, lemon cookie and two honey bun cookies. PB&J and lemon were our favorite ones. We shared PB&J cookie while it was still warm and almost seemed like it was raw. I'm sure we'll go back when we're in that area again because the cookies were good. read more

Well you had 7 workers and all but 2 cookies were sold out. People were ordering online and when they arrive were getting told they no longer can have the cookie. This is insane. You should not advertise as having cookies and then not have any variety, especially when it's not close to closing time nor are they short of staff. They are out of all the topping that go on the cookies so after we pay we are still forced to get the left overs. Insomnia cookie is way better. read more

First and last time I stop in this business. I stopped in to pick up 3 cookies for my family. I walked in the door and went to the counter labeled "Order" There were 2 employees who were smiling and having a conversation three feet away from me. Neither greeted me, looked up or even made eye contact. (Rudeness #1) I waited for them to finish but after a minute or two, I had to say excuse me a couple of times. to get some service. (Rudeness #2). At that time, I noticed the 2 kiosks about 10 feet away and said to the employee who was walking over I "Can i order here or do I have to order at the kiosk. I've never been here before." I was hoping to get more information about the products. The employee turned her register screen over so I can view it (same as kiosk screen), seeing that I said, "so I can order here?" and she said, "If you need to...." (Rudeness #3) So at that point I knew I made a mistake coming in and left without ordering. I always prefer to give grace to people who are not having a good day, but this seemed just to be a lack of manners. On a positive note, the store seemed clean and the cookie boxes presented well. I love crumbl and when it was added to the LV two years ago I was excited. I only go when most of the cookies sound interesting to me but whenever i do they're delicious. It's also a really quick turn around and if you order in store it's not usually a long wait. It's clean and you can see them making the cookies in front of you. Took us about an hour to get to this location and it was worth it! We got the chocolate milk chip, PBJ and strawberry shortcake. You have to get the original chocolate chip! This location seems to be quite popular since recently opening. I enjoyed the pumpkin cookie. It was more like a cake than a cookie as the dough was very soft and moist, but it was tasty. The pumpkin flavor and cream cheese frosting on top were great. I liked the raspberry and chocolate chip cookies too. The jam on the raspberry was perfectly sweet and the whipped cream on top was a nice added touch. In general I like even my soft-baked cookies to be just a tiny bit crunchier than they are served here, but these are still a really nice treat. read more

I've had Crumbl cookies before and I was excited when I found out they were opening one in the Lehigh Valley. The most important thing thing to know about Crumbl is that the menu changes each week. So if you get something you like this week it will be gone next week. Because the menu changes each week you enjoyment will change each week. Some weeks this place would only get 3 stars, some weeks it could be 5 just based upon that weeks flavors. As for the cookies themselves they are on the larger size about 1/2 pound each. They are also on the expensive side a single cookie is $4.60 and a 12 pack is $39.10. The cookie flavors range from the standard chocolate chip to adventurous like mango with boba balls on them. If you are not the adventurous sort the website list all the flavors for the week. They also offer mini cookies and ice cream. They are also closed on Sundays. Overall a very good cookie that is good a treat, but not someplace you can go back to every week. read more

I've been to this store 4 times. Every time it's been a new round of cookies. I have loved every flavor so far, even flavors I wouldn't have thought I would like. Anyway, cookies were interesting but way too sweet for us. I looked at the Strawberry one on the website and the ingredients listed sugar 6 different times for that one cookie, ha! For a 1/4 of that cookie it's 20g of added sugars, 40% of daily intake. It was fun to try the gourmet cookies though. We chose 4 of the 6 selections. Was so excited for the banana bread cookie. it's what made me drive 40 minutes down there. i got there, ordered my cookies, was then told banana bread was sold out and i needed to change cookies, i understood it, chose different cookies. but then everybody else behind me had the option to wait for their new batch of cookies, but i still was unable to since they had my cookies almost ready.
