Love crumbl cookie! Always so good, we've ordered SEVERAL times and will continue to!

I've lost count of the amount of times I've been to crumbl - I've been going since they opened their first location in Omaha and tried so many of their rotating flavors. This weeks lineup was up there with some pretty good flavors, but I've definitely had better. The cookies we got were: cinnamon square, strawberry biscoff cookie, Galaxy brownie cookie, and the semi sweet chocolate chunk cookie. The sea salt toffee was another option for this week but it wasn't calling out to me, and their semi sweet chocolate chunk never fails - it's one of my all time favorites and is always so soft and gooey in the middle with a perfect balance of flaky salt on top. My ranking for this week is: 1. Galaxy brownie cookie 2. Semi sweet chocolate chunk 3. Cinnamon square 4. Strawberry biscoff cookie The galaxy brownie was served warm and was soooo gooey in the center. Such nostalgic flavors with the chocolate sprinkles on top. Their brownie base is always fire, so rich and decadent chocolate flavor. The cinnamon square I've had before. Not my favorite of their squares/ cake type rotations but still very good. It reminds me of the Trader Joe's sheet cakes a little bit. The strawberry biscoff was lacking flavor this week. The strawberry frosting was nice but the cookie base wasn't doing it for me and was pretty bland. The biscoff was just fine. Overall an avg of 7/10 rating for the week. Some of my all time favorite crumbl cookies have got to be: cinnamon roll cookie, confetti milkshake cookie, tres leches cake, Oreo mallow sandwich, and the semi sweet chocolate chunk. I've had all their Dubai chocolate stuff and it's good but I don't think it's worth the hype. read more

I ordered ahead at this location and gave them 20 minutes before I went to pick them up. The workers would not come out to the front to ask people about their orders and ran back without checking in on anyone. When I finally got ahold of one of the employees to ask about my order after waiting for another 10 minutes, my order was still not ready. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a 4 pack of cookies, and by the time I was leaving, there were 15 other people waiting in the store. The cookies were fine, but a little overpriced and not worth it after this wait. Very disappointed read more

Crumbl has started offering mini versions of their cookies almost every week, so we've been getting them more now that they're not so gigantic. And trust me, the minis are the way to go!! You get the same flavor without it being giant and overwhelming. Of the minis we've tried, these have been our favorite: Cinnamon Roll: This was my favorite, as it tasted just like a Cinnabon with the swirly cream topping, but as a cookie! Super good warmed up, too, making it all ooey gooey and a little melty (like a cinnamon roll!!) Waffle: My husband's favorite and for me, it almost tied with my fave! It's a semi sweet waffle looking cookie with a little drop of buttery frosting, making it seem like a waffle even more. And it came with served with a side of syrup for the top! So perfect. Strawberry Cupcake: Loved this one. It tasted just like a vanilla cupcake with a super sweet and tart strawberry swirl of strawberry cream frosting. It was extra moist and delicious. Birthday Cake: This honestly tasted just like a birthday cake! It had the flavor of raw cake batter, with a soft buttercream white frosting and little holiday sprinkles on top! Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream: Definitely seemed very simple, but was so tasty! It was the perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter, with little bits of chocolate inside to give it a little bit of texture. Snickerdoodle Sandwich: This came chilled, but I heated it up as I'm not a huge fan of cold cookies. Once it was heated up, it was great! It consisted of two snickerdoodle cookies with vanilla frosting in the middle, and a a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top. Now on to the "mid" mini cookies that we didn't love so much, but didn't hate: -Ginger Snap: This was more simple than all the rest, but it was still pretty tasty. I just don't know if I'd use a spot in my pink box for it again. Chocolate Chip: Always good, but we get it almost every time to fill in a box of six. Also, the mini size doesn't really work as well on this one, as it loses the soft center of the larger size version. Turtle: I liked the cookie part, which was a dark chocolate rolled in super fine chopped pecans. and the layer of caramel and milk chocolate layered toppings, but I was not a fan of the nuts on top. I think the cookie having the chopped nuts in it was enough. And the ones that we straight did not like: -Banana Bread: I'm just not a huge fan of banana flavored things, unfortunately. The actual cookie itself was banana flavored, topped with glazey brown sugar compote that almost made it soggy. -Peppermint Ice Cream - There's not much to say about this one, except that it tastes like straight toothpaste. Blech! Overall, Crumbl is still hitting it out of the park in flavors (aside from the few that were misses this time around). Especially now that they offer the mini sizes, I think they're a lot more accessible to those who don't want gigantic over indulgent cookies! read more

I've always loved Crumbl Cookies, but I was a bit disappointed when they removed the free birthday cookie--especially since you need a certain rewards level to qualify, which I don't have. Luckily, my parents still sent me two full boxes of cookies for my birthday, which was a sweet surprise! I absolutely love these cookies, but sometimes they can be a bit too sugary and calorie-heavy for just one. I'd probably be happy with half of one, especially if it were a bit less sweet. read more

If you've had Crumbl cookies before, then this place has the same great cookies! If you've never had Crumbl Cookies, then this place sells some of the best cookies in my honest opinion. It's a nationwide chain and they specialize in baking cookies. They rotate flavors weekly, so there are always reasons to come back and visit. The cookies are a bit pricy, but they're also very big, enough to share if you're so inclined. The cookies are always freshly baked daily around the clock. There are too many flavors for me to say a favorite I would say this location in particular is usually quicker than the other one in town and I haven't had any issues with waiting or lines, so would choose this one over the other one if that's an option for you. read more

I really love the upscale cookie twist Crumbl offers. The cookies are huge, they could easily be shared amongst 3 people. I was hoping to get a few of the smaller sizes, but learned those are only for catering. The cookie we choose was delicious and even maintained its freshness a couple days later when we finally finished it! I would love to come back and try some ice cream as well. With a regular menu rotation, I am excited to see what more they have to offer! read more

SO Glad they opened a NW location for Crumbl Cookies. Now I don't have to drive 15 minutes out of the way for these! Just like the Lakeside store it's a smaller shop, which I assume is to keep costs down, so you can't enjoy them inside. It's simply a grab and go type of cookie store. I went before lunch today and there were about 3 people in front of me. The line grew quickly behind me but that's probably because their credit card reader was down so things went a little slower than usual. I chalk this up to working out the kinks of a new store - they just opened a week ago so please be kind to the new staff! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout my time in the store, even with technical difficulties. Now the cookies themselves - just as delicious as the other locations I've been. The Apple Pie one is probably my new favorite. A thicker cookies crust bottom with a perfectly sweet apple pie filling and crumbles on top. Yummm! As with all locations, they rotate weekly so check their Facebook page or App for the flavors ahead of time! read more

I am a huge fan of Crumbl Cookies! We recently moved from the Southwest side of town to the Northwest side of town and I was a little concerned about how the Crumbl Cookies on this side of town was going to be. I am in a Facebook group and see a lot of people had issues with different locations and the quality of their cookies. I am so happy to say that this location knocks it out of the park every time. I have no ordered from this location about 5 times and the cookies were amazing every single time and looked just like the pictures advertised. I thought the cookies were good but they didn't blow me away. The trouble with having a fixed menu with photos is that people will naturally compare what they get in-store to the beautiful perfect marketing photos. I did, and felt that my cookies were a bit messy and amateurish by comparison. Some looked better than others...perhaps it depends on the baker? One of the cookies seemed underdone in the middle. I felt like it tasted more like cookie dough. We didn't finish that one. The cotton candy cookie seemed incomplete. Or maybe the cookie was just too big? There was a lot of plain cookie exposed. Not that we needed the extra frosting...it just looked funny. I did like the lemon cookie a lot, but it could have been neater. The lemon flavor was noticeable but not overpowering. This cookie base was a bit crumblier than expected. The chocolate chip cookie was one of the best tasting cookies I've had in a while. I wish it had been a tad thinner (all their regular cookies are quite thick and large) but overall a fantastic choice. The doughnut/cookie combo was interesting and ate like a cookie version of a croissant. There were layers in it but when you chew it all comes together and tastes cookie-like. It had a nice flavor, a sinful glaze, and was a fun mashup. They aren't the cheapest cookies--$20 for 6 cookies. But they are quite massive. They also sell smaller versions, so I would be keen to try those. read more

This is such a fun cookie shop. Each cookie could be four servings. They have different flavors every week which makes it fun. It's pretty quick to go in, order, whichever cookies you want on the kiosk, and wait for them to be done, you can see them making the cookies from inside which is fun! This Crumbl hasn't let me down. I've seen pictures posted online of terrible looking cookies, but I've never experienced that here. They're almost always well-stocked, too. One time right before Christmas I ordered online, but they were out of 2 of my cookies when I arrived. The staff went out of their way to make it right and I got all of my cookies, just 20 minutes or so late. Not A big deal considering they were slammed for the holiday. read more

I'm done with Crumbl. Used to be they made the cookies in-house, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the warm choc chip cookies were amazing. Now no one greets you or even takes your order. You have to use their order screen. I don't think they make the cookies there now; the mixers were plainly not in use. I think now they're made off premises and at the store they just frost them. I tried the red velvet cake/cookie thing and it was dry and wayyyy too much sweet frosting. Plus the prices are staggering. IMHO, another case of corporate greed ruining a good thing. Since they've basically taken away everything I loved about Crumbl Cookies, I won't be back. read more

I was returning a package to UPS and saw they were open and NO LINE?! I thought they were closed lol but they were open and it seriously does live up to the hype I am stoked. The only cookie I didn't like was cornbread...I meant to get apple pie but my brain was thinking cornbread. My husband and I love Crumbl and buy cookies every week! We're from out of state, and had expectations based on other locations we frequently go to. We went the store about 2 hours before closing and the staff greeted us with their backs turned. We saw that half of the flavors were sold out at the time and were willing to wait for a fresh batch to try this week's flavors. At our local Crumbl, the customer service is amazing and when there was a sold out flavor, they offered to sell it to us if we were willing to wait. Due to the weekly flavor rotation, we waited 20 minutes and when we received our cookies, they gave us a free cookie pass for the wait. This time (3/18), my husband asked if they were able to make the sold out flavors and a male employee responded that it would take a while. My husband said that we're willing to wait and then the employee asked who seemed like the shift lead/manager if they could make the sold out flavors and she dismissively said "No." She didn't give a reason or seem apologetic at all. The response we received from staff made us feel intrusive.They didn't seem to care, all of the employees on shift were just standing around and no one was being productive. Until we received our cookies, we saw some employees messing around and hitting each other with cookie scoops, while the others were standing around. No cookies were being made at all. Lastly, they gave us old cookies that were not the usual melt-in-your-mouth consistency. We were really disappointed because we look forward to Crumbl every week. read more

I am so disappointed. Monday I tried to phone in an order and was told I had to use the app. I tried to use the app three times from my phone. I called the store and told them I was unable to use it they said to try from my computer. I was able to do it from my computer, however I did not want to download the app just for one order. So I did take a picture of my receipt. When I went to pick up my order today, it was chaos in the shop. I had children in the car and as I waited for my order. I was asked if I had the app to signal. I am here to pick up my order. I did not have the app on my phone because I did not want an app for a one time order. But I did have the receipt on my phone and showed it and gave my name. When my order was brought to the counter; the girl opened the box and said these are your cookies I said no they're not. That's not what I ordered. I said I ordered the cookies with the X and Os on them. She said well we don't have those here and walked away. Not a I'm sorry..... we placed a pickup order hoursss before our pickup time to ensure we got all the cookies we wanted. we made sure to fully pay for the order and also arrive a bit early to make sure we got them and then once we got there they asked if we had the pickup order and we said yes and then they told us that they only had their chocolate chip cookies left meaning they sold the cookies that were meant to be put in our order. it's just really disappointing because we made all the precautions and everything and were really excited to try the flavors then we get there and they say they're all sold out after we already paid. read more
