It's a symbol for and remembrance to service members fallen, missing, or held captive in the line of duty. It made me stop and think for a minute. The server behind the counter was very helpful, describing the various goodies. It was hard to choose. I ended up with a chocolate chip cookie, a cappuccino chocolate candy cup, a loaf of whole wheat sourdough bread and one of their specialty items which I can't name.
