However, I was greeted by the young man working in the back area...and Tristen that came up to register area! She very nicely asked if I had any questions or needed any help! Consumers be aware that if you cancel an incorrect order you will be charged for it anyway. Then to receive a refund, they will direct you to door dash, even though Crumbl Cookie is what appears on the bank statement. This had to be escalated to corporate level to get the refund (after almost two weeks) and then I received a snarky email from manager. I make lots of orders for cookies, I just will not use the Owasso store anymore. Corporate did send me vouchers for cookies to make for the ineptitude I had to deal with. read more

Service is good. (The self-serve tablets were out-of-order when I was there so it's wonderful the human service was good.) The cookies are huge and that's a good thing because it's PRICEY. My grandma received a free Crumbl cookie voucher for the Owasso location in her mailbox so I went here this past weekend to redeem it for her. I ended up getting 4 pack box ($15) for my family to share , in addition to the free cookie. Service was fast and cheerful. The shop is basically the size of a pizza delivery spot, so don't expect to sit down and eat here. Basically pick your cookies - decided between 6 flavors that change regularly, and pick the size - small or large cookies. After you pay at the counter, your name will be on an electric board. When your order is ready, you will have a green checkmark by your name. I could feel that the cookies were still warm in the box when I took them out. Of the 6 flavors available, I got 5 of them: Iced sugar Oreo Cotton Candy Peanut Butter Chocolate Turtle (Chocolate and caramel.) Unfortunately I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free so I was unable to try the cookies I bought. They're big enough to share so don't be discouraged by the high price point. read more

Me and my cousin went here to get cookies and when we received our cookies we were shocked to open the box to a smashed cookie that looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Their was hair and nasty stuff all over the cookie, so I went back in and told the guy working that our cookie looked like it had been dropped. He already knew what cookie we were talking about and although he gave us a new one I am still shocked that he knowingly gave us a cookie he dropped. Went in today for a cookie and it's the same service always! U walk in and no one ever greets you or says anything! Then u finely get some lazy looking worker to come and mumble words to you about placing an order. This crumbl is not friendly at all and the service is extremely slow! I do not recommend this location at all. They never greet you, they don't even show the cookies they just "toss them" on the counter... they don't say anything to you. I went on my birthday and asked how to use my birthday QR code she didn't speak one single word to me just pointed at the ordering screen and I said "I can just scan it on there?" and she gave me a thumbs up... No one ever seems to be stationed at the front. I ordered on the app, got a notification it was ready, went inside to pick it up, however, my name wasnt on the queue screen. I thought that was odd but because NO ONE was up front and all girls are busy at other stations elsewhere you are stuck idle getting no help to work through any confusion. After about 15-20 minutes of standing in the crowded front area, I finally grabbed the attention of one of the girls. She asked for my name, saw it mistakenly didnt get put up on the queue screen and my order had been sitting on the front table awaiting pickup the entire time. There was another lady next to me that also didnt have her name placed on the queue screen either . Annoying. Whats the point of having an app and offering carry out/pickup when you are under staffed, no one works the front of the store, and peoples names dont get placed in queue. Love the cookies. Hate the way they run the store. Very inefficient. Side note, most of the girls act like they are miserable. A very somber feel in the store. read more

So new to Owasso is the new Crumble cookie company. We had gotten a free coupon for a cookie in the mail so we decided to give it a try. When we got there, there was a little bit of a line no big deal. It seem to move quickly. When we got inside, we were expecting a variety of cookies, but there is only six flavors to choose from. I guess these are the flavors of the month so each month to get a different set of cookies. Rather than having a big variety crumble has narrowed it down to just a select few. We have went with the cookies and cream cookie and the triple chocolate chip. When they rang us up for the cookie it was $4.88, I told my wife oh we just want one and the free one. Thinking they charged us for two. But the gentleman behind the counter, who is very polite and courteous, said no that's for one cookie. Compared to other cookies in town Panera, and even Walmart these cookies didn't seem to be anything special. Nothing like a Barbie cookie. If you're in Tulsa check out Barbie cookies they're pricey but worth it. For the price I feel these cookies need to be a little bit bigger. We tasted them on the way home and thought there wasn't anything special to either one except for maybe the triple chocolate chip. We both agreed that when you go out for a cookie at this cost, it should be something special something different something you can't make at home. The chocolate chip look like any chocolate chip that you could get at Reasors or target. The other choices just seemed to be sugar cookies with icing. I was hoping to see a variety of different cookies. Glad to see another business come to Owasso.... The customer service was excellent. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Probably won't be back until the prices come down a little bit or they have more of a variety . One suggestion might be maybe offer a free cookie to everyone that provides their email address. Now you can email them each month and say come in and try our Keylime cookie of the month or specials. Just a thought. read more

I was looking forward to the new Crumbl Cookies as we had one where we used to live that was good (even though pricey). I was hoping for at least a discount at the "Grand Opening". There were no discounts or samples but I decided to purchase some anyway. First the chocolate chip cookies were not completely done (still batter in the middle). The flavor was not exceptional and can make better at home. Last of all, on top of the high price, they add a "Service Fee" of 2.95% for using my credit card. There was no information that paying by credit card incurs an additional charge. As this is uncommon for retailers, this is simply blind-siding the unwitting public to make a few extra bucks. Prices are high for a single cookie but I bought a crumbl cookie cutter and I quarter is plenty filling the cookies are huge and the crumbl water is better than other waters sounds weird but it is over all great place 10/10 would recommend read more

frosting was missing on my butter cake cookie. the lady at this location never lets me put my number in to earn reward points. she'll say the system automatically knows who I am by my card number which isn't true because I don't have one connected to my account.
