My 93 year old mom brought three small cookies for the three of us for desert. She wanted 4 but the person said you can't buy 4 they are sold in sets of three so you have to buy six if you want one more.! Who ever heard of that. Anyway there were no prices and no descriptions of the flavors. She had no idea what they cost until she got home and the receipt was on her phone. We cut the cookies in small,pieces so,we could taste them all. They were pretty good however extremely sweet and way too expensive ,$13 for three small cookies. We will not be going back. But, if you want a cute box and a pricey hostess gift I guess it might be a thought. I think that's what the concept is targeted for. read more

Friendly service, but overhyped products. Whether you buy into the hype or not, it is worth checking out this place at least once as their menu rotates weekly. Food (1.5/5) I fell into the marketing trap for their Dubai chocolate brownie launch this week as it was widely posted all over social media. I thought it would be worth trying because I have never tried any "Dubai chocolate" products that have been going viral on tiktok for the past year; however, I feel like I was let down by the hype. The Dubai chocolate brownie here was on the larger side and was extremely dense. There was a chocolate ganache/shell on the top, pistachio cream mixed with the kanafeh in the middle, and a brownie layer on the bottom. First of all, I could not finish the brownie because it was so sweet and overly salty. I had to chug a whole glass of water in order to finish one third of the brownie. In addition to the imbalance of flavors, the pistachio cream tasted like peanut butter and there was a lack of pistachio flavoring in general. The menu also described the brownie as chilled so I interpreted this to mean that storing the brownie for later consumption would require refrigeration... WRONG. The chocolate on top completely hardened after refrigeration and it's really meant to be eaten at room temperature instead (I recommend thawing out of the fridge for at least 2 hours). I also purchased their chocolate chip cookies. While the cookies were extremely dense and overly sweet, I enjoyed this item slightly more than the brownie. They get bonus points for their camera worthy packaging and the packaging was a long rectangular shape to make sure no items were sitting on top of each other. Service (5/5) I only gave 3 stars for this place because the workers were extremely welcoming and friendly. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door even while the two workers were hard at work preparing the cookies behind the counter. I ordered online and was able to do a mobile check in on my phone and my order was ready within 30 seconds. I was extremely surprised when the worker actually opened up the box to show me my order to make sure it was correct (a very nice gesture that seems to be universal at every Crumbl location). Ambience (4/5) The inside is pretty bare but they do have a kiosk to browse the menu and order. The interior was pretty cool as this place showcases the baking area of the kitchen to show customers their cooking making process. There were no seating options inside, and the interior was very clean at least. I will probably not return. read more

I stopped by this store to buy a box of cookies to bring with me to a small meeting, and thought that it looked very chic, clean and upbeat inside. You can see the bakers working diligently close to the entrance, which I enjoyed. There were many self order stations, but since it was my first time I wanted to speak with a human to get their opinions. I generally do not like using these kiosks and it was kind of a turn off to see so many of them which just gives "don't talk to me" vibes for the staff. In reality though, the young woman that helped me with my order was super nice and friendly. I bought 18 of the small size chocolate chip cookies (3") and one of the larger size (5") for my husband. The cookies were not warm but were still put into 3 small cardboard boxes (all would have easily fit in one box with room for a dozen more) in addition to a separate box for the one larger cookie. When I was rung up the total was $56.00, which quite frankly blew my mind. My husband and I both tried the larger cookie and thought it was maybe 4 out of 5 stars - quite good, but not the best of all time (which I would expect for that price). The cookies were more on the crunchy side than soft, with a nice richness to them. After our little meeting only 2 cookies were gone so I made sure to scoop them back so I could drop them off to a friend as they were too expensive to leave behind. We asked several times as there aren't any labels. We decided on a four pack as you get a slight discount when it's bundled. Cookies ordered - two chocolate chips, one Oreo, and one lemon bar type. Later we cut them into quarters so we could sample each. I thought the cookies too soft and not buttery enough On a scale 1-5 where 5 is tops, these cookies were 3.0. Had the opportunity to introduce my sister to Crumbl! She was amazed. My firs time at this Crumbl location. upon my arrival i was greeted graciously by all the employees. To my surprise the don't do mini cookies every day ( like other establishments) at this location they only do so on Mondays. so a little bummed about that! The evening shift employees are so lazy. They take absolutely NO PRIDE in making the cookies. I come almost every other week only to taste test the cookies with my daughter. And every time the service sucks. We order ahead of time and do curbside. Don't know why tho cause I always have to get out of the car and look for my order. This is by far the worst crumbl I've been to. My first visit was fine, nothing exceptional. I've been to other crumbl cookies that were much better. However, my second visit was absolutely terrible. Ordered the butter cake and peanut butter blossom. The peanut butter blossom was a little dry. I've had this exact cookie before at a different location and was disappointed. The butter cake was much worse. It was missing the 2/3 of the toppings. It didn't have the sugar crystals or glaze. I brought this up when they showed me the cake. The employee responded with oh I didn't know that it was supposed to have the glaze. Then he proceeded to ask around and then said oh we didn't make any glaze sorry. No refund was offered. I took my order and tried it. The butter cake was dry and it tasted bland with the missing toppings. I messaged customer service and got a rude response back. They claimed the employee offered me a refund and that sometimes toppings just run out and they can't do anything about it. They also said if it's dry that's just the way it tastes. I understand toppings run out but if 2/3 toppings are missing it needs to be disclosed. I responded back stating I was never once offered a refund and I was disappointed by their response. I also mentioned how if toppings are missing it needs to be disclosed. Whoever handles the emails for the store condescendingly responded with "I apologize for your opinions, but our policy requires that you to bring back dissatisfied goods and we can replace them for you. " I am now waiting for a response back since I still have the butter cake. But I will never purchase from this crumbl again due to how rude and uncaring their customer service is.
