This location is busy and crowded with a poor parking situation; these wouldn't be so bad if the cookies were good, unfortunately they're not. Second time visiting this Crumbl location, brought my little brothers both times. I love the idea of the changing weekly flavors and love ordering on the little kiosks, however this time I wish I would've ordered ahead. There were SO many people waiting for their cookies Saturday night that a line began to form out of the door (Wish they chose a larger location so everyone didn't have to be packed into a corner waiting for their cookies) and those who ordered online were able to come in and just pick up their order while we waited about 15 minutes. The cookies were (as always) fresh and soft as they make them in store! Also think it's super neat that they're open until midnight! Ok so this place is always super busy!!! I suggest doing a pickup order ahead of time. It's located in a super busy shopping plaza as well. The cookies are delicious!!! My son wanted to go here for his birthday. The cookies here sort of put you in the mind of the cake cookies you get from the deli at the grocery store. They were very soft and super sweet. If you're not that into sweets then I would advice you to get the small cookie. I got the large cookie and only ate half the first day and the rest the next day. We purchased 4 large cookies and spent about $15. The wait for the cookies was about 5 minutes. The cookies were good, but definitely not worth the traffic you have to sit in to get to them in Snellville. read more

This place has to be one of the best new cookie shops in town. I came across an ad for the grand opening and decided to stop by a few weeks later. As I pulled up in the parking lot, there was a long king of people and I think this speaks to how delicious the cookies are. I sat in my car and I went to their website and realized they had multiple options for ordering. I chose the curbside pick up option. I ordered 3 cookies and they were delivered to my car shortly after. I have now ordered here 3 times so far and I love the weekly variety of cookies. I haven't tasted a cookie I haven't liked yet. I also appreciate that this location does stay open late on Fridays. Great spot for a quick late night treat in Snellville. read more

I went to this location and ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies when I received them they were both completely raw in the middle. I went back and asked the supervisor to remake them which they did but I was told they couldn't cook them any longer. When I opened the next set of cookies they were both still raw.
