This place is a treat and I decided to go full treat-mode to have it door dashed. It arrived 10 mins after ordering! I was stoked as it came packaged beautifully. The cookies were quite the same (as beautiful as the packaging). I was quite excited as cookies are my go-to for treats. Though, I myself was personally dissatisfied because they were more cake than anything. I'm not a huge cake eater so the texture didn't work for me and it felt too sweet to boot. I'd rather have more of a balance. But! That doesn't mean it isn't your thing, I don't think the majority of people dislike cake. But, being a cookie place I thought otherwise. I guess that's how the cookie crumbles! As far as the flavors go: the Reese's was by far the best one. We did finish the chocolate chip later. They use quality ingredients and this one was crunchy though I suppose I opt for a chewy vibe. The lemon weirdly had a real slice of lemon on it. Maybe it was because they knew this one lacked flavor? Lemon is usually my favorite dessert flavor but this wasn't very good. Are you supposed to squeeze lemon juice into a cookie? I don't think Gordon Ramsey would approve of inedible decorations on a cookie. The final cookie was the biscoff version and I'd much rather have the real crunchy thing. I think this will be a one and done for us. No complaints about price. These are a treat - like buying cupcakes or an ice cream cone. These aren't Oreos. So no issues there. However, these cookies are just so overwhelmingly sweet, rich and over-the-top that we just couldn't even enjoy them. Two days later, we still have over two of the four cookies left. We have found that cutting off small portions is plenty. The cookies are almost cake like in texture and are very filling. Add icing and it's just complete sugar overload. Too sweet to enjoy. I hesitate to call businesses like this cause usually they just fluff it off but this man was amazing. He also owns another Crumbl cookie in Ballantyne and I've been there as well. We first found out about these cookies in Texas and immediately fell in love. I made the mistake of bringing some in for my employees and they started shopping there almost daily. The lunchroom always had pink boxes everywhere. However, this location can't seem to get it right. We've bought several cookies from them on four different occasions and every time the cookies are very doughy. They never seem to cook all the way for whatever reason. Unless you feel like taking them home and cooking them all the way it's really not worth the price you pay at four dollars a cookie. read more

We went in to pick up some cookies. On the menu there is an option for ordering a 6 pack of cookies, the associate at the register first told us he had no boxes for the 6 pack. I asked him if he could put them in the bigger box and he said that should be okay. Then he said there was no option on the computer for him to put in the order. I have been in here before and all I see is people being rude to one another. The manager is rude and the employees ignore you. I have only been in here once and received proper care.
