[[HIGHLIGHT]]Crumble is a chain cookie store. This location is similar to the rest when it comes to decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, the customer service is just not the same. The staff are not quite as friendly as other locations. They do not even greet you when you come in, say thank you or assist in anyway if you order cake or cookies from here, it is very likely that is not warm like a fresh baked cookie out the oven. I've been hearing about this chain for awhile now, so finally decided to check it out. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. I actually expected MUCH better. For some reason, I thought this was a boutique cookie shop...and expected it to be nicer...cuter props and all. However, the place was just basic...very cut and dry...with no frills whatsoever. Think the only decor (if you can call it that?) is the logo on their wall. Also, the place looked a bit sloppy. Even the white countertop where they delivered the cookies were dirty/stained. Not sure why they didn't bother wiping it down between customers...as the place wasn't that busy. Even the cookie presentation was underwhelming. There were only 6 flavors laid out openly next to a cashier in a near crude way...not even labeled (not sure why they're not showcased better than that?). I heard the flavors change weekly (daily?), so guess that helps. The 6 flavors weren't too exciting...and the presentation was kind of BLAH as well. THE one colorful flavor, the Red Velvet, could have popped if you can actually see the color red...but it was such a dark, muddy red that it looked nearly brown (see pics). As for the cookies, each piece was huge...and chunky. WAY too chunky, if you ask me. I actually prefer lighter, thinner, crisper versions over these thick, super-fatty ones. The worst part? The cookie was underbaked! Though the flavor was good, it was just soggy...and I was like HUH?!? Almost tasted like cupcakes. These were way overpriced for what they were...and how they were so UNDER-baked. Did I think a box with 4 underbaked cookies were worth $13? NO. read more

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The service was extremely poor, and it was clear that the two girls working need serious coaching on customer service. They were inattentive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in assisting customers. It's unfortunate, because a little courtesy and professionalism can go a long way. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the business as a whole. Not to mention the girl who did my cookie made it look like this:( read more

I've been to several other Crumbl locations and this one isn't the closest to me, but I was in the area so I decided to stop by for a couple of their weekly flavors. Covid-19: ordering and paying through their app is really easy. You check in on the app when you get there and they bring your order out to your car. I got the Lucky Charms and Key Lime Pie cookies this time. I loved both of them. The marshmallow frosting on the Lucky Charms was really good. I also loved the Key Lime Pie filling. This cookie chain has some consistently good flavors that I think are worth checking out. read more

Fantastic cookies served warm!! I loved the delicious cookies and the amazing flavors!! I tried the reeses peanut butter flavor. It was rich and nutty and covered in chocolate. The cookies are huge! Definitely about 4 inches diameter. They serve them warm and in wonderful to-go containers. You get to choose the flavors and sell four for $14. Each cookie is huge! The staff was friendly and wearing masks. There was a long line but it moved quickly. They have markers on the floor to keep people 6 ft apart. The parking is busy so I like to park and walk. I came here on opening day and I was pretty impressed at how smooth the transaction was. We got two chocolate chip cookies and one muddy buddy. Once we ordered we waited to the side for our order. It was to go and one thing I wished they did was pack the chocolate chip cookies a little better. They put it in a open side bag. So it was in two bags and one box. I asked for a bag because I was holding my daughter and it would be hard to hold two opened containers of cookies and a box and she said she didn't have any and walked away. Overall, the cookies are good. The chocolate chip cookies are good and large enough for two people. My husband also liked the muddy buddy. Next time I'll order the sugar cookie that's supposed to be chilled. read more

Crumbl Cookies just opened on Rea Rd. My family and I popped in for the free Chocolate Chip Cookie event. Everyone got a free chocolate chip cookie and we also got the 4 pack. The line was very short and they kept the line moving. There had to be about 15-20 people working. For our 4 pack of cookies we got the Caramel Pumpkin, S'mores, Orange Roll and Chilled Sugar Cookie. I was able to add this purchase to my loyalty account and get more points. I've only sampled the Caramel Pumpkin cookie but it is delicious. Super moist and flavorful. Found out about this little slice of sugar heaven from a friend. They were offered free cookies to customers... who doesn't love free stuff, especially dessert! The yummy smell alone will have your stomach growling. The line was semi-long but moved steadily. The line was expected.due to the free cookie deal ( I will happily wait for cookies). The inside is small. Guest were practically social distancing outside but it was hard to do distance yourself inside due to limited space. There is a display of cookies at the registers to allow to see which cookies are available. They also offer ice cream, milk and water. I chose the milk chocolate chip cookie and chilled sugar cookie. It was hard to only pick two. One cookie is $3.48 b4 tax. After you placed the order the wait about 10 mins before I received my cookies (not a bad wait). Location: In the Target shopping center beside Starbucks. Seating: Seating is not available inside the building.Outside seating is available in the courtyard behind the building. Still haven't heard from this store after being harassed and verbally attacked by ALL their staff for having my service dog in the store. They refused to give me my cookies I had already paid for. 0/10 recommend this company & location specifically. I was told may dog wasn't a service dog & she hadn't even checked. Ok, so the cookies are worth the hype, especially that glorious chocolate chip one. I bought a party box so I was able to taste the week's flavors. Peanut butter and biscoff were good too, but the ones with icing overwhelm the cookie with too much sugar. Not the most friendly service but the staff seemed to be high school age, so I guess to be expected. The girl who helped me wasn't wearing gloves and she was using her phone as she was getting my cookies. Not great but she was the only one doing that. Interested to try more flavors but these are massive and will be saved for special occasions! read more

So, i've been following the Keto diet since September of 2020, and I had the bright idea to have a cheat day here at Crumbl cookies. Wow So here's the thing...Crumbl cookies are amazing! We bought 4 and split them between the 2 of us. I got through about 1 cookie before I had a sugar rush and passed out for 4 hours. Crumbl cookies are big, moist, filling, and the flavor here is ridiculous. The way Crumbl cookies work is simple. A single full size cookie will set you back $3.48, and if you splurge on a box of 4 full size cookies, that gives you a better deal for $10.98. We opted for the 4-pack box and we ordered the following flavors: Chilled sugar Ultimate peanut butter Chocolate cake Chocolate chip Of these 4, the Chilled sugar was refrigerated and does better in the fridge. The other 3 were nice and warm. It's a challenge to pick which is your favorite because they're all so dang good! The chocolate cake was a chocolate bomb with chocolate icing on chocolate cookies. The peanut butter definitely earned the name ultimate peanut butter. Wow it was amazing! These cookies are thick as well as big, so you may want to have a cup of coffee or milk with you to help wash them down, especially the peanut butter cookie! When we paid them a visit the interior was a grab and go location. The store itself is somewhat small and there seems to be more kitchen/prep space than sitting space, which works for me. I love the clean design of Crumbl cookies, including the glass walls that allow you to glance at the cookie prepping process. Parking here is pretty easy, being in a shopping center, Crumbl is a chain and the neat thing is depending on the season, the flavors change, although they do have staple flavors that are year round. There appear to be regional flavors as well. I really had no intention of falling in love with these cookies. When my next cheat day arrives i'm going to travel over to the location in Atlanta, but if i'm ever in the Charlotte area, you better believe i'll be spending a few dollars here at Crumbl cookies. Please give them a shot! read more

Covid chaos definitely calls for cookies - these are nothing short of incredible. I ordered online and picked up curbside - the packaging is great & they come WARM! The family noted that Oreo is the favorite - but seriously even the Red Velvet is noteworthy. Soft centered, crunchy edge cookies are the BEST! (And certainly the best we've found around here). Stopped by this spot by chance today, but I am glad I did. I grabbed some cookies for the office tomorrow and a couple for the house tonight. The only one I tried was the lemon. I rate it a 4 out of 5. It's a good size and soft. This cookie is served warm too. I wish the cookie itself had a little more lemon flavor instead on just depending on the glaze. But still, a simple tasty cookie. The place is small but very clean and they get out out of the door quickly. They explain to you that most of the cookies they offer are rotated in and out so selection doesn't get boring. But they do have a couple that are staples. They aren't cheap. They are about $3.50 when you buy a single, but cheaper per cookie if you get a 4 pack. So because of that, the cookies I take to the office will be cut and shared. Anyway, give them a try read more

Great as usual. Been waiting for this location to open every since I found out about it. Way closer than heading to Tega Cay weekly (yep weekly). They have some rather interesting flavors and I have yet to be let down. My all time favorite is the sugar cookie have to have one just because every time and then hit a few of the weekly flavors. I hate I missed the birthday celebration because the cookie cutter would have come in handy for sharing! I have suggested the place to many as a nice treat for when you deserve a warm cookie. Again- skilled presentation and mastery of baked goods form...these all looked great and tasted...just ok. There were three staff members at the counter and two seemingly were distracted while one gent running the register was taking care of the 5-6 people deep line. Only as the line approached the cafe area and door did the other two staff start taking customers at the other register. There are probably several options here to delight palates if you take the time to sample all the items and perhaps we simply picked poorly during our visit.

At the last minute, I asked for caramel to be added to my drink, but that was imperceptible too. I'd forgotten to ask for it to be half sweet, so I guess that was a blessing in disguise. When you stop by a bakery late in the day you sort of pays your money and takes your chances, but I visited just before noon. No crowds either. Disappointing all around, though again, the ambiance invites lingering. Cute bistro, lovely people, but - and I cannot believe I'm saying this - I'd have done better at the nearby Starbucks if all I wanted to do was get a latte and pastry.
