On my visits, I have been the only customer in the store which makes me concerned for the long-term health of the business, but the store was clean and the donuts were freshly made as has always been my experience with Duck Donuts. All of my sources have told me - try Momo Donuts - they are incredible. So, that is exactly what we do. From the moment we walked in the door at Momo Donut, we felt at home. Like a warm hug after a long journey. My brother's ears perk up, nose twitches, he looks at me and instantly says "This is NC JELLY DONUTS"!!! I explain to him that... no, this is Momo donuts and is different. When we go to pay for our donuts we mention about our addiction to NC Jelly Donut and ask if they have ever heard of them. That is when the owner bursts into a smile and says "Oh yes, that is my sister!!!" - WHAT A SMALL WORLD! I am happy to share that the addiction has resumed and we are so grateful that Momo donut is now just a short car ride away. A sense of peace and order has returned to the balance of our lives.
