I got bored after 7 or 8 minutes and ended up leaving. Later that night I was able to register without much wait. The machines are on good condition and it wasn't too packed. I never had to wait to use a machine. Also there were several open mirrors. Usually at a gym I find each mirror is just as occupied as the machine by someone trying to determine of their biceps is large enough to distract others from seeing their bird legs. I guess that is a long winded way of saying the gym was filled mostly with average people like myself who just want to stay healthy and possibly lose a few lb' s. I would try to pick an off hour if you need to accomplish anything at the desk, but other than that it seems like a good gym.

Most of the people are friendly who work out. Every so many hours they clean the black room and the locker rooms and bathrooms. I only wish they had some classes. But I still like working out there.

The type of place where the women at the front desk let us in without signing a waiver or showing ID. She simply asked, "is this your first time here?" If you need the bells and whistles, and lots of people around you with the most modern look, it may not be for you, but if working out and not waiting for people and machines is what you like, then this is where its at because really it's a decent value. It's nothing fancy, but if you're serious, you don't need all that. A bonus is there's good food to be had at the restaurant on your way out so if you've worked up an appetite, it's a nice dinner option at times. This is coming from somebody who's worked out for years at some of the newest local gyms in the area that feel like zoos. For 25 bucks a month, no fees or contracts, pretty darn good.

He truly cares about his clients success and isn't there just for the money. He goes out of his way to keep each workout challenging and different so you aren't bored. Definitely the motivation I've been needing. I have personally seen fantastic results in two short months of working with Pete. If you follow his recommendations on nutrition and exercise it will work for you. Aside from the above comments, the atmosphere is very friendly. I have not once felt intimidated to go workout. The other trainers are very friendly and all of the clients are friendly as well and support each other in their success. It stayed open for the 70 minutes we were in there. Air and water Temp was nippy. They added large amount of chemicals while we were swimming. Not sure where or what our the annual fee or membership fees are going towards, but it's definitely not towards gym maintenance. Sad because this gym has potential.. pool, sauna, and classes. The only reason I kept my gym membership was for the amazing yoga teacher and Pilates mat teacher. I ended up canceling my membership in October and will enroll at different gym that is much more sanitary, clean, and up-to-date. If I'm going to be paying a monthly and annual fee, I would like to pay for quality.

so I have been going to this gym for 8 years now. it used to be much better but now it seems like…read moremost things that are needed are broken. treadmills have some rips in the tread. the pecdec machine is out and has been out for months with no pegs for the weights. the benches are mostly ripped but taped over. The leg extension is broken and pinched another members legs and that was scary. The gym still gets the job done but there are about 5-6 members that all are good friends and we have been thinking of switching gyms sooner rather than later.
