Day of the move, I received 2 texts letting me know how far/close they were to my home. Vlad and Alex arrived on time. Never in my life have I ever been so impressed with the work done for me, and the care that they gave all of my belongings. They were intelligent, motivated, efficient, careful, personable, respectful, and expert. And, although at first, I tried to help, I soon became aware that I was just getting in their way. All I could do is watch and learn. How to wrap and protect furniture (and walls). How to load a dozen or more packed moving moxes into a huge (refrigerator sized) box set on top of 2 dollies - to be rolled from my condo, down a maze of hallways, ouside into the moving truck. Gawd, I was SO relieved to see that my life's belongings were in very conscientious hands. Long story short, there was no doubt I called the right movers. Vlad and Alex were simply magnificent. I wished I was Jeff Bezos for a day, so I could hand each of them a million dollars :) I had been unnecessarily dreading moving day for weeks. One of the founders came to the home and looked through the house. All employees have been straight talking and easy to talk to. We stored our belongings in their warehouse for more than one year. Other than a dollar store bucket, some parts of my jointer (they offered to pay for the replacement parts) and a few furniture dings the contents arrived as packed. My only slight ding is they told me they have semis crossing the country several times a week and it would be their employees. The deliver team though good are from a local company and they are the ones that I believe broke my jointer.

Both moves were transfers within my apartment building. In response to my request to get the same team if possible, the new three-person team had the same foreman as the previous three-person team. They once again did an excellent job - called in advance, arrived early, and worked very quickly and efficiently. The foreman planned well which items should be moved between the two apartments in each trip to minimize the number of trips and the work time. The team members were both friendly and professional. As with my previous move, the cost of the job came in well under the estimate due to the team's speedy work. My two experiences with NewRay have been a refreshing contrast to my experiences with other movers over the years. I plan to continue to use them for any future moves.

Some things I didn't know could be broken down were also broken down and reassembled.
