My poor…read more72 year old mother in law was scammed by superior rv (Jamie) he charged her almost 700 to fix an LP issue she was having that was making her leak Lp and her heater and stove were not working. After he left it was still not working. This is during 20 degree temperatures.She called and texted him for a week and he never returned her calls or text finally my husband called and he called her back the same day and came out and told her he needed more parts and would be back. He never came back a couple days later he called her and told her she needed a new heater which for a dented one would be $700. We called Cody with Rodgers Mobile Rv service and he came out the next day prompt and on time and fixed the issue Jamie had created and her heater worked just fine. I called and explained the problems with the manager, Gilbert. He had my mower picked up and promised to have all the issues corrected. Gilbert did exactly that; including the broken fender and had the mower returned to me. All my issues were repaired, he checked the mower himself and it was delivered to me as promised. Every business can have issues with service and workers, however if the manager has SERVICE as a PRIORTY, he will insist that his staff do the same. Gilbert welcomed my feedback and corrected all the issues. I will go back again for service on my mower when it is needed. He is a manager who kept his word and earned my business!!
