Ive been calling this place since 3:00 today. They close at 5 pm and no one answers the phones, I got through one time. Was put on hold so I waited then the line starts ringing again then just hangs up. So I called back now you can't reach anyone!!! It's 4:42 pm on 6/30/26 I just spent a lot of money with this company last month at the Keller location and so far I am not happy with customer service. The mower I purchased doesn't even have the parts I need logged into their system so they can give me accurate pricing for ordering new ones?? But they're selling the mowers?! Make that make sense. This is not how you conduct business and you don't stop answering phone calls an hour and a half before your business closes. read more

Service is not good, tried to overcharge me, had to escalate my repair to the manager to get resolved. Did not call when the repair was completed, had to continually follow up with them. I buy power tools frequently, but won't be using them again. read more

I took my Riding Hustler Mower in for a tune up and repairs, March 15, 2025. When I I got it back, there were issues. The back fender was cracked and the steering was not adjusted correctly. I called and explained the problems with the manager, Gilbert. He had my mower picked up and promised to have all the issues corrected. Gilbert did exactly that; including the broken fender and had the mower returned to me. All my issues were repaired, he checked the mower himself and it was delivered to me as promised. Every business can have issues with service and workers, however if the manager has SERVICE as a PRIORTY, he will insist that his staff do the same. Gilbert welcomed my feedback and corrected all the issues. I will go back again for service on my mower when it is needed. He is a manager who kept his word and earned my business!! I purchased an item over 1 month ago, and they double billed me. I spoke with them on the phone, sent them evidence from my credit card company showing they double billed me, and even made a special trip when they had done nothing to correct it. In return, I had to deal with a very rude desk clerk. They refused to credit me in store, saying their billing person had to run some special procedure through the billing system, but refused to give me her phone number. I made another call for status and got more run-around. They even said they have no evidence that I was double billed, essentially calling me a liar, despite my having sent them a copy of the billing statement. I had to finally call the credit card company, which acknowledged the double billing, and lodge a formal dispute of the bill. I have spent $ thousands in this store and they want to treat me this way over $52.41. Incredible. read more

Over the course of several years I have bought a Ferris zero turn mower, and Echo blower, and an Echo battery powered chain saw. The battery developed a problem that LSM Outdoor Power went above and beyond to help me with even though I have since moved out of the area. I really appreciate the extra effort and commitment to help me. If I were still in the Keller area, their business would be the place I would go for parts, supplies, and new equipment. read more
