I came across this shop merely chance. I called and explained our predicament. We have a quarter acre and with all the rain the "grass" was growing out of control fast. Knowing the time of year and the number of people most likely in our shoes we expected the initial estimate for repair. It was our doing for not getting it in sooner. Anyway, we explained that we could not bring it to the shop. Luckily we were told he does pick up and delivery. The price for that was well under our expectations. We were given an estimate that seemed extremely fair. Long story short, we have our mower back running like new. It was faster than the initial estimated time. Plus the cost was under the original estimate including pick up and delivery. He worked with us around our work schedules and was ever so polite. One note, he only does riding mowers which is not a detriment. I just want to ensure readers know this up front. To sum up, we will definitely call him for the mowers next service. I went up there to ask for a carburetor gasket for a very routine tractor and the old guy behind the desk was not happy to see me walk in. No one addressed me as i went into the building. when I told him what I was looking for immediately before I even got it out of my mouth he said oh no, we don't carry that and good luck finding it. I left thinking waste of time, and got in the car and did a search and found it within two minutes on Amazon and ebay for like 4$... so don't bother with these guys even though you might think they are local I guess they must be making a living off overpriced tractors. They had the best prices of anyone especially with the zero percent financing on their Stihl mowers. They gave me a reasonable trade-in for my old Ferris and I ended up buying a Stihl RZ752i Zero Turn. And they were throwing in the upgraded suspension seat at no additional cost! JR and the rest of the staff were amazing throughout the process and JR actually helped me decide between the Stihl RZ552 and the RZ752i. I changed to the RZ752i and sure glad I did! I have about 10 hours on it and it's been outstanding, great ride, nice cut and just feels like a high quality machine! The only hiccup was the that assembler failed to tighten the battery cables so after about 7 hours it failed to start and there was some "arcing" from the loose connection. Easy fix, tightened up the connections and no further issues. Would not hesitate to buy again from the guys and so impressed that I'm willing to drive the 40 miles from my house and have them do the scheduled maintenance on it. In my opinion, you can't go wrong giving these guys a chance to earn your business.

They sale high end appliances that have a thirst for identity and reputation, yet they do cost a bit more, tho they last a LOT longer. The owner, who we dealt with directly, is great. So helpful and patient. It's a great place. We did spend almost $700 on a high end stick vacuum, but it is super powerful and works better than any $200 vacuum at Walmart. We've also brought off brand vacuums here for cleaning, they don't care what brand it is, they will clean it and work on it. It's very much worth a visit.
