It was really quiet, the employee didn't say anything to me at all not even hello which I thought that was rude. My pomegranate plunge smoothie was sitting on a pick up shelf in the back of the restaurant/store. So I just took it and left. It was pretty clean inside, a nice looking little place. One of these days I'll go in there and sit and have my smoothie and maybe get something to eat. It cost $9 for one large Smoothie. That is a lot of money. It's not like it's huge. It's just not even a normal size large cup for pop. Anyways, the smoothie was very good. So far now I've had two from them and I've enjoyed them both. I prefer the location on Delaware by Linden.

Also, a lot of fro yo places similarly emphasize natural ingredients. I also prefer being able to prepare my own dish instead of feeling like I need to hurry up and make a decision, but I'm not holding that against them since it's in a food court and not free standing. Upon this happening, I wanted to make sure the owner knew what had happened with the order seemingly slipping through the cracks, so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. From initial contact, I received exemplary communication & customer service... which seems kind of hard to come across these days (unfortunately); lots of people seem to really not care. There was constant communication and care until my order was fulfilled and they even offered to deliver it to me. The protein balls were thoroughly enjoyed by all! They clearly care very much about customer experience & satisfaction. The second time I ordered for pickup, I ordered through DoorDash and everything was ready as ordered and on time. When I picked up my order, I also got a fruit smoothie with protein added. It was delicious. They use whole fruit (not syrups) and very clean whey protein, Naked brand. They also offer protein coffee, which I believe they use Javvy brand, as well as acai bowls, waffles, salads, naan pizzas and more. I will definitely be back for more protein balls & be trying out more of their items as I am able to make it there (they are located about 30 minutes from where I live). Support small business.
