The crew was very kind... I didn't realize that I ordered at the wrong location - I didn't honestly know there was more than one. So when we were on our way to this location, I called and the staff said that they would keep our order as warm as possible. The ONLY problem was that when we arrived, my husband placed an order for an additional order of pizza rolls and they weren't very hot - they were the same temperature as the other two orders that had been sitting there for almost an hour. Fortunately, they still tasted pretty amazing, BUT he ordered that extra dish so we would have something fresh out of the oven. Our usual location is the Tomball location. Hello yippers I visited crusted pizza on Thursday, September 12, 2424. I tell you this place was so good. It was amazing. I had heard so much about this pizza and I finally made my way there. The crust was light the sauce has a little sweet taste to it. I love it. It was so different and that I am different. I love trying different things the cheese just melt in your mouth. Everything about the pizza was great over the top for me until I try something else that may add up to it or try. I have to give you five stars guys. The service was wonderful, the young ladies that waited on me and served me my pizza at my table. Was so amazing with loving spirits about themselves. That's the type of young people you want to hire wow I was waiting on my ordered to go I was looking over the menu and saw the calzones and when she gave me my pizza. I decided to order a calzone so I sit down at the table to sample my pizza and I almost finished the whole thing so that was my lunch there I saved the calzone and took it home that evening and shared it with my family. It was so large I tell you it was so damn good light and flaky crust I said OK I must go now before I buy up everything. In This place the establishment was so clean inside and out the restrooms was clean. I can tell the manager really takes pride in his store. All I can say is keep up the good work guys. I have eaten pizza at Crust Pizza several times via delivery and in their restaurant and it always has been very good. Last Friday, 1/12/2024, I ordered via GrubHub from Crust Pizza the Chicken Club and kids Chicken Alfredo for dinner. The Chicken Club was very greasy; the bread was soaked with either oil or butter - couldn't tell. Also, the sandwich was extremely large and was very surprised that they hadn't even cut it in half. The kids Chicken Alfredo was awful - the pasta sauce had no flavor at all and the chicken had some funky spices on it. Probably the worst chicken alfredo I have ever had. Even the alfredo in a jar from a grocery store was better than this. Honestly was very shocked that the food was this bad given how good Crust's pizza is. Lessen learned; I will not order anything but pizza from Crust Pizza moving forward. read more

I love Crust Pizza! Our kids love it, too! The cauliflower crust is my favorite, personally. All of the ingredients are quality, and everything is fresh and tasty. It's always cooked well when I pick it up. I've never had a bad experience yet. One time, they forgot to give me the cauliflower crust, but they made it right with no complaints at all. Good food and atmosphere. They usually have sports on TV or if you like to watch short funny clips, they always have CHIVE TV as well. There is an outdoor space as well with seating so you can enjoy the weather on nice days. The food is fresh, and can take a little while if it's busy, but it is always made to order and comes out piping hot. If you want good Pizza or pasta, give Crust a try. New restaurant in Cypress which opened recently. It is obviously having some teething problems and service for my take away order was chaotic. The wait was worth it however and the vegetarian pizza I ordered was delicious - tasty cheese and plenty of vegetables. It is a thin crust which we prefer. So it lost a star for the service.
