We stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity. Having spent what seems to be the last few months in the kitchen cooking meals...the lovely wife and I decided...sod it...we want pizza...but not just ANY pizza...we wanted a SLICE like you get at Joe's on Carmine in NYC. Crust?...no...Mod?...Please GOD no...Marcos!!...Good, just not what we were in the mood for. The Hut, Dumbonoes, and Little Ceaser's are just a non starter. After some Googleification and my solid Yelp crew...we came across Brooklyn Pizzeria. Pics? Check. Reviews? Check. Salivating? Check. Then came the decision of toppings. Do we go full Monty or for our first foray...YES...Just like Joe's...you only order a cheese Pie. If you are a TL;DR person...this brought back so many fond memories it was like a scaled down version of Pizza Godliness. The Pie...As I prayed to my Pizza Godliness didn't suck...it lightly did not. The pie was ridiculously large. $18 before tip for this monstrosity is what we call Good Value for Money. Plus it meant I got to get up in the middle of the night when it had sat lovingly wrapped in cling film in the refrigerator so I could have cold pizza with Smoked Chipotle Tabasco on half a slice...and Gochujang on the other half...Your judgement is happily kept silent as this was AMAZING on both sides. FRESH...a slice was the size of my face. Not a drop of grease in site. Perfect THIN NYC style crust with a crispy crust rim...perfectly seasoned...and consuming it warm was about 1/2 step below my beloved cold fridge slices...but I am a mutant weirdo...no...scratch that...SMARETEST person in the room to wait. Seriously. I think I had this for dinner...a midnight snack...Breakfast with a fried egg...there goes that judging thing again you are doing...and then again for lunch and supper. It was THAT GOOD. The only thing lacking was the brain behind the Gob. How the HELL have I lived here for this long and NOT known about this place?!? That's like not knowing where your favorite wrench, or screw driver, golf cart, or your truck is...Guess that just makes me a bit thick in the head... So. Mental capacity aside (my bad) you would be MAD not to have a go at Brooklyn. The people that took our order were very pleasant as was the deliveryman. Top Marks. Soooooo...New experience? Check. Being a BX native, this is better than the other pizza shops around with the exception of brothers pizza is better. However it's close to where I live, so I come here. But they have this one kid that works the counter. He never looks happy and has an attitude. Plus when I order my pizza I want them crispy and that's what I ask for and the last few times, the pizzas were sloppy. And I didn't say anything to the kid cause I didn't want to get into it with him. But overall the pizza is alright 3 stars on my end. read more

Loved how clean the establishment was upon entering. Definitely received great customer service even when placing part of our order online for pick up. Pizza was delicious, perfectly baked and not saggy at all. Small pizza felt like almost a medium, not complaining about it definitely happy about it. I'm glad to have come across this pizza place yet alone having it close to home. I like any style pizza and there is pretty close to it. The thinner crustier pizza is spot on. Ingredients taste fresh and the packets of parm even taste great! I haven't ate inside but every pick up experience has been good. I called once with a question an out the half and half special and they were really helpful. The guy even explained of a way that is more cost efficient which is a plus since he could have just said nothing and have me pay more. Great pizza and really enjoy how they offer slices. read more

Delivered to wrong address. Had to go pick up. The people that worked there basically said I wasn't telling the truth about the "attempted delivery".. They tried to deliver the pizza to my neighbor across the street... his kid answered the door. I had no kids at the time of delivery. I was so excited when I was in the area and spotted Brooklyn pizzeria. I didn't know they had one up here and was craving real pizza. We stopped in to pick up a couple of pepperoni pizza slices to go while running errands and it was spot on. The service was fast and great, the ambiance of this location is so sleek and modern and clean. We used to frequent their Richmond location a lot which is cozy with wood furniture. This one of the best tasting pizza i've had here locally in cypress! usually most places like these are located in houston, but this place is 5 mins from my house which amazing. It's pizza, a little plain for my taste, but some like it like that. I prefer more garlic and medium sauce on my pizza, but to each his own. I do prefer NY style pizza with a thinner crust. Food quality is poor. Only thing NY about this place is the name. Pizza takes like a frozen pizza quality. Just had a chicken parm sub and it didn't use chicken breast but chicken tenderloins which you can see isn't real chicken. You can tell by how white the meat is. I was excited when it first open. We thought we would try this new pizza place and we were not disappointed. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and our own design hamburger, mushroom, jalapeños, black olives and extra cheese pizza. They were outstanding with lots of leftovers and a good value for the money. The crust was just right not too thin or thick. The texture and taste of the jalapeno pizza was excellent with a generous amount of toppings and just the right amount of jalapeños for my taste. We also ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub with jalapeños which was also very good. Their online ordering menu template makes it easy to customize your orders exactly to your tastes and the staff follows those instructions. We also got the spaghetti with Italian sausage which was good but maybe not as outstanding as the other food. We ordered to go and picked up. I love it when a pizza place sells slices and not just whole pizzas. It gives you a chance to try a lot of different flavors without having to commit to an entire pie! The manager came over and said he couldn't remake it because of food waste which I understand because I work in a restaurant but we remake $40 steaks all the time and you're telling me you can't remake a $17 pizza? The pepperoni side was fine , but the pineapple and Canadian bacon side was covered in some kind of white cheese, extremely thick, and the pineapples were so big and uncooked.
