I've always considered Borthers pizza one of the best in Houston. I've visited the one off I-10 several times and It's always great. The one in the heights was great too, but unfortunately is no longer there. This seems to be their newest location. The restaurant is nice and the pizza is good. It's going to be difficult to find a better pizza in Houston. I would recommend Brooklyns for a similar pizza if Brothers isn't in your area. Overall, the crust is fresh and a perfect thickness for a true New York style pizza. My only complaint, is the cheese does remind me of a lean cuisine or hot pocket. It doesn't seem like high quality cheese. Maybe the beef could be of higher quality too. This is just how I feel and I think most people wouldn't notice it. If I could, I would give Brother about a 4.5. The price is right and the pizzas good. I'll round up! Keep up the good work Brothers!

Love my pizza! To me there's different types of pizza and you can't lump all of them in one category. For this category - NY style pizza from Brother's hits the mark...for NY style pizza in TX that is. We ordered a large pie of pepperoni, wait time was about 15-20 min. No issue as it was definitely prepped fresh for us. We were able to take it home, still piping hot. The pizza was good! Crust not floppy, held well while folding to eat a slice, crisp crust, sauce/cheese/pepperoni were good. Overall no complaints for a NY style pizza. Nothing in Texas will be close to NY...probably cuz of the water. But Brother's is definitely a good place to go if craving this style of pizza.

The pizza and wings are delicious. They also have pretty good pasta as well. It does take a while for the wings to cook, but man they are delicious when they come out with the ranch it is delicious. The restaurant sort of looks like New York style theme on the inside.

You know the pizza is good when your little one's only request after a stressful week of STAAR testing is Brother's Pizza! Service is always amazing and year after year the consistency cleanliness of his family own restaurant continues.

Absolutely one of the best pizza spots in Cypress! Service is quick and the pizza was hot hot! Mozzarella sticks are always the best option for snacking while waiting. This is what a pizza joint is supposed to look like.

First time at this Brother Pizza and it was such a good experience. The cashier was seriously the sweetest--she even cut up my daughter's pizza without me asking, which was such a thoughtful touch. Little things like that go a long way! The pizza was fresh and tasty too. We'll definitely be back.

It was the only place I knew of in the area that you could find high quality, traditional Italian style pizzas with crisp, flavorful, and airy crusts. Their ingredient quality was high, the pizzas were expertly made, it was really something special. Shortly after the name change, I think sometime last year, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was pretty nasty. The chicken was cheap, processed, pressed meat, and the dressing was clearly cheap, bottled dressing. However, I thought maybe it was just growing pains, so finally, tonight we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this place is still just a cheap, crappy imitation riding on the coattails of the previous restaurant's good standing. We ordered two pizzas tonight, and one of them was astonishingly bad. The crust was chewy and tough, the whole thing was a sloppy, wet mess, and - I know this sounds crazy - it had way too much cheese. Like, a disturbing, grotesque amount of cheese. I noticed something was weird about it when I was handed the box from the delivery guy and it was the heaviest pizza I'd ever held in my life. There was such a massive amount of cheese that a huge amount of it had sloughed off and slid over to one half of the pizza, leaving nearly an inch-thick layer of greasy, wet cheese. The crust was, unsurprisingly, totally soaked and soggy. On top of that, the quality of ingredients was sub par, just like the time before - frozen, processed, pressed, chicken, canned mushrooms and jarred peppers. It's a shame, because this location used to be a hidden gem where you could get uniquely great pizza in the area, but clearly these guys are cutting corners and caring less about the food they're serving. I know there's a few great reviews on here cor this place - I'm not sure how. Maybe some menu items are better than others, but I won't be coming back to find out.

The lack of accountability is disturbing The negative experience came from horrible service. Snatched my son's plate due to my report of the chicken tasting like SALMONELLA; while he was in mid eating around it. Fork in hand only eating the noodles. Ran off just To dig out the chicken. Without any explanation. Even when I said "wait" he ignored me, & ran away. Then returned & slammed the same EXACT plate with the EXACT noodles down in front of my son. You don't do that shit to a dog. When asking for a box for his remains/food, he said yelled and screamed "FOR THAT LITTLE NOODLE!?!" _If I'm paying for it yes, for that little noodle. I canceled my ordered that hasn't yet been delivered and ask for my ticket. In reality I shouldn't have paid for tampered food. "We're always looking for areas to improve and appreciate your feedback very much!" If it's that huge of a deal to remove a protein (chicken) that a customer dish, bring another plate for the customer remove it themselves. Otherwise bring a fresh plate with fresh PASTA ONLY. DON'T EVER TAMPER With a CUSTOMER FOOD. Which results in making customers physically ill. Extra deets: Marvino's give me the energy of Texas Roadhouse (spitting in black families food that's shown all on the News). They also give me a store front. As if this is a cover-up for the MAFIA. and they cleaning currency. Theirs to many poor reports on this place to continue to stand in business. Plus theirs no headquarters. There aren't many options for Italian food in Houston (pretty sure I've tried them all) and this is the only Italian restaurant that truly tastes like the flavors I grew up with. Like my Nonna used to make. Even though the owners aren't Italian, Peruvian I believe, they honor the flavors and traditions better than most places that claim to be.
