Do not order through the Pizza Fino website for this location! I submitted order and paid online, got a call from the employee (not his fault) and told me my payment didn't show on their end so that I would have to come into the store and pay again in person. I was told the new owner of that location is not the best. Now, I'm having to dispute the first charge on my credit card. My pizza was slightly better than Little Ceasars and on my wife's Margherita pizza... they use dried herbs (tasted like oregano to me) instead of basil... best of all... the wings smelled and tasted of burnt rubber or plastic. I had to get food last minute and saw this menu in my stash, so I decided to give them a try. I called 3 times with no answer! I ordered through the website and when I arrived to pick it up I was surprised it was located inside a gas station. The parking lot was completely empty and no customers were inside. The girl at the counter had ear buds in both ears and could care less about any of the customers either calling or walking in. The food was just as bad as the service. I ordered chicken Parmesan and chicken Alfredo and you could taste the staleness of the pasta. It wasn't made to order it had been sitting out for a long time. We love Pizza Fino! We usually order and pick up. Our typical order is a Thin crust pepperoni and pan tossed cheese. One of our kids loves their pizza rolls so when he's in town we get those for him. When my wife went in And showed her the coupon she was immediately told no by the blonde woman with braces and that the coupon was "too old" and was talked down to like a child. If it's "too old" WHY isn't there an expiration? Food arrived cold, 45 minutes later than the estimate said, and the driver forgot part of the order. The cheesy bread is straight up gross, dried cheese on a bare crust, and they couldn't fit it in the pizza box so I'm not even kidding, they cut off the end and stacked it on top of itself rather than grab a 2nd box. The unstacked pieces weren't cut either - supposed to be 12 servings and it was cut into 7 (what?). We have ordered from the Pizza Fino in Cypress a handful of times now and they always deliver a nice hot, tasty pizza with great amount of cheese and toppings and cooked to perfection. Also, we usually get some salads on the side. All are fresh with nice green lettuce and ripe vegetables. Love their Greek dressing as well. You can't ask much more than that! I never get on yelp to write about my negative experiences, but I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at Pizza Fino's and I'm hoping to warn others. We ordered 20 medium hot wings and when they were delivered there was no sauce or flavor whatsoever. I called them, hoping that they could bring out a replacement, but they refused to do anything to fix the situation. The manager insisted that they had put sauce on them and there was nothing they would do. I have ordered from them before- even getting neighbors to try them because We liked the pizza rolls- but I will never order from them again and will make sure all of my neighbors on Nextdoor are warned about their terrible customer service as well. read more

So, we waited a long time to try out this place because it is inside the gas station at the entrance to our neighborhood. You don't usually associate gas stations with good pizza. But one day I was looking on Yelp for a new pizza place to try in our area and this place got great reviews. So without telling my husband, I ordered a pizza and picked it up, hot and fresh. I brought it home and we ate. It was GOOD. Only after thoroughly enjoying our pizza did I tell him where it was from. He was shocked. I believe his exact words were, "That's not just good pizza for a gas station. That's good pizza!" The one drawback of this place is that they get a lot of orders at once and they only have one oven so even if you get a pickup time, it's not likely to be accurate. I had to wait 20 mins past the pickup time, BUT it's worth it to me to have really hot, fresh pizza. They do deliver, but we aren't going to take advantage of that service. They have one delivery guy so as things are prepared, they put them on top of the oven until they have a few orders ready to be delivered. Not hot, not fresh, not my thing. So for takeout, definitely try this place, but skip delivery unless you verify with them that they're not busy. read more

I was so disappointed with this place. First our delivery was 30 minutes later than we were told. I ordered the beef ravioli and meatballs, it all tasted frozen. The meatballs were for sure the frozen kind you could buy at the grocery store, and I've had better ravioli from the frozen section at Kroger. We ordered the fettuccine alfredo for my daughter and it was just one big glob in the dish and had absolutely no flavor. My wife got the spaghetti and meatballs (again frozen meatballs) the best of what we ordered but we still have had much better. My opinion is stay away from this place you can get a better meal for the same price at Olive Garden, and that's not anything special. I would say five stars if only they would hire more delivery people. I've been told they are for several months but still it takes about an hour to get my order no matter the size of the order. So, I have spent months trying all kinds of white pizzas and this place is my favorite. Try it with spinach, garlic, mushrooms and bacon. Also my husband is hooked on the LASAGNA.
