Luis is the worst rep anyone could ever hire to do a job intake. When the job was done, he enjoys bringing you down with his condescending mannerism in providing you feedback from the workers and makes you feel like you're the villain. The fence was installed with a variety of cracked red cedar boards of what their father installed along with his negative attitude. I witnessed the cedar board being kicked under the door after it was installed. After it was called out to him, the dad and his work crew that consists of their sons lied and stated it didn't happen. After some talking to ALL of them, they finally owned up to it. Unfortunately, no apology was made nor did they change out the boards. The gate door remains misaligned. I've reached out by phone, email and text to Joel who is the owner's son. There is no initiative from Cruz Fence to help their customers in correcting their mistakes. His attitude changed and felt his worked was aggressive towards his work and plowed the nails into the delicate cedar red boards causing cracks. Hence the misalignment of the door, cracked red cedar boards were intentional and found sharp nails sticking out from the single cedar boards in which should have been between the two boards to look seamless. I'm not angry but feel very disappointed in their overall behavior. My family and I have given Cruze Fence time and vast opportunities to correct their mistakes.
