Despite the response on Yelp, nothing has happened in regards to removing the 100+ pounds of debris or fixing the "misalignment" of my gates. So I reached out on yelp and a Manager named Luis M. was rude and unprofessional and lacking compassion. For once, be kind and human." If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to Cruz Fence. The buck is passed between the father and grandfather of who actually owns the business. Luis is the worst rep anyone could ever hire to do a job intake. When the job was done, he enjoys bringing you down with his condescending mannerism in providing you feedback from the workers and makes you feel like you're the villain. The fence was installed with a variety of cracked red cedar boards of what their father installed along with his negative attitude. I witnessed the cedar board being kicked under the door after it was installed. After it was called out to him, the dad and his work crew that consists of their sons lied and stated it didn't happen. After some talking to ALL of them, they finally owned up to it. Unfortunately, no apology was made nor did they change out the boards. The gate door remains misaligned. I've reached out by phone, email and text to Joel who is the owner's son. There is no initiative from Cruz Fence to help their customers in correcting their mistakes. Joel will make believe someone is coming out and we got ghosted. No follow-ups whatsoever. There is no integrity in their customer service nor their work. I had to intervene after we heard him talk in Spanish to his sons..."screw it, we'll set the fence like it was before." The dad didn't like to be caught and talked to about his work. His attitude changed and felt his worked was aggressive towards his work and plowed the nails into the delicate cedar red boards causing cracks. Hence the misalignment of the door, cracked red cedar boards were intentional and found sharp nails sticking out from the single cedar boards in which should have been between the two boards to look seamless. I'm not angry but feel very disappointed in their overall behavior. My family and I have given Cruze Fence time and vast opportunities to correct their mistakes.
