He offered to fix it for me but I did not have time today for it, but that was not a problem and he said if I was not able to fix the light myself, I could send him a receipt and he could cover it. The new car process has been extremely straight forward and easy thanks for DBT, I would highly recommend them.

Ahmed is a shady business man that only wants your money no matter the lies he has to tell. (Check BBB on how one ex-employee says they "fix cars" that they have sold.) This car needs at least $3,500 in repairs and when letting him know one final time to handle it or we will be taking the next step to get this taken care of, he proceeds to tell us...we didn't buy the car from his company we bought it from Motors 88 Inc. So on top of the shady sale, he misrepresented who we bought the car from. We will be taking every action possible to shut him down. Starting with the attorney general, the BBB, every review site possible, and making contact with an associate who is a news reporter. Ahmed you seriously tried screwing with the wrong people. How about you run an honest business instead of a business that takes advantage of people! Biggest CROOK ever!!

I bought Honda Odyssey from Champion 65 motors recently. This is one of the biggest mistake I have…read moremade. John and Dough lied to me twice. First they said brake rotors are fine and only pad needs to be changed. Second when I asked about timing belt, they said that this car doesn't have timing belt and hence I don't need to worry about it. I showed them few other issues like TPMS light and they said that they will fix it. But denied later on. When I took this car for servicing to Honda next day, they said that brake pad,rotor needs to be changed. Also timing belt needs to be changed. There were lot of other issues started happening in 2-3 days like passenger rear door started making sound, all oil(power steering,brake fluid etc) were dirty. Lot of other issues. I tried to talk to Champion 65 couple of times. But they didn't help. They asked me to take it to Honda. This is worst place to buy car. I will not advice anyone going there. I have spent $1000 on brake pad and rotors so far and have to spend another $1000+ on timing belt and getting door fixed.

One of the worst and most stressful experiences I've ever had with a dealership. Please be careful and seriously consider getting an independent inspection before buying from here. I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from them and almost immediately the vehicle started having major mechanical problems. The car jerked violently at stop lights, stalled while driving, shook aggressively at idle, hesitated badly while accelerating, lost engine power, and developed loud rattling/ticking noises from the engine bay. At one point the dashboard displayed "Engine Power Reduced," and the car became so unreliable I was genuinely afraid of getting stranded. I tried to work with the dealership professionally and gave them multiple chances to make things right. They admitted there were timing-related engine issues and performed repairs, yet the same symptoms returned almost immediately after getting the vehicle back. The car continued shutting off, jerking hard enough to shake the entire vehicle, and driving unpredictably. What made the situation worse was the attitude and communication throughout the process. Instead of showing concern after selling a vehicle with serious issues, the responses became cold, dismissive, and argumentative. There was never a real apology for the stress, wasted time, and inconvenience this caused. After all of this, they simply canceled the sale and left me without a vehicle. No replacement options, no help with transportation, and no willingness to stand behind the vehicle long-term despite the issues appearing almost immediately after purchase. I understand older used cars can have issues, but this was far beyond normal wear and tear. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to get a FULL independent inspection before signing anything.

There is absolutely no room for negotiation with this business, and they make that clear from the start. That said, the mistreatment of customers is what really pushed this experience over the edge. The two women at the front desks are polite and professional, and I appreciate that. However, the so‑called manager who sits in the back is another story entirely. Her aggressive, rude, and hostile attitude came out immediately when I asked a simple, valid question about a discrepancy in the paperwork. It didn't end there. When the vehicle was brought back for a part replacement--a critical component that wasn't functioning at the time of sale--her communication continued to be condescending and unnecessarily cold. I understand they have other customers, but when you have eight hours to complete a thirty‑minute job and a customer politely asks for the car to be ready at a reasonable time, responding with attitude is unacceptable. This kind of behavior sends the wrong message about how this business values the people keeping it afloat. Perhaps Jacob T. Chial (owner) should take a closer look at the individuals he chooses to represent his company.

I had a terrible experience at Tommy's Car Wash last week, and what happened afterward was even…read moremore disappointing. Anyone who has been to Tommy's knows they use large red guide balls to help align your vehicle onto the conveyor belt. I carefully drove between those guide balls, and my car is brand new. If I had hit them, my vehicle's sensors would have immediately alerted me, but there were no warnings, no contact, and no marks on the vehicle. Once I was on the belt and placed the car in neutral as instructed, I suddenly heard a loud thud. Because the belt keeps moving the vehicle, I couldn't see what was happening. A young employee came out and told me to reverse, but offered no explanation. Another employee was called over, and they had me move the car forward, backward, left, and right without providing any information about what was going on. I was sitting there worried about my vehicle while nobody seemed interested in explaining the situation. Eventually, they called a manager. In order to get my car off the track, they actually had to move the red guide balls so that my vehicle could be backed out straight. To me, that raises serious questions about whether the alignment system itself was positioned correctly. After filing a claim, I received an email stating that my claim was denied because I allegedly failed to align the vehicle properly. What makes this especially frustrating is that when I spoke with the claims representative, he agreed that if I successfully made it through the guide balls, the vehicle should have been properly aligned. However, when I asked how it could still be my fault, he suggested that I may have somehow pushed the guide balls out of position. There are no marks on my vehicle to support that claim. When I requested the video footage that supposedly supports their conclusion, they refused to provide it. I explained that the damage to my nearly new vehicle could cost thousands of dollars to repair, and instead of showing any concern, the representative told me to "go ahead" when I mentioned seeking legal counsel. To make matters worse, while I was still trying to ask questions and understand their reasoning, the representative abruptly hung up on me. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was shocking. What disappointed me most was not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tommy's Car Wash. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to take responsibility or even treat you with basic courtesy.

When we arrived, we came into the office first. We were greeted in a friendly, relaxed manner. The guy got our IDs, gave us the keys and let us take it for a roll. We liked it but needed a couple days to consider. The guy was chill with that answer and didn't attempt to pressure us in any way to hurry our decision or check out any other vehicles on the lot, which I really appreciated. I've been to auto dealers before who won't leave you alone or won't take no for an answer and it's a huge turnoff, so this casual attitude was honestly a green flag for us. When we initially were inspecting it on the lot (we were pretty thorough, even got under the hood haha), he didn't even come out of the office to watch us or upsell us. Again, I really appreciated being left alone to consider for myself without any salesmanship BS or distracting chit chat. Hubbie did end up going back a few days later (once he'd got funds in the right place) to purchase it, and it was also a relaxed experience. He was able to trade in the Prius to get a slight discount on the going rate for the Crosstrek. One word of warning, be sure to come with cash in hand if you aren't financing, because there is like a 3% fee if you use a credit or debit card to purchase! Oh, also the toilet was nice and clean in the office.
