Bought a car from them that was in "perfect" condition according to them and drove it home with issue after issue by the next day. They claimed accident free (since it wasn't listed on carfax) but in reality it was in an accident and they won't do a thing to fix it. Ahmed is a shady business man that only wants your money no matter the lies he has to tell. (Check BBB on how one ex-employee says they "fix cars" that they have sold.) This car needs at least $3,500 in repairs and when letting him know one final time to handle it or we will be taking the next step to get this taken care of, he proceeds to tell us...we didn't buy the car from his company we bought it from Motors 88 Inc. So on top of the shady sale, he misrepresented who we bought the car from. We will be taking every action possible to shut him down. Starting with the attorney general, the BBB, every review site possible, and making contact with an associate who is a news reporter. Ahmed you seriously tried screwing with the wrong people. How about you run an honest business instead of a business that takes advantage of people! Biggest CROOK ever!!

Paid $1900.00 for car and NOW $1700.00 in repairs. When bought they said total check out and 2 owner car was in excellent shape. NOT!!! now a $3600.00 dollar car. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Dealer said he wished there was something they could do for me but returning any money back was not possible. P.S bought the car exactly one week ago.

Let me start by saying that I worked at this dealership for two years as a mechanic. About six…read moremonths into my career as a lube tech, I was promoted to a Semi-Skilled Technician. Around that time, a lot of shop drama started because I consistently produced high labor hours and became well known for it. As a result, I was treated poorly by multiple technicians, especially some of the journeymen. About a year and a half into my career, I was promised a promotion to Light Duty Technician after completing a training course in Chicago. After returning from the course, I was never promoted and was instead given only lube tech work, with little to no opportunity for growth. This became a recurring issue throughout my time as a Semi-Skilled Technician. Over time, I realized there was a lot of toxicity directed toward me in the shop. Eventually, that attitude seemed to spread to management, and I began feeling unfairly treated by them as well. After reaching my limit with the poor treatment, I submitted my two weeks notice. I specifically asked both the Shop Manager and the General Manager to keep my resignation confidential because I had been given a promising opportunity elsewhere. I later found out that the GM, immediately told people despite assuring me otherwise. When he claimed that a coworker had spread the news, I confronted that coworker, who confirmed he had no idea I was leaving. Then, the day before my last scheduled day, I was fired over an issue involving a customer's vehicle I had worked on. I was told the engine had seized due to a lack of oil from an open oil cover. I do not believe that claim is accurate, as I always double-check my work, especially oil changes. Considering that oil changes were primarily all I ever did, and I performed a large percentage of them for the shop, I was far from inexperienced. I was told not to return and that I was no longer welcome. After leaving with only part of my belongings, I later learned that the GM and two journeymen went through my personal items for reasons I still don't understand. I also found out there had been discussions about "escorting" me out of the building. I worked extremely hard for this company and was well known throughout the dealership, including by upper management. Despite that, I felt I was consistently treated poorly and denied opportunities for advancement. For anyone considering employment here, I would STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, the workplace culture was toxic and extremely unprofessional. As for the vehicles themselves, after working on Hyundai products daily, I'd recommend literally anything else. I saw constant recalls, frequent engine and transmission issues, and recurring suspension problems. They are horrible cars I'm glad to have moved on from what was, in my experience, a very negative work environment.

Jeep service…read more Started with drop off on Friday, August 1st 8:00. A rental was reserved & assigned to me because advisor stated Monday would be the earliest completion. Text message received Friday afternoon at 2:13 pm stating that our jeep was dispatched to a technician. More on this later but I considered a positive & that we would at least have a diagnosis. No further updates though I did reach out at 4:51 pm hoping for new information, no response. Monday August 4th came & no over the phone updates and only text messages after I reached out. 1:16 pm Message was "Andrew, wanted to check in and let you know that we're still looking into what exactly is going on with the vehicle. I am hoping for an answer by later today but worst scenario it could be tomorrow! --Jared Harvey Coon Rapids CJDR" Tuesday August 5th 8:04 am - finally received the diagnosis and the technician was working our Jeep. All via text message & asking for my approval via an electronic form. The technician's diagnosis video was helpful but I would have preferred speaking to someone to understand the repair cost breakdown etc. Later with No updates I reached out for any new information. The advisor stated that they needed to obtain parts( rear shocks ) from another dealer but were striving to have done on Tuesday 3 days into a fairly basic diagnosis & repair. All through experience I was the one reaching out for updates. Tuesday afternoon asked for an update stating I could not afford another day of rental fee. Advisor stated he would not charge for the additional time. Wednesday morning was the target for completion. Wednesday noon reached out for the 4th day update - no text or call back and so I called at noon and left a message. 1:13 pm - Received a message that the dealership was having internet issues but he would keep me posted. Again another day with all communication by text, no follow up personal phone communication apologizing for the inconvenience & unusually long repair time. At 2:33 I texted that I was coming to the dealership to wait until the Jeep was done as we had a concert to attend. I had other errands to attend too so I was not going yet. Important things like picking up prescriptions & picking up my wife for a concert. 4:01 pm received an automated message stating - "Final bill came to $1503.77 out the door. --Jared Harvey Coon Rapids CJDR" Additional information- This cost does include $100 for a Jeep Renegade rental. So a pretty expensive diagnostic cost of $260 plus and the parts & labor to replace 2 shocks. 4:15 received a text that Jeep was done- "Hi Andrew your vehicle services are complete. You may use the attached links to review and pay your invoice online (link to view) Thank You again for choosing Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge as your service provider - Jared Coon Rapids CJDR" Upon picking up I asked about what does dispatched to a technician mean..? Advisor on duty stated it meant that a technician was assigned to my jeep and was to perform the diagnostics. Overall a stressful situation that has me believing I need to switch vehicle brands where I can receive personal & effective & efficient service. Sad to say, I have started to search for a new vehicle and not a Jeep as other Jeep dealerships rated no better than this one. If I could give a negative point I would.
