He hit my car with a glass bottle and other items. We were taking the same exit so I took photos of the vehicle to report him. He even laughed and smiled for the pictures. He then got out of his truck with his fists balled and started threatening me. When I told him I was going to report him he laughed and said "You don't have a camera, you can't prove anything." I called to report him, I made a police report, and reported to USDOT. His company won't take responsibility. At first I had no problem with the company. I tried to be patient and polite to their safety manager. I just wanted THE DRIVER to pay for the damages. But I'm now that I'm seeing the safety manager and his HR, BreAnne, don't care, it just goes to show the morality of the drivers matches their leadership. This company is dangerous and do not believe in accountability. I can't imagine how much damage their drivers have done and they have overlooked.

When you look around, you may not see why the place deserves a 5 star or what exactly stands out about the shop. I must have called and stopped by at least 15 body shops all over the Twin Cities before I found Bona Bros. Name a shop you've heard of, I went there and was told no. Body shops that work on rust are a dying breed! I get it-- rust is the cancer of the car. But we still treat cancer. The folks at Bona primarily work on specialty vehicles, like ambulances, delivery trucks, etc., where it is worth the money to do body repairs rather than totaling the whole vehicle. Al said he would take a look and send me an estimate. When he did, he gently suggested I should consider finding a new car, instead. But he also quoted out the whole job and said they were happy to do it if I wanted. I'm emotionally invested in the car, so it was worth the price. Al and his team did a fantastic job replacing the floorboards for me. He kept me in the loop with updates as they worked, and the final total came in under the initial quote. If you have a car with rust, this is the place to take it.

Also they were very professional, especially Mike Perry that will guide you thru all the process and thru all your needs. On top of that I bought new tires for both of my semi trucks, I was surprisingly pleased on the price, I will be purchasing my tires from here from now on. Planning to expand my fleet and will definitely be back again to purchase more trucks.

I came here early in the morning and clearly explained that my truck was shaking, the steering…read morewheel was vibrating, and I wanted the wheels balanced, the front end checked, and a price for two new tires if they needed replacement. They inspected the truck and later quoted me approximately $425 for balancing and around $125 for an alignment. What really disappointed me was being charged about $223 for the inspection on top of that. I have no problem paying for an inspection if I only come in for a diagnosis and then decide to leave without having any work done. In that situation, charge me for your time. But I came here specifically to have the work done. I already told them that the truck was vibrating and needed balancing. After inspecting it, they basically confirmed what I had already told them and then wanted to charge me an inspection fee in addition to the actual work. If a customer agrees to have the repair done at your shop, I believe the inspection fee should be waived or credited toward the repair. Charging the inspection fee on top of the work in this situation does not seem fair to me. For comparison, a shop in Chicago quoted me about $1,145 for two new tires plus the related balancing/alignment work. I couldn't have it done there only because it was late, they were closing, and I had a load that I needed to deliver. The tire prices here were considerably higher as well. I am a truck driver. My truck is how I make my living, and every hour of downtime costs me money. I have no problem paying a fair price for professional work, but I strongly disagree with this pricing practice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. One star.
