I appreciate their recommendations like "If you're just driving around town, this will be fine, but if you're traveling out of state, you need this fixed," and "We could fix this now but it won't negatively affect your brakes and it would cost you a lot of money. Otherwise, we could fix it when you get your brakes replaced and you'll save on labor." (Paraphrased, but these are real things they've said that have been helpful.) It's clear to me that they care about their customers and value customer loyalty over a quick extra buck. Also love the free car wash tickets you get with an oil change.

On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I asked if he towed cars and he said let's try a jump first. After 4 more jumps and him even working on my battery connection, the car wouldn't stay running. Given my car not wanting to stay on, and him being so nice and genuine, I admitted I was brand new to town and knew no one, so I asked for a referral to a trustworthy mechanic. He recommended a shop just up the road. I insisted on buying his lunch for all his help and he even followed me to the shop to make sure I got there okay. I am a female law student so I am skeptical of businesses taking advantage of a lady in distress who knows no one in town. This business was the opposite. They were professional, curteous and spent a good 45min of their lunch just trying to help me get out of the parking lot. They also saved me a few hundred dollars and a LOT of hassle and grief. She would say one thing and then change her mind saying another and cut me off when I was asking a question. She asked for a license, registration and insurance on a bicycle. It's not a motorcycle.
