Great service and staff was nice and helpful to my company needs…read more Dropped off for battery's and while my truck was there they performed a CARB check (smog test) now that was convenient. Highly recommend SE Smith @ Sons for your trucking needs.

This all started when my daughter attempted to drive her RV (1991 Ford Lindy) across the country…read morestarting from LA. Shortly after leaving, it broke down and she had it towed to a long term storage lot in Azusa CA and then flew home to Virgina (Where I am as well). About a month later I used YELP to search for RV/Truck mechanics and sent out request for help messages to 3 different companies - one being Smith and Sons. I received a call from Smith and Sons within 30 minutes and I explained what had happened and what would be needed and they gladly stated they would help. (Of the other two, one did not return a call, and the other sent me an email said they would help but wanted a cash down payment before they would help. Smith and Son's didn't ask for any upfront money and we continued to work to get the RV fixed. First they went out to the Storage Yard to check the status. With nothing moving, they then sent a tow truck to pick up the RV and have it moved to their location. From there they went about troubleshooting the issues and getting the RV fixed to a point where I could fly out to pick it up and drive it across the country. Throughout the entire process, Smith and Sons went out of their way for this unusual request and was happy to assist me with whatever was needed. They never asked for anything up front and continued until it was fixed. After a fuel pump replacement and hooking up a new set of tail lights, we were good to go. When I went to the shop to pick up the vehicle, I saw that this business was not actually an RV repair shop - it seemed like they were a commercial truck repair business from the outside. They went through some extraordinary efforts to assist me. The entire team that I came in contact with over the weeks was so nice as well. Thanks for going out of your way to help someone with a very unique situation.

I finally got my car back!…read more Jr was very communicative when he took over our claim, didnt initially start off with him. I dropped off my car on 3/26 Got a call on 3/30 informing me that there was more damage than what was visible and that the quote was adjusted to meet the new repairs. But my car would take longer to repair. Initial return date was 4/10 and this new quote would push it out much further to 4/17!!!! Jr called to introduce himself, he reiterated the new quote and length of time. I started receiving messages updating me with the process once he took over. And bam today, 4/08, I got a call, letting me know my car was READY!!!! I'm so happy to have my car back home

Very disappointing experience dealing with Pro Color Collision. I own HRZ Wheel Repair, and we…read moreprovided wheel repair services for them. After the work was completed, we never received any call or message saying there was an issue or that a repair was needed. Later, when I went to collect payment for the completed work, they refused to pay the invoice and claimed there was a problem. If there had been any issue, the professional thing to do would have been to call us so we could come back and fix it. That never happened. Instead, they chose not to communicate and are now refusing to pay for the service that was already performed. That's not how professional businesses should treat their vendors. Very unprofessional way to handle business.
