I purchased a package of 3 hydroponic oxygen chamber sessions via Groupon. Firstly, they did not respond to me via phone or email for a week. Once the gentlemen called back, I booked 3 consecutive sessions and received confirmations. On Tuesday I had my first appointment scheduled at 6pm. I uber'd 20 minutes there only to find them closed. I tried phoning, left a voicemail and got no response. It's been 4 days and not only did I not hear back regarding my Tuesday's appointment, but they didn't even reach out to apologize or compensate for the following two I had booked. Very poor form. I hope they read this and make good on such a careless experience that even cost ME money to miss my appointment. read more

Please be aware this place is dangerous! The Cryo machine is malfunctioned and they continue to put customers in there. My mother was severely injured by the cold burn. While she was in the Cryo chamber, the machined suddenly stopped working. The staff member restarted the machine while my mom was in there. The temperature got too cold too quickly, and the nitrogen severely injured my mom's lowerer body. Immediately after she got out of the Cryo chamber, she experienced excruciating pain, and was told by staff members that it wasn't a big issue, some grape seed oil will fix it. However the condition got worse hour by hour, and I had to take my mother to the hospital to get medical treatment. I am extremely disappointed in the way the company is treating my mother. It's been 4 days since the incidence. I tried to called the store multiple times, couldn't get a hold of the owner. When the owner finally called 3 days later, I did not receive any apologies. Please immediately STOP putting your customers in danger. REPLACE your machines and TRAIN your staff PROPERLY! I will be filing a complaint. read more

I needed to heal fast! I was about 2 weeks out of a pretty intense surgery and I wasn't healing as well as I wanted. I had about 10 days before going back to work full time...standing on my feet, all day. I needed a miracle! This place helped me heal so much faster than I would have. I am doing cryotherapy and hyperbaric chamber religiously. The results I've seen in a week are phenomenal. Everything in this place is top of the line. I've been to 3 other places here in Austin and this cryo machine and hyperbaric machine are by far the best out there. I've run into the owner, Raj, a couple of times and he is genuinely a nice guy who is passionate about his business. They didn't have time on a Sunday to get me in, but he made it happen. He said, "I really want you to feel better." That would never ever happen at a chain cryo place. Rob, the manager, is awesome! He has made me feel completely comfortable during this hard time. I've been doing infrared sauna here for a couple months. The sauna is clean, there is plenty of parking outside, and the staff are friendly. I listened to Tony Robbins speak of the benefits of Cryotherapy in a podcast interview with Tim Ferris. This piqued my interest and I began searching Google for a local system to try out. I found Cryo Wellness off Far West Blvd and decided to try their intro Cryotherapy and 1 hour massage. I am here to report that 2 or 3 minutes in -150 degrees feels as cold as you might imagine, but also interesting and satisfying at the same time. The customer service woman who also answered the phone talked me through the entire process. She has a calming friendly vibe about her that matches this sort of wellness profession perfectly. The 1 hour massage was great. The massage table was especially comfortable. I also tried the leg compression service they offer, which I really enjoyed. They have many different packages to select. Love this place! I've been using the solo infrared machine (you lay down in it) and it I always feel amazing after. It's super relaxing, decreases inflammation and feels like a good detox for the body. The new owner is really friendly, and the customer service has been excellent. The owner convinced me to try the cryo machine (which I have been hesitant about because I don't like the cold!) but it actually did help my low back pain, and wasn't bad at all to stand in. The Cryo Wellness Team has treated me more like family than just a customer. I went in using my groupon for CryoTherapy, after hurting my back/hip and not having success in getting anything to help. I explained my situation and told them my life struggle with pain (which I was told just to live with) but how it had escalated after the recent injury. The General Manager, Dawn, was so nice and caring, she introduced to the owner, Justus Bosquez and with the help of them and their new member to the team (Chiropractor/Acupuncturist, Dr. Alton, at their Cedar Park location), and they have helped me come so far with a plan in mind to get me back to my former 100% and working and continue to improve my life to a new 100% (I'll take even the slightest improvement/ways to manage beyond medications)! After being told nothing but you have to wait for appointments by most doctors office due to the time of year in hurting myself, and not progressing as quickly as I would like with just physical therapy, they were able to immediately give me alternative options instead of being forced to take pain medication forever. They have done more than I could have ever anticipated, they have given me AMAZING rates to help people like me whose issue will run life long, but am recently having an unusually rough time after hurting myself. The membership alone is a phenomenal deal, but have done so much more to help me! They, and I especially, understand that no two people are the same and everyone may have different needs but with the wide variety of options you are bound to find something you love that works for you.
